Claims (3)
- 車両用の熱管理システムであり、
電気機器と、
前記電気機器を冷却する第1熱媒と外気の間で熱を交換する第1熱交換器と、
車室空調器の第2熱媒と前記第1熱媒との間で熱を交換する第2熱交換器と、
前記第1熱媒が流れる流路であって、前記電気機器を通過しているとともに前記第1熱交換器の入口と出口に接続している第1流路と、
前記第1流路に配置されているとともに前記第1流路に前記第1熱媒を循環させる第1ポンプと、
前記第1熱媒が流れる流路であって、前記第2熱交換器を通過しているとともに前記第1熱交換器の前記入口と前記出口に接続している第2流路と、
前記第2流路に配置されているとともに、前記第2流路に前記第1熱媒を循環させる第2ポンプと、
前記第1流路と前記第1熱交換器の間を遮断する第1流路弁と、
前記第2流路と前記第1熱交換器の間を遮断する第2流路弁と、
前記第1流路に接続されており、前記第1流路弁が前記第1流路と前記第1熱交換器の間を遮断しているときに前記第1熱交換器をバイパスして前記電気機器と前記第1ポンプの間で前記第1熱媒を循環させるバイパス流路と、
前記第1ポンプと、前記第2ポンプと、前記第1流路弁と、前記第2流路弁を制御するコントローラと、
を備えており、
前記コントローラは、
前記第1ポンプと前記第2ポンプがともに正常の場合は前記第1流路と前記第2流路の一方が前記第1熱交換器に接続され他方が前記第1熱交換器から遮断されるように前記第1流路弁と前記第2流路弁を制御し、
前記第1ポンプと前記第2ポンプの一方がロックした場合は前記第1流路と前記第2流路の両方が前記第1熱交換器に接続されるように前記第1流路弁と前記第2流路弁を制御するとともに前記第1ポンプと前記第2ポンプの他方を駆動する、熱管理システム。 - 前記第2流路に接続されており、前記第2流路弁が前記第2流路と前記第1熱交換器の間を遮断しているときに前記第1熱交換器をバイパスして前記第2熱交換器と前記第2ポンプの間で前記第1熱媒を循環させる第2バイパス流路をさらに備えている、請求項1に記載の熱管理システム。
- 前記第1流路と前記第2流路の一方に、前記第1熱媒の液面が空気に触れているリザーブタンクが接続されている、請求項1または2に記載の熱管理システム。
