Description

Claims (12)
- 整形外科用デバイス、特に装具又はプロテーゼを製造するためのコンピュータ実施方法であって、
(a)患者データ(ScanData)を含む少なくとも1つのデータセットを受信するステップと、
(b)患者モデルを作成するために前記患者データ(ScanData)を処理するステップと、
(c)前記患者モデルを使用して、患者パラメータ(P1、P2)を決定するステップと、
(d)前記患者パラメータ(P1、P2)及びデバイスパラメータ(V1、V2)を使用しながら、前記整形外科用デバイスの仮想表現を生成するステップと、
(e)少なくとも1人のユーザから少なくとも1つの入力を受信するステップと、
(f)前記入力に基づいて、前記患者パラメータ(P1、P2)及び/又は前記デバイスパラメータ(V1、V2)の少なくとも1つを修正するステップと、
(g)前記デバイスパラメータ(V1、V2)、前記患者パラメータ(P1、P2)、及び/又は前記患者パラメータに基づいて生成された前記整形外科用デバイスのモデル(OrthData)を使用して、前記整形外科用デバイスを物理的に作成するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記修正するステップ(f)は、少なくとも1つの製造マシン(50)、特に少なくとも1つの3Dプリンタを制御することを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。

前記第1のユーザの入力に基づいて、前記患者モデル及び/又は少なくとも1つの患者パラメータ(P1、P2)が修正されることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 第2のユーザ、特に患者から少なくとも1つの第2の入力が受信され、
前記第2のユーザの入力に基づいて、少なくとも1つのデバイスパラメータ(V1、V2)が修正されることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - (i)第1のユーザの入力を受信する前に、前記第1のユーザが認証され、且つ/又は、
(ii)前記第1のユーザの第2の入力を受信する前に、第2のユーザが認証されることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - どのデバイスパラメータが前記第2のユーザによって修正可能であるかについて認証データベースにおいて検索がなされ、
前記認証データベースに従って、前記第2のユーザによって修正可能な、修正用のデバイスパラメータ(V1、V2)のみが表示されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の方法。 - 前記患者データ(ScanData)は患者の連絡先データを含み、
(i)前記連絡先データを使用して、URLを伴うメッセージを患者に電子的に送信するステップと、
(ii)前記患者がユーザとして、特に第2のユーザとして少なくとも1つの入力を行うことができるように、前記連絡先データ及び/又は前記患者パラメータを使用して、前記患者を認証するステップと、

前記整形外科用デバイスの3Dデータを生成するための少なくとも1つのコンピュータユニットと、
前記3Dデータを前記整形外科用デバイスの(仮想)表現の形で表示し、少なくとも1人のユーザから少なくとも1つの入力を受信するように構成された視覚化装置、特にウェブサーバ(40)と、
を備え、
前記コンピュータユニットは、前記入力を使用して、
(a)デバイスパラメータ(V1、V2)及び/又は患者パラメータ(P1、P2)を修正し、
(b)前記デバイスパラメータ(V1、V2)及び前記患者パラメータ(P1、P2)に基づいて、前記整形外科用デバイスの物理的な作成のための製造データを生成することを特徴とするシステム。
