Claims (13)
- 中空構造で形成されたモジュールケースと、
前記モジュールケース内に配置され、一方向に積層された複数の二次電池セルからなるセル積層体と、
前記複数の二次電池セルを電気的に連結する複数のバスバー、及び前記二次電池セルの電圧をセンシングするセンシング部材が所定の位置に組み立てられ、前記セル積層体の外周に設けられて前記セル積層体と一体的に前記モジュールケース内に挿入配置されるバスバーフレームと
を含み、
前記バスバーフレームは、
前記セル積層体の長手方向に配置される水平フレームと、前記水平フレームの両端部にヒンジ結合され、前記セル積層体の前面部及び後面部に高さ方向に配置される一対の垂直フレームとを含む、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記一対の垂直フレームは、
一方向に沿って予め決められた間隔を置いて前記二次電池セルの電極リードが通過するように貫設された複数のスロット部と、前記スロット部同士の間に設けられる組立ガイド部とを含み、
前記組立ガイド部には、前記バスバー、及び前記センシング部材に連結される印刷回路基板が選択的に取り付けられる、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記組立ガイド部は、前記バスバーが取り付けられる複数の第1組立ガイド部と、前記印刷回路基板が取り付けられる第2組立ガイド部とを含み、前記第2組立ガイド部は前記一対の垂直フレームのいずれか一方に設けられる、請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記第1組立ガイド部及び前記第2組立ガイド部は、前記バスバーまたは前記印刷回路基板の面積に対応するサイズで形成されたボディを含み、前記ボディは、横断面が弧状になるように前記セル積層体に対向する方向に湾曲した形状を有する、請求項3に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記ボディは、前記セル積層体の一側から少なくとも前記二次電池セルのテラスの長さよりも遠い距離に位置するように湾曲し、前記ボディと前記セル積層体の一側との間には所定の衝撃緩衝空間が設けられる、請求項4に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記複数のバスバーは所定の厚さを有する四角形の金属板状に形成されており、
前記第1組立ガイド部は前記バスバーの下端角部分を囲む形態で収容する角受け部材を備え、前記一対の垂直フレームは前記第1組立ガイド部の上部に設けられる係止顎を備え、
前記バスバーは、下端角部分が前記角受け部材に嵌められて前記第1組立ガイド部に配置され、上端部が前記係止顎に係止されて位置固定される、請求項3から5のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記第1組立ガイド部は、
前記ボディで囲まれた内側の空いた空間を区切るリブをさらに含み、前記バスバーの一面は前記リブに接触して支持される、請求項4または5に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記印刷回路基板は、電子素子が前記ボディで囲まれた内側空間に収容されるように第2組立ガイド部に配置される、請求項4、5、または7に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記第2組立ガイド部は、前記ボディの内側面で前記印刷回路基板に向かう方向に突出するように設けられた少なくとも1つの支柱をさらに含み、
前記印刷回路基板は、前記少なくとも1つの支柱に対応する個数の孔を備え、前記少なくとも1つの支柱を嵌め込んで前記第2組立ガイド部に固定される、請求項4、5、7、または8に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記一対の垂直フレームのいずれか一方は、前記印刷回路基板が取り付けられたフロントフレームと定義され、前記一対の垂直フレームの他方はリアフレームと定義され、
前記センシング部材は、
前記フロントフレームに位置した前記バスバーに連結されて前記二次電池セルの電圧をセンシングする第1電圧センシングユニットと、前記リアフレームに位置した前記バスバーに連結されて前記二次電池セルの電圧をセンシングする第2電圧センシングユニットとを含み、
前記第1電圧センシングユニット及び前記第2電圧センシングユニットは、前記印刷回路基板に連結され、前記第2電圧センシングユニットは、複数のワイヤ、FFC及びFPCBのうち1つで形成された伝送部材を介して前記印刷回路基板に連結される、請求項2から9のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記水平フレームは前記セル積層体の上部に配置され、前記伝送部材は前記水平フレームの下面に取り付けられる、請求項10に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記一対の垂直フレームの上端部上に前記水平フレームの両側の終端部が置かれ、前記水平フレームの両側の終端部のうち一部分は、前記一対の垂直フレームの上端部に接触しないように他の部分より薄く設けられて前記伝送部材が引き出し可能な開口を形成する、請求項11に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを少なくとも1つ以上含むバッテリーパック。
