Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a technique for constructing a steel guide wall.
When excavating a deep ditch in the construction ground in continuous wall construction work or other work, when constructing a guide wall to protect the topsoil part and prevent the excavated ditch from collapsing and to guide equipment such as excavation drills. There is.
With reference to FIG. 3, the construction of a guide wall using reinforced concrete when the ground is soft will be described.
When constructing the
The main purpose of the
Next, the area where the
Then,
On the other hand, when the ground is relatively strong, the surface layer of the construction area may be improved instead of constructing the groove wall protection. The surface layer improvement is performed on a predetermined area from the ground surface to a depth of about 2 m, for example. Shallow layer improvement is carried out, for example, by excavating in-situ soil, mixing it with a solidifying material, and then backfilling it in its original position.
Then, the area where the guide wall should be installed is excavated on the required scale. Subsequent construction procedure of the
In the above-mentioned conventional technique, the reason why the reinforced concrete structure is constructed as the
In addition, during excavation, the groove (excavated area) between the guide walls is filled with bentonite (muddy water), but due to the suction of slime remaining in the groove during construction and the replenishment of bentonite deficient due to suction. Since the water level of bentonite rises and falls, both inner surfaces of the groove are likely to collapse. This can also be said to be the reason for constructing the
However, in the reinforced
Further, after the construction of the continuous wall, it is necessary to remove the reinforced
Here, there is a technique for constructing a guide wall with steel instead of a reinforced concrete structure (see Patent Documents 1 to 3).
However, in the above-mentioned prior art (Patent Documents 1 to 3), the configuration of the constituent members is complicated, a great deal of labor is required for assembly and removal, and a special product having a high manufacturing cost is used. There is a problem that the cost of removal rises.
The present invention has been proposed in view of the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, and is made of inexpensive steel that does not require the placement of reinforced concrete, is constructed without using special members, is easy to assemble and remove, and is inexpensive. The purpose is to provide a guide wall.
The steel guide wall (20) of the present invention is a steel guide wall arranged along both sides of a planned excavation opening for construction of a continuous wall in a region below the ground level at which heavy excavation machinery operates. There,
Shaped steel (1: for example, H-shaped steel, C-shaped steel) in which the web is installed vertically along both sides of the planned excavation opening construction site for continuous wall construction.
A first connecting member (bh: for example, bolts and nuts) that connects adjacent shaped steels (1) to each other,
A plate (5) that is connected to the web of the shaped steel (1) by a second connecting member (6: for example, a tie rod) inserted through the web and closes the open cross section between the upper and lower flanges.
The lower iron plate (3) on which the shaped steel (1) is placed and
It is composed of a third connecting member (2: for example, a fastening metal fitting) that connects the lower iron plate (3) and the shaped steel (1).
In the present invention, it is preferable to have a reinforcing member (7: for example, a jack) which is installed between the upper and lower flanges of the shaped steel (1) and supports the load of the web (1A).
According to the present invention having the above-described configuration, it is not necessary to place reinforced concrete. Therefore, concrete curing is not required, the construction period can be shortened by that amount, and the construction cost is also reduced.
Further, when the steel guide wall (20) is removed after the construction (for example, the continuous wall construction method), it is not necessary to hang the reinforced concrete, so that the labor and cost required for removing the reinforced concrete can be reduced. Further, it is not necessary to treat the concrete constituting the reinforced concrete as industrial waste, and the labor and cost can be reduced accordingly.
In addition, according to the present invention, it is not necessary to use a special special member, and it is not necessary to manufacture the special member. In addition, since it has a connection structure using bolts / nuts, tie rods, and fastening metal fittings, it is easy to assemble and disassemble, and the shaped steel and connecting members after disassembly can be reused. Therefore, the construction cost is reduced.
Further, in the present invention, if the reinforcing member (7) is arranged in the shaped steel (1) to reinforce the web for the retaining material, the load of the equipment required for construction (for example, a heavy excavation machine) is a steel guide. Even if it acts on the wall (20), it is possible to prevent inconveniences such as buckling or deformation of the web (1A) of the shaped steel (1).
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2.
The embodiment shown in FIG. 1 is applied when the ground below the steel guide wall is soft.
The excavation machine used for continuous wall construction includes, for example, an excavation drill (not shown) and an
Therefore, the
In the illustrated embodiment, the H-shaped steel is exemplified as the shaped steel 1.
In FIG. 1, the
In FIG. 1, two rows and two rows of shaped steel 1 are arranged on the left side of the opening 20-A of the
The shaped steel 1 located in the upper stage and the shaped steel 1 located in the lower stage are connected by the first connecting member bh. For the sake of simplification of the drawings, the first connecting member bh is indicated by a alternate long and short dash line.
When a market product in which holes are provided in advance at a predetermined pitch on the flange surface of the shaped steel 1 is used, the holes can be used as insertion holes. Steel 1 can be fastened to each other. Compared to market products without holes, it can be used without unnecessary hole cutting, so it can be reused without being damaged.
In FIGS. 1 and 2, the
In FIG. 1, the
In the region on the left side of the opening 20-A, the
The
In the illustrated embodiment, good quality soil is used as the filler 4. The filler 4 may be improved soil obtained by adding a solidifying material to the soil, or soil having a large uniaxial compressive strength brought in from a place other than the construction site. The
In FIG. 1, the

In FIG. 1, the upper iron plate 9 is arranged above the shaped steel 1 on the left side of the opening 20-A. In other words, the upper iron plate 9 is covered with the shaped steel 1. The upper iron plate 9 exhibits a function of distributing a large load of the

Next, with reference to FIG. 2, the configuration around the shaped steel 1 will be further described. For the sake of simplification of the illustration, only the shaped steel 1 on the left side of the opening 20-A in FIG. 1 is shown in only one step, and the
In FIG. 2, a plate 5 (plate-shaped member) is arranged on the left side of the shaped steel 1 on the left side and on the right side of the shaped steel 1 on the right side, and the

As described above with reference to FIG. 1, the reinforcing member 7 is arranged in the internal space of the shaped steel 1 as a reinforcing member of the
In the illustrated embodiment, the jack is shown as an example of the reinforcing member 7 (reinforcing member of the

The filling is not limited to Styrofoam, and can be selected from materials having a variable shape and being lightweight.
Subsequently, the procedure for constructing the

In the next step, the region above the
After filling the filler 4, the upper iron plate 9 is arranged in a region extending from above the shaped steel 1 to the surface of the filler 4.

In addition, since the
In addition, since it has a connection structure using bolts / nuts, tie rods, and fastening metal fittings, it is easy to assemble and disassemble, and the shaped steel and connecting members after disassembly can be reused.

If the ground at the construction site is good (relatively strong) and the excavation machine is a type that lowers the excavation drill from the boom to the construction area (crawler crane), the endless track zone of the excavation machine is a steel guide. It is not located near the
