Claims (13)
- リフロー炉の冷却システムであって、該リフロー炉は加熱ゾーンを備え、該冷却システムは、該加熱ゾーンの温度を調節するために使用され、該冷却システムは、
吹出装置と、
前記加熱ゾーンに配置されている少なくとも1つのガス入口及び少なくとも1つのガス排出口と、
少なくとも1つのガス吸入配管であって、該少なくとも1つのガス吸入配管の入口は前記吹出装置に接続され、該少なくとも1つのガス吸入配管の出口は前記少なくとも1つのガス入口に接続されており、前記少なくとも1つのガス吸入配管は、前記吹出装置と前記少なくとも1つのガス入口との流体連通を制御可能に確立することができる、少なくとも1つのガス吸入配管と、
少なくとも1つのガス排出配管であって、該少なくとも1つのガス排出配管の入口は前記少なくとも1つのガス排出口に接続され、該少なくとも1つのガス排出配管の出口は外部に接続されており、該少なくとも1つのガス排出配管は、前記少なくとも1つのガス排出口と前記外部との流体連通を制御可能に確立することができる、少なくとも1つのガス排出配管と、
を備えることを特徴とする、冷却システム。 - 前記少なくとも1つのガス吸入配管は複数のガス吸入配管であり、前記少なくとも1つのガス入口は複数のガス入口であり、
前記複数のガス吸入配管のそれぞれの前記入口は、前記吹出装置に接続され、該複数のガス吸入配管のそれぞれの前記出口は、前記複数のガス入口のうちの対応する1つに接続され、前記複数のガス吸入配管のそれぞれは、前記吹出装置と前記複数のガス入口のうちの対応する1つとの流体連通を制御可能に確立することができることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の冷却システム。 - 前記加熱ゾーンは低温側ゾーン及び高温側ゾーンを含み、前記少なくとも1つのガス入口は前記高温側ゾーンに配置され、前記少なくとも1つのガス排出口は前記低温側ゾーンに配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の冷却システム。
- 前記吹出装置はファンを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の冷却システム。
- 前記吹出装置は複数のファンを含み、前記複数のガス入口のそれぞれは、前記複数のファンのうちの対応する1つに制御可能に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の冷却システム。
- 前記少なくとも1つのガス入口と前記吹出装置との間に配置された少なくとも1つのガス吸入弁装置を更に備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の冷却システム。
- 前記少なくとも1つのガス吸入弁装置は、少なくとも1つのガス吸入配管に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の冷却システム。
- 前記少なくとも1つのガス吸入弁装置は、前記少なくとも1つのガス入口と前記少なくとも1つのガス吸入配管の前記出口との間に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の冷却システム。
- 前記少なくとも1つのガス吸入弁装置は、前記吹出装置と前記少なくとも1つのガス吸入配管の前記入口との間に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の冷却システム。
- 前記少なくとも1つのガス排出配管の前記出口は、排気装置に接続するために使用することができ、前記少なくとも1つのガス排出配管は、前記少なくとも1つのガス排出口を前記排気装置に制御可能に接続することができ、前記排気装置は、前記リフロー炉内のガスを前記外部に排出するために使用することができることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の冷却システム。
- 前記少なくとも1つのガス排出配管の前記入口と前記少なくとも1つのガス排出口との間に配置された少なくとも1つのガス排出弁装置を更に備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の冷却システム。
- 前記吹出装置と少なくとも1つのガス吸入弁装置とを制御するために用いられる制御装置を更に備えることを特徴とする、請求項7〜11のいずれか一項に記載の冷却システム。
- 前記加熱ゾーンの前記温度を検出するために用いられる温度検出装置を更に備え、
前記制御システムは、前記温度検出装置によって検出される前記温度に従って、前記吹出装置と少なくとも1つのガス吸入弁装置とを制御することができることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の冷却システム。
