Claims (13)
- ループス腎炎を治療又は予防する方法であって、前記方法は、それを必要とするヒト患者に治療上有効量の、ヒトCD40に特異的に結合するヒト化抗体を投与することを含み、前記抗体は重鎖及び軽鎖を含み、重鎖配列及び軽鎖配列は、
a)配列番号:9〜配列番号:11からなる群より選択される重鎖CDR1配列、配列番号:12〜配列番号:15からなる群より選択される重鎖CDR2配列、及び配列番号:16〜配列番号:17からなる群より選択される重鎖CDR3配列;並びに
b)配列番号:18〜配列番号:21からなる群より選択される配列を有する軽鎖CDR1配列、配列番号:22〜配列番号:23の軽鎖CDR2配列、及び配列番号:24〜配列番号:25からなる群より選択される軽鎖CDR3配列
からなる群より選択される、方法。 - 前記抗体は、配列番号:10の重鎖CDR1配列、配列番号:13の重鎖CDR2配列及び配列番号:16の重鎖CDR3配列を含み、前記抗体は、配列番号:19の軽鎖CDR1配列、配列番号:22の軽鎖CDR2配列及び配列番号:24の軽鎖CDR3配列を含む、請求項1記載の方法。

- 前記抗体は、配列番号:11の重鎖CDR1配列、配列番号:15の重鎖CDR2配列及び配列番号:17の重鎖CDR3配列を含み、前記抗体は、配列番号:21の軽鎖CDR1配列、配列番号:23の軽鎖CDR2配列及び配列番号:25の軽鎖CDR3配列を含む、請求項1記載の方法。

配列番号:35の重鎖及び配列番号:31の軽鎖;又は
配列番号:40の重鎖及び配列番号:36の軽鎖

b)配列番号:18〜配列番号:21からなる群より選択される配列を有する軽鎖CDR1配列、配列番号:22〜配列番号:23の軽鎖CDR2配列、及び配列番号:24〜配列番号:25からなる群より選択される軽鎖CDR3配列
からなる群より選択される、使用。 - 前記抗体は、配列番号:10の重鎖CDR1配列、配列番号:13の重鎖CDR2配列及び配列番号:16の重鎖CDR3配列を含み、前記抗体は、配列番号:19の軽鎖CDR1配列、配列番号:22の軽鎖CDR2配列及び配列番号:24の軽鎖CDR3配列を含む、請求項9記載の使用。
- 前記抗体は、配列番号:9の重鎖CDR1配列、配列番号:14の重鎖CDR2配列及び配列番号:16の重鎖CDR3配列を含み、前記抗体は、配列番号:20の軽鎖CDR1配列、配列番号:22の軽鎖CDR2配列及び配列番号:24の軽鎖CDR3配列を含む、請求項9記載の使用。
- 前記抗体は、配列番号:11の重鎖CDR1配列、配列番号:15の重鎖CDR2配列及び配列番号:17の重鎖CDR3配列を含み、前記抗体は、配列番号:21の軽鎖CDR1配列、配列番号:23の軽鎖CDR2配列及び配列番号:25の軽鎖CDR3配列を含む、請求項1記載の使用。
- (a)ヒトCD40に特異的に結合するヒト化抗体であって、前記抗体は重鎖及び軽鎖を含み、重鎖配列及び軽鎖配列は、
i)配列番号:9〜配列番号:11からなる群より選択される重鎖CDR1配列、配列番号:12〜配列番号:15からなる群より選択される重鎖CDR2配列、及び配列番号:16〜配列番号:17からなる群より選択される重鎖CDR3配列;並びに
ii)配列番号:18〜配列番号:21からなる群より選択される軽鎖CDR1配列、配列番号:22〜配列番号:23の軽鎖CDR2配列、及び配列番号:24〜配列番号:25からなる群より選択される軽鎖CDR3配列
からなる群より選択されるヒト化抗体と、
(b)緩衝液、安定化剤、及び、任意でpH調整剤と
を含む、医薬組成物。
