Claims (15)
- 特にはドア用のモジュール式電動駆動システム(200)であって、
a.いくつかのモジュール(100)が、前記モジュール(100)の長手軸(LA)に沿って直線状に並べて配置され、前記駆動システム(200)の機能グループ(170)を形成し、
b.前記モジュール(100)の各々は、前記長手軸(LA)に直交する前面(101)上のいくつかのラッチ要素(110)、および/または前記前面(101)の反対側に位置しかつ前記長手軸(LA)に直交する後面(102)上の前記ラッチ要素(110)に対して相補的であるいくつかの受け入れ要素(120)を備え、
c.第1のモジュール(100)の前記ラッチ要素(110)が、前記長手軸(LA)に沿って前記第1のモジュール(100)に隣接する第2のモジュール(100)の前記受け入れ要素(120)と機械的な接続を形成する、
前記駆動システム(200)であり、
d.前記第1のモジュール(100)の前記受け入れ要素(120)および前記第2のモジュール(100)の前記ラッチ要素(110)は、前記長手軸(LA)に沿って確実に協働して、前記機械的な接続の緩みを防止するように設計され、
e.前記ラッチ要素(110)および/または前記受け入れ要素(120)は、前記長手軸(LA)に沿った前記機械的な接続の緩みに抗する少なくとも1つのアンダーカットを備える、
ことを特徴とする駆動システム(200)。 - 前記ラッチ要素(110)は、いくつかのラッチ用ラグを備え、前記受け入れ要素(120)は、前記ラッチ用ラグに対して相補的ないくつかの凹部を備える、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の駆動システム(200)。
- 前記モジュール(100)のうちの少なくとも1つが、前記機械的な接続を非破壊で切り離すための少なくとも1つの分離要素を備える、ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の駆動システム(200)。
- 前記モジュール(100)のうちの少なくとも1つが、前記モジュール(100)の構成要素を受け入れるためのケージ(150)を備え、前記ケージ(150)は、好ましくは、前記ラッチ要素(110)および/または前記受け入れ要素(120)を備え、さらには/あるいは前記長手軸(LA)に沿って作用する力を吸収するように設計されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の駆動システム(200)。
- 前記モジュール(100)のうちの少なくとも1つが、少なくとも1つの所定の破壊点(160)を備え、好ましくは、前記所定の破壊点(160)の破壊力は、前記モジュール(100)を他のモジュール(100)から切り離すために前記長手軸(LA)に沿って加えなければならない解放力よりも小さい、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の駆動システム(200)。
- 前記モジュール(100)のうちの少なくとも1つが、好ましくは前記モジュール式の駆動システム(200)のハウジング上に前記モジュール(100)を前記長手軸(LA)を中心とする前記モジュール(100)の回転に抗して固定するためのいくつかの回転防止要素(180)を備え、前記回転防止要素(180)は、好ましくはいくつかの溝および/または突起を備える、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の駆動システム(200)。
- 前記機能グループ(170)は、
a.モータ(171)、
b.トランスミッション(172)、
c.クラッチ(173)、
d.ブレーキ(174)、
e.ベアリング(175)、および
f.ねじスピンドル(176)
から選択される、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の駆動システム(200)。 - 複数の前記モジュール(100)、好ましくはすべてのモジュール(100)が、前記ラッチ要素(110)および受け入れ要素(120)の形状および配置に関して互いに対応している、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の駆動システム(200)。
- 前記モジュール(100)のうちの1つが、ねじスピンドル(176)およびベアリング(175)を備え、前記ベアリング(175)は、好ましくは、前記長手軸(LA)に沿って作用する力を吸収するように設計されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の駆動システム(200)。
- ドア、特には車両のドアを動かすための、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の駆動システム(200)の使用。
- 特にはドア用の請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のモジュール式電動駆動システム(200)の製造方法(300)であって、
a.前記駆動システム(200)用の前記モジュール(100)を製造するステップ(310)と、
b.前記個々のモジュール(100)の機能を試験するステップ(330)と、
c.前記試験(330)後の前記モジュール(100)を組み立てて、前記駆動システム(200)を形成するステップ(340)と
を少なくとも含む製造方法(300)。 - 前記モジュール(100)を前記製造(310)後かつ前記組み立て(340)前に、ある保管期間にわたってある保管温度で保管するステップ(320)
を特徴とし、
前記保管期間は、好ましくは少なくとも24時間であり、かつ/または前記保管温度は、好ましくは前記モジュール(100)の材料のガラス転移温度を上回る、
ことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の製造方法(300)。 - 前記試験(330)は、前記保管(320)の前または後に実行される、ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の製造方法(300)。
- 前記組み立て(340)は、前記モジュール(100)をプレロードすることを含む、ことを特徴とする請求項11〜13のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法(300)。
- 前記駆動システム(200)は、ドア、好ましくは車両のドアを動かすように設計される、ことを特徴とする請求項11〜14のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法(300)。
