Abstract
Description
図3の実施例の装置をもって実験した結果は、次のとおりである。固相体としては、純亜鉛と純マグネシウムの2種類を使用し、目標コーティング層は、亜鉛とマグネシウム(重量比:10.8wt%Mg)合金コーティングである。
Claims (16)
- 基板に2以上の化合物又は元素をコーティングさせる蒸着装置であって、
前記2以上の化合物又は元素を複数の固相体として供給する供給部と、
前記供給部から供給される固相体を溶融及び蒸発させて蒸気を形成する加熱部と、
前記加熱部に連結され、前記蒸気が留まって以前に発生した蒸気と混合されるバッファ部と、
前記バッファ部に連結され、基板に向かって開口が形成されたノズルと
を含む、蒸着装置。 - 前記供給部は、供給管を介して前記加熱部に固相体を供給し、
前記供給管は、前記加熱部の溶湯内部まで延長する加熱部側端部を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の蒸着装置。 - 前記供給管の加熱部側端部には、供給された固相体が前記溶湯により少なくとも一部溶融した後に前記供給管から抜け出るように、前記固相体の断面より小さい開口が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の蒸着装置。
- 前記加熱部はルツボを含み、
前記バッファ部は、前記ノズルと前記ルツボを連結する空間であり、前記ルツボの断面より前記開口の面積が小さいことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の蒸着装置。 - 前記供給部は、第1固相体を供給する第1供給部と、
前記第1固相体と元素又は化合物が異なる第2固相体を供給する第2供給部と
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項2又は3に記載の蒸着装置。 - 前記第1供給部と第2供給部は、一つの前記供給管を介して前記加熱部に固相体を供給することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の蒸着装置。
- 前記第1供給部と第2供給部は、前記加熱部より上側に位置して、前記供給管から前記固相体は自重によって加熱部に供給されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の蒸着装置。
- 前記加熱部は、ルツボと、前記ルツボの内側又は外側に配置される電磁気コイルと、を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の蒸着装置。
- 前記電磁気コイルは、非浮揚型誘導加熱ユニットであることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の蒸着装置。
- 前記電磁気コイルは、垂直方向に巻線されたことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の蒸着装置。
- 前記第1固相体と前記第2固相体のそれぞれは、亜鉛、マグネシウム、アルミニウム、リチウム、インジウム、銀、及び銅のうちいずれか一つ以上を含むことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の蒸着装置。
- 2以上の固相体を同時に一つの加熱部に供給する供給段階と、
前記固相体を溶融及び蒸発させて蒸気を形成する蒸気形成段階と、
前記蒸気と以前に形成された蒸気とが混合される緩衝段階と、
混合された蒸気を基板に向かって噴射する噴射段階と
を含む、蒸着方法。 - 前記固相体は、亜鉛、マグネシウム、アルミニウム、リチウム、インジウム、銀、及び銅のうちいずれか一つ以上を含み、
前記混合された蒸気と前記固相体とは、互いに異なる組成を有することを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の蒸着方法。 - 前記供給段階で供給される固相体全体の組成比は、目標コーティング層の組成比と一致することを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の蒸着方法。
- 前記供給段階で前記固相体は、前記固相体が収容されて溶融及び蒸発するルツボの溶湯内部に延長した供給管を介して供給され、
前記蒸気形成段階で前記固相体は、少なくとも一部が溶融した後、前記供給管から抜け出て溶湯に混合されることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の蒸着方法。 - 前記固相体のそれぞれは、亜鉛、マグネシウム、アルミニウム、リチウム、インジウム、銀、及び銅のうちいずれか一つのみを含み、
前記供給段階で供給される固相体全体の組成比は、目標コーティング層の組成比と一致することを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の蒸着方法。
