本願は、2018年1月18日に提出された中国特許出願第201810050360.0号に基づくものであり、かつその優先権を主張するものであり、その全ての内容は参照により本願に組み込まれるものとする。
Claims (13)
- 密閉チャンバ(100)を有するケース(10)と、
前記密閉チャンバ(100)内に封入されるセル(11)と、
前記ケース(10)にそれぞれ装着される第1の電極端子(12a)及び第2の電極端子(12b)とを含み、
前記セル(11)からそれぞれ引き出された第1のタブ(13a)及び第2のタブ(13b)をさらに含み、
前記第1の電極端子(12a)が前記ケース(10)と電気的に接続され、
前記第2の電極端子(12b)と前記ケース(10)とが絶縁され、
前記第1のタブ(13a)が前記ケース(10)と電気的に接続され、
前記ケース(10)により前記第1の電極端子(12a)と電気的に接続され、
前記第2のタブ(13b)が前記第2の電極端子(12b)と電気的に接続される、
電池(1)。 - 前記第1のタブ(13a)は、前記セル(11)の一端から引き出され、
前記第2のタブ(13b)は、前記セル(11)の他端から引き出される、
請求項1に記載の電池(1)。 - 前記第1のタブ(13a)は、第1の接続部材(14)により前記ケース(10)と電気的に接続される、
請求項1又は2に記載の電池(1)。 - 前記第1の接続部材(14)は第1のU字型板(140)を含み、前記第1のU字型板(140)の閉塞端が前記ケース(10)に設けられ、前記第1のU字型板(140)の開口端が前記密閉チャンバ(100)に向かっており、前記第1のタブ(13a)が前記第1のU字型板(140)の、開口が形成される壁に接続される、
請求項3に記載の電池(1)。 - 前記第1の接続部材(14)は第1のU字型板(140)及び第1のリード板(141)を含み、前記第1のU字型板(140)の閉塞端が前記ケース(10)に設けられ、前記第1のU字型板(140)の開口端が前記密閉チャンバ(100)に向かっており、前記第1のタブ(13a)が前記第1のリード板(141)により前記第1のU字型板(140)と電気的に接続され、前記第1のリード板(141)の一端が前記第1のタブ(13a)に接続され、前記第1のリード板(141)の他端が前記第1のU字型板(140)の、開口が形成される壁に接続される、
請求項3又は4に記載の電池(1)。 - 前記第2のタブ(13b)は、第2の接続部材(15)により前記第2の電極端子(12b)と電気的に接続される、
請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の電池(1)。 - 前記第2の接続部材(15)は第2のU字型板(150)を含み、前記第2のU字型板(150)の閉塞端が前記第2の電極端子(12b)に接続され、前記第2のU字型板(150)の開口端が前記密閉チャンバ(100)に向かっており、前記第2のタブ(13b)が前記第2のU字型板(150)の、開口が形成される壁に接続される、
請求項6に記載の電池(1)。 - 前記第2の接続部材(15)は第2のU字型板(150)及び第2のリード板(151)を含み、前記第2のU字型板(150)の閉塞端が前記第2の電極端子(12b)に接続され、前記第2のU字型板(150)の開口端が前記密閉チャンバ(100)に向かっており、前記第2のタブ(13b)が前記第2のリード板(151)により前記第2のU字型板(150)と電気的に接続され、前記第2のリード板(151)の一端が前記第2のタブ(13b)に接続され、前記第2のリード板(151)の他端が前記第2のU字型板(150)の、開口が形成される壁に接続される、
請求項6又は7に記載の電池(1)。 - 前記ケース(10)は、両端にそれぞれ開口が形成された筒体(101)と、
前記筒体(101)の下端に設けられた第1のシールカバー(102)と、
前記筒体(101)の上端に設けられた第2のシールカバー(103)とを含み、
前記第1のタブ(13a)は、前記セル(11)の下端に設けられ、
前記第2のタブ(13b)は、前記セル(11)の上端に設けられる、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の電池(1)。 - 前記第1の電極端子(12a)と前記第2の電極端子(12b)は、いずれも前記第2のシールカバー(103)に装着される、
請求項9に記載の電池(1)。 - 前記第1の電極端子(12a)は、正電極端子であり、前記第2の電極端子(12b)は、負電極端子である、
請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の電池(1)。 - 請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の複数の電池(1)を含み、
複数の前記電池(1)の間を電気的に接続可能な外部接続部材(21)をさらに含む、
電池パック(2)。 - 請求項12に記載の電池パック(2)が設けられている、
