Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an inspection device for inspecting a biological substance composed of a protein, a polypeptide, a nucleic acid and a mixture thereof, and a container for inspecting a biological substance on which the biological substance is fixed, and in particular, supplies a liquid such as a reagent or a cleaning solution. -Regarding the inspection equipment and containers to be discharged.
In particular, the present invention can be suitably used for a method of expressing a required antigen-antibody reaction with high quality and testing and analyzing the antigen-antibody reaction.
In the microarray type measurement method in which a biological substance such as DNA or protein is arranged as a substance to be immobilized on the surface of a substrate in a small spot shape, there is a method of spot-fixing the substance to be immobilized on the substrate. In a container containing the substrate (hereinafter, also referred to as "biochip" or simply "chip"), after injecting a sample to be tested into the biochip, several types of reagents and a cleaning solution for washing them away are placed in the biochip. Inject a fixed amount. In particular, in order to prevent contamination (contamination due to mixing) with the reagents in the next step, it is necessary to surely wash the reagents in the previous step with a washing liquid and drain the liquid. At present, a method is adopted in which a nozzle for sucking a cleaning liquid is sucked as close as possible to the surface of the biochip for drainage (see, for example, Patent Document 1). However, some cleaning liquid remains on the chip surface, which affects the reagent reaction in the next step. In particular, there is a state in which the reaction quality of the final inspection process such as the luminescence reaction is deteriorated.
Patent Document 2 (Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2013-24605) is a technical example aimed at improving the efficiency of liquid suction from the biochemical reaction chip, and when sucking the liquid from the biochemical reaction chip (10) therein. The biochemical reaction chip (10) may be mechanically tilted so that the liquid suction nozzle (31) is downward, or the liquid may be blown toward the liquid suction nozzle (31) to assist suction. Have been described. Mechanical means moving with an active power mechanism such as a motor. Hereinafter, it is abbreviated as mechanical. In the configuration described in
In the configuration described in
If a configuration such as a motor or a piezoelectric element is to be introduced in order to mechanically tilt the biochemical reaction chip (10), it is necessary to control the tilt angle, the tilt timing, and the like. If the tilt angle is too large or the tilt timing is off, the liquid in the chip may spill. If the liquid spills, the biochemical reaction chip (10) to be set next may be contaminated, and there is a risk of adverse effects on the measurement results (contamination, hereinafter abbreviated as contamination).
It is a technical problem of the present invention to drain liquid with a simple structure and less risk of contamination as compared with the case of introducing a structure in which the tip is mechanically tilted.

Next, specific examples of embodiments of the present invention (hereinafter referred to as Examples) will be described with reference to the drawings, but the present invention is not limited to the following Examples.

FIG. 2 is an explanatory view of a container for inspecting a biological substance according to Example 1, FIG. 2A is a plan view, FIG. 2B is a side view in a state where the drainage nozzle is not in contact, and FIG. 2C is a view in which the drainage nozzle is in contact. It is a side view of the state.
In FIG. 2, the
Further, a
In FIG. 2B, the
In FIGS. 2B and 2C, when the drainage is performed while the
Although the
Further, as shown in FIG. 2C, when the
The
FIG. 3 is an explanatory diagram of poor suction of liquid.
In the
If the
In particular, in the first embodiment, when the
It is also possible to incline the tip of the
Further, in the configuration described in
On the other hand, in the first embodiment, the
Then, when the
The
The direction of scanning the
Further, after tilting the
(Modification example)
In the first embodiment, the configuration in which the
In particular, in the active tilting mechanism described in
