Abstract
Description
本発明は、セラミックマトリックス複合材料で作られた部品を製造するための方法の一般的な分野に関する。
したがって、本発明の主な目的は、セラミックマトリックスにより高密度化された粒状強化材を含む複合材料部品を製造する方法を提案することにより、このような不利益を補償することであり、この方法は以下の工程、すなわち、
− 結合剤、部品の粒状強化材を形成するための第1のセラミック又は炭素粒子、第1の粒子とは異なる第2のセラミック又は炭素粒子を含む混合物を成形することにより、製造されるべき部品のブランクを成形する工程、
− 部品の多孔性プレフォームを得るためにブランク中に存在する結合剤を除去又は熱分解する工程、及び
− 部分を得るために金属を含む溶融組成物をプレフォームの気孔に浸透させる工程
を含む。
以下、本発明の実施形態による方法の工程を、図1のフローチャートに関連して説明する。ここでは、セラミックマトリックス複合部品を得ることを目的とする。このような部品は、航空機用部品、例えば、航空機用ターボ機械での使用を意図した部品であることができる。このような部分は、例えば、小さなブレードであることができる。
Claims (17)
- セラミックマトリックスにより高密度化された粒状強化材を含む複合材料部品を製造する方法であって、以下の工程、すなわち、
− 結合剤、部品の粒状強化材を形成するための第1のセラミック又は炭素粒子、第1の粒子とは異なる第2のセラミック又は炭素粒子を含む混合物を成形することにより、製造されるべき部品のブランクを成形する工程(S4)、
− 部品の多孔性プレフォームを得るためにブランク中に存在する結合剤を除去又は熱分解する工程(S5)、及び
− 部分を得るために金属を含む溶融組成物をプレフォームの気孔に浸透させる工程(S6)
を含み、浸透工程の前に、結合剤の除去又は熱分解後に得られた多孔性プレフォームの熱間等方圧圧縮の工程をさらに含むことを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記溶融組成物がシリコンを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の粒子が短繊維である、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記短繊維が、50μm〜5000μmの間に含まれる長さを有する、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 短繊維が100〜300μmの間に含まれる長さを有する、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の粒子が粒である、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の粒子の中央値の基本体積が第2の粒子の中央値の基本体積以上である、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 混合物を成形することが、混合物をモールドに注入することを含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記混合物を含む液体媒体がモールドに注入され、該モールドが液体媒体のための濾過装置を備え、ブランクを成形する工程が、濾過装置による液体媒体の濾過をさらに含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 混合物を成形することが、混合物に圧力を加えることを含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 混合物を成形することが、混合物のモールドへの冷間等方圧圧縮を含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の粒子が炭化ケイ素である、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の粒子が相間でコーティングされる、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第2のセラミック粒子が、SiC、MoSi2、TiSi2、CoSi2、ZrSi2、HfSi2、ZrB2、HfB2、TiB2、及びそれらの混合物から選択される材料を含む、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 部品中の前記第1の粒子の体積含有率が、10%〜70%の間に含まれる、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 部品中の前記第2の粒子の体積含有率が、30%〜90%の間に含まれる、請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記部品が、航空ターボ機械に使用するための部品である、請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
