Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to, for example, a door opening / closing control system for opening / closing an automatic door.
Conventionally, a touch signal is transmitted from a touch switch provided on a door such as an automatic door when a part of the human body comes into contact with the touch switch (including installation around the door) or when a part of the human body approaches the touch switch. A door open / close control system that opens the door is known. Touch switches are often used to open the door only to those who are willing to pass through it, such as in busy areas, and to open the door to those who are not willing to pass through it. It is used for the purpose of preventing malfunctions.
In such a door opening / closing control system, after opening the door, time is measured by a timer or the like, and the door is closed after a certain period of time has elapsed. In this case, a person who cannot pass through the door within the certain time period may be caught in the door. Therefore, there is known a door opening / closing control system separately provided with a so-called safety sensor for detecting an object such as a person on the opening / closing track of the door and closing the door after the object has passed. This safety sensor allows the door to be closed after no one is on the door's open / close track. Further, in addition to this safety sensor, even when an area sensor that detects a peripheral object including the immediate vicinity of the door based on a detection wave such as infrared rays from the object is used, even if the above-mentioned fixed time elapses. Since the door can be closed by detecting that the person passing through the door has completed the passage, the safety on the opening / closing track can be ensured, and the safety around the door such as a collision can be ensured. AIR sensors [Active Infra-Red Sensor] are mainly used for safety sensors and area sensors. In addition, instead of the AIR sensor, a sensor whose detection principle is a heat ray type, an ultrasonic type, a MW type, a laser type, an image type or the like may be used.
On the other hand, since children such as infants may be caught in doors such as automatic doors, it is permissible for children and parents to pass through the door together, but children pass through the door alone. It has been pointed out that there is a need for a door open / close control system that can prevent this. As this door opening / closing control system, Patent Document 1 discloses an automatic door device in which a child has a transmitter that emits a predetermined signal and prohibits the opening of the automatic door while receiving the predetermined signal. ..
However, the automatic door device of Patent Document 1 requires a transmitter that separately emits a predetermined signal for prohibiting the opening of the automatic door as described above, which complicates the configuration of the device and increases the cost of the device. There is a point. Since it is necessary for the target child to have a transmitter in the first place, the target person is limited, and a child without a transmitter can enter the door. Further, in order to prevent the above-mentioned child from passing through the door alone, it is conceivable to install the touch switch at a height that the child cannot reach. In this case, the touch switch is touched when the door is closed. It is inconvenient for wheelchair users and elderly people because it is difficult to operate the touch switch at a high position because the switch cannot be pressed to shift to the open operation and may be caught in the door.
Therefore, the present invention eliminates the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, suppresses the complexity of the configuration and the increase in cost, and in addition, does not depend on the mounting height of the touch switch, and allows the child to pass through the door alone. It is an object of the present invention to provide a door open / close control system for prevention.
As a result of various studies, the present inventor has found that the above object can be achieved by the following invention.
The door opening / closing control system according to the present invention is
A touch switch installed on the door that sends out a touch signal by touching or approaching a part of the human body,
An area sensor that forms a detection area that detects an object around the door based on the detection wave from the object, and
In the normal mode, a receiver that receives a touch signal from the touch switch and outputs a door open control signal,
When the door open control signal is received, the door is provided with an activation means for opening the door.
In the child cancel mode different from the normal mode, the receiver detects the object in a predetermined area included in the detection area among the area sensors in the closed state of the door. When the object is not detected, the output of the door open control signal is canceled by receiving the touch signal.
According to this configuration, the door open / close control system is in a child cancel mode different from the normal mode in which the receiver always outputs a door open control signal when the receiver receives a touch signal from the touch switch. Among the area sensors, when the sensor that detects the object in a predetermined area included in the detection area does not detect the object, the door open control signal that has received the touch signal Cancel the output. Since a child is shorter than an adult, in the case of a child alone, a sensor that detects the object in a predetermined area other than the vicinity of the door, for example, detects the child who is the object in front of the touch switch near the door. The output of the door open control signal that has received the touch signal without detection is canceled. Therefore, since the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art can be eliminated while using the existing equipment, the complexity of the configuration and the cost increase can be suppressed, and in addition, the height of the touch switch can be installed independently of the child alone. You can prevent the door from passing through. This is because, at a position equidistant from the door, the detection area of the sensor that detects the object in the detection area other than the vicinity of the door is the detection of the sensor that detects the object in the detection area near the door. Because it is located higher than the area, it can detect only adults without detecting children.
In the above configuration, the predetermined area is preferably a distant area other than the near area near the door. In this case, the sensor that detects the object in the distant area can be detected by an adult without detecting the child, and can prevent the output of the door open control signal that has received the touch signal from being canceled. That is, since the door open control signal is output as in normal operation, only children cannot pass through the door, but children can pass through the door when accompanied by an adult.
In the above configuration, it is preferable that the activation means has a function of setting a sensor that detects the object in the near area or the distant area among the area sensors. This makes it possible to customize the sensor that detects children among the area sensors, reduce the possibility of prevention leaks when preventing children from passing through the door alone, and even adults who are not children alone. You can reduce the possibility of preventing it from passing through the door.
In the above configuration, the detection area is preferably an area in the row direction parallel to the lower end side of the door. Thereby, the sensors that detect the object in the predetermined area among the area sensors can be distinguished by paying attention to the perspective direction with respect to the door.
In the above configuration
The detection area is preferably an area that extends concentrically around the central position of the lower end side of the door, which is near the position directly below the area sensor. As a result, the sensor that detects the object in the predetermined area among the area sensors is a concentric circle as in this configuration, which is different from the case of the parallel column direction area in the configuration described above. In the case of an area that expands in a shape, it can be distinguished by paying attention to the perspective direction with respect to the door.
In the above configuration
The touch switch is a mechanical switch that sends out the touch signal due to contact with a part of the human body, or a part of the human body is close to the touch switch by detecting the part of the human body in a touch detection area near the touch switch. It is preferable that the sensor is an optical sensor that transmits the touch signal according to the above. As a result, not only the door can be opened by contact but also the door can be opened by non-contact.
The door open / close control system according to the present invention eliminates the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, suppresses the complexity of the configuration and the increase in cost, and in addition, does not depend on the mounting height of the touch switch, and can be used by a child alone. You can prevent the door from passing through.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In each figure, the same reference numerals indicate the same or corresponding parts, and the description thereof will be omitted as appropriate unless there is a special explanation such as a change.
<Basic configuration of door open / close control system and basic operation in normal mode>
FIG. 1 shows a schematic side view of a door opening / closing control system 1 for opening / closing a
At the
In the present embodiment, the
In the figure, an
The detection areas D1 to D6 are areas in the row direction parallel to the lower end side of the
In the following, the detection areas D1 and D2 in the vicinity of the
As shown in FIG. 2, the touch signal TS, which is a wireless signal, is transmitted from the
The receiver (touch switch sensor) 200 measures the time with a timer or the like after opening the door, notifies the
<Child cancel mode>
In the present embodiment, when the automatic door is activated, when the
In the child cancel mode, the child cancel
In the present embodiment, the predetermined area is a distant area D3 to D6 other than the near area near the door. Therefore, among the area sensors composed of the entire infrared detection element group, the sensor that detects the
Specifically, the
バス通信として、例えばCAN(Controller Area Network)通信が使用しうる。

<Operation of the door opening / closing control system of this embodiment>
Next, the operation of the door opening / closing control system of the present embodiment described above will be described with reference to the flow chart of FIG.

When the
In step S6, it is determined whether the combined
