Claims (5)
- インナ部材とアウタ筒部材とが本体ゴム弾性体で連結された筒型マウント本体と、
該アウタ筒部材が圧入固定された筒状部を有するアウタ側ブラケットと
を、含むブラケット付き筒型防振装置において、
前記筒型マウント本体には、前記インナ部材と前記アウタ筒部材との軸直角方向の相対変位量を制限する軸直ストッパが周方向で部分的に設けられている一方、
前記アウタ側ブラケットには、前記筒状部の軸方向端部において該軸直ストッパを周方向に外れた部分に切欠部が設けられており、該筒状部の軸方向長さが該切欠部によって短くされて、該アウタ筒部材が該切欠部を通じて外周へ露出しているブラケット付き筒型防振装置。 - 前記切欠部が前記アウタ側ブラケットの前記筒状部の軸方向両端部に形成されている請求項1に記載のブラケット付き筒型防振装置。
- 前記アウタ筒部材の軸方向長さが全周に亘って略一定とされている請求項1又は2に記載のブラケット付き筒型防振装置。
- 前記アウタ側ブラケットの前記筒状部は、前記アウタ筒部材よりも肉厚とされている請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載のブラケット付き筒型防振装置。
- 前記切欠部は、周方向において前記本体ゴム弾性体の前記アウタ筒部材への固着部分を含む位置に形成されており、
前記インナ部材と該アウタ筒部材を連結する該本体ゴム弾性体の軸方向の有効自由長は、前記アウタ側ブラケットの前記筒状部における該切欠部が形成された部分の軸方向長さ以上とされている請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載のブラケット付き筒型防振装置。
