Abstract
Description
他の典型的な問題の中でも、骨折、椎骨変形、変性疾患、脊髄腫瘍の場合に脊椎のリハビリテーションを支援する、最新技術で既知のインプラントは、基本的に、変形の矯正後、脊椎が剛体ロッドの事前のモデリングと配置に従って整列したままになるような方法で、椎弓根ねじによってしっかりと各椎骨または椎骨のセットに固定されたロッドを含んでいる。
従来のインプラントの欠点は、手術された脊椎のセグメントがその可動性と自然な可撓性を失う可能性があり、これにより患者の胴体の動きが制限され、この可動性の低下の結果として、中長期的に、椎間板と椎間関節の変性を受ける固定部に隣接する椎骨セグメントが、早期の変形性関節症、脊椎痛、および大きな不快感を引き起こすことである。
これらの問題を解決するために、この分野の経験を有する者である本発明者は、脊椎の変形と不安定性を選択的に安定化および矯正するための物である「動的インプラント用のスライドブレードの取り付けと固定のためのガイド装置」を作製および開発した。
「動的インプラント用のスライドブレードの取り付けと固定のためのガイド装置」を説明する上記の図に従って、可撓性ブレード(1)を固定するためのガイド装置から成るこの特許の目的は、健康な脊椎に相当するあらゆる程度の自然な可動性を具えた姿勢矯正および/または脊椎治療である。
Claims (7)
- 本特許の目的である「動的インプラント用のスライドブレードの取り付けと固定のためのガイド装置」であって、脊椎の姿勢矯正および/または治療のために可撓性ブレードを固定するためのガイド装置(1)から成り、
姿勢矯正および/または脊椎治療用のフレキシブルブレード(1)をトランスフィックスするためのガイド装置からなり、ブーメランの形状の単一部品を具え2つの貫通穴(19)と(20)を具えた二重中間コネクタ(5)を受容するプラットフォーム(13)及び(14)を具えており、
前記穴(19)は、高い方の壁(21)が側面にあり、そこには、多軸ねじロッド(6)が結合されており、これは、円筒ロッド(23)から成り、その下端には、ねじ領域(25)が前にある球体(24)があり、他方の穴(20)が、片側に椎弓根ねじ(7)を、もう一方に固定ねじ(26)受容し、固定ねじ(26)は、固定ねじ(26)をオリフィス(20)設けられた内部フランジ(8)に固定するため、前記椎弓根ねじ(7)の頭部の同心穴(27)にねじ込まれ、前記内部フランジ(8)は、前記椎弓根ねじ(7)の角度を調整する役割を果たすことで、複数の二重中間コネクタ(5)が提供され、その内部フランジ角度(8)は、二重中間コネクタ(5)がブレードのセット(3)内で占めるさまざまな位置によって異なることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1に記載の「動的インプラント用のスライドブレードの取り付けと固定のためのガイド装置」において、
前記椎弓根ねじ(7)が骨表面の外側にあり、前記二重中間コネクタ(5)を固定する小さな固定ねじ(26)を受容する(27)を有しており、前記二重中間コネクタ(5)が、前記椎弓根ねじ(7)の頭部に適合することを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1に記載の「動的インプラント用のスライドブレードの取り付けと固定のためのガイド装置」において、前記端部プラットフォーム(13)およびスライド(14)が、可撓性ブレード(1)を固定するためのガイド装置を統合し、セグメントの椎骨構造を無傷に保つことを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1に記載の「動的インプラント用のスライドブレードの取り付けと固定のためのガイド装置」において、
二重中間コネクタ(5)はブーメランの形状をしており、2つの側があり、その片側に椎弓根ねじ(7)の適合があり、他方の側にブレードプラットフォーム(4)に取り付けられる多軸ねじロッド(6)を有することを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1に記載の「動的インプラント用のスライドブレードの取り付けと固定のためのガイド装置」において、前記可撓性ブレード(4)が、それらの長さ方向にガイド(1)を有することを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1に記載の、「動的インプラント用のスライドブレードの取り付けと固定のためのガイド装置」において、
前記ブレードの前記プラットフォーム(13)及び(14)には前記可撓性ブレードと前記スライドブレードのセット(3)がスライドするレール(18)があるのに対し、これらのプラットフォーム(13)及び(14)に、2つの側があり、片側が前記可撓性ブレードのセット(3)が通過してスライドする箱の形状であり、他方の側に前記二重中間コネクタ(5)に取り付けるための穴(16)を有することを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1に記載の「動的インプラント用のスライドブレードの取り付けと固定のためのガイド装置」において、
