Abstract
Description
繊維を含む第1原料に、水溶性樹脂を付与する工程と、
前記水溶性樹脂が付与された前記第1原料を解繊して解繊物を形成する工程と、
前記解繊物を堆積する工程と、
堆積された前記解繊物に水を付与する工程と、
を含む。
前記水溶性樹脂を付与する工程では、前記第1原料の表面に前記水溶性樹脂を付与してもよい。
前記水を付与する工程で付与される前記水の質量は、前記水溶性樹脂を付与する工程で付与される前記水溶性樹脂の質量に対して、1/100以上100以下であってもよい。
前記水を付与する工程で付与される前記水の温度は、40℃以上200℃以下であってもよい。
前記解繊物を形成する工程では、前記水溶性樹脂が付与された前記第1原料と、前記水溶性樹脂が付与されていない第2原料と、を解繊してもよい。
湿紙を作製する工程と、
前記湿紙に水溶性樹脂を付与する工程と、
を含む。
前記湿紙を作製する工程は、
繊維を含む原料を解繊して解繊物を形成する工程と、
前記解繊物を堆積する工程と、

前記材料を用意する工程では、前記水溶性樹脂が前記繊維に対して0.5質量%以上含まれた前記材料を用意する。
前記材料を用意する工程では、前記水溶性樹脂が前記繊維に対して3.5質量%以上含まれた前記材料を用意してもよい。
前記材料を用意する工程において、前記材料は、前記水溶性樹脂からなる樹脂物を含んでもよい。
前記水溶性樹脂は、再湿性を有してもよい。
解繊された繊維を含む解繊物を用意する工程と、
粉末状の水溶性樹脂を用意する工程と、
前記解繊物と前記粉末状の水溶性樹脂を混合して、混合物を形成する工程と、
前記混合物を堆積する工程と、
堆積された前記混合物に水分を付与する工程と、

繊維を含む第1原料に、水溶性樹脂を付与する樹脂付与部と、
前記水溶性樹脂が付与された前記第1原料を解繊して解繊物を形成する解繊部と、

前記解繊部は、前記水溶性樹脂が付与された前記第1原料と、前記水溶性樹脂が付与されていない第2原料と、を解繊してもよい。
前記水溶性樹脂は、再湿性を有してもよい。
1.1. 全体の構成
まず、本実施形態に係る繊維体成形装置について、図面を参照しながら説明する。図1は、本実施形態に係る繊維体成形装置100を模式的に示す図である。
樹脂付与部110は、繊維を含む原料に水溶性樹脂を付与する。水溶性樹脂は、繊維と繊維とを結合させるための結合材である。繊維を含む原料は、例えば、古紙である。図示の例では、樹脂付与部110は、供給部10から供給されて、粗砕部12で粗砕される前の原料に、水溶性樹脂を付与する。
水付与部120は、堆積された解繊物(ウェブW)に水を付与する。付与された水によって水溶性樹脂は、接着性を有する。接着性を有した水溶性樹脂によって、解繊物の繊維同士は、結合される。
繊維体成形装置100は、例えば、以下の効果を有する。
次に、本実施形態に係る繊維体成形方法について、図面を参照しながら説明する。図2は、本実施形態に係る繊維体成形方法を説明するためのフローチャートである。
3.1. 第1変形例
次に、本実施形態の第1変形例に係る繊維体成形方法について、図面を参照しながら説明する。図5は、本実施形態の第1変形例に係る繊維体成形方法を説明するためフローチャートである。
次に、本実施形態の第2変形例に係る繊維体成形方法について、図面を参照しながら説明する。図6は、本実施形態の第2変形例に係る繊維体成形方法を説明するためフローチャートである。
4.1. 試料の作製
4.1.1. 実施例1〜6
三菱製紙株式会社製の再生紙「G80」(坪量64g/cm2)に、水溶性樹脂を付与して原料とし、セイコーエプソン株式会社製の製紙機「PaperLab A8000」を改造した装置を用いて解繊、堆積を行ったのち、堆積された解繊物に水を付与して繊維同士を結合させた。原料中の付与した水溶性樹脂の質量に対する水の質量の比を、10とした。実施例1〜6では、水溶性樹脂の種類、および水溶性樹脂の繊維に対する含有量、および付与する水の温度を、図8のように振った。以上により、実施例1〜6のシートを作製した。
比較例1では、水溶性樹脂の代わりに熱可塑性樹脂を付与し、さらに、水を付与する代わりに180℃に加熱することによって熱可塑性樹脂を溶融させて繊維同士を結合させたこと以外は、実施例1〜6と同様にシートを作製した。
上記のようにして作製したシートの耐熱性を評価した。具体的には、シートを130℃に加熱した際に、シートが変形(カール)するか否か、また、シートにシワが発生するか否か、目視により評価した。図8に耐熱性の評価結果を示す。
A:変形およびシワは確認されなかった。
B:変形およびシワが確認された。

- 繊維を含む第1原料に、水溶性樹脂を付与する工程と、
前記水溶性樹脂が付与された前記第1原料を解繊して解繊物を形成する工程と、
前記解繊物を堆積する工程と、
堆積された前記解繊物に水を付与する工程と、
を含む、繊維体成形方法。 - 請求項1において、
前記水溶性樹脂を付与する工程では、前記第1原料の表面に前記水溶性樹脂を付与する、繊維体成形方法。 - 請求項1または2において、
前記水を付与する工程で付与される前記水の質量は、前記水溶性樹脂を付与する工程で付与される前記水溶性樹脂の質量に対して、1/100以上100以下である、繊維体成形方法。 - 請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項において、
前記水を付与する工程で付与される前記水の温度は、40℃以上200℃以下である、繊維体成形方法。 - 請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項において、
前記解繊物を形成する工程では、前記水溶性樹脂が付与された前記第1原料と、前記水溶性樹脂が付与されていない第2原料と、を解繊する、繊維体成形方法。 - 湿紙を作製する工程と、
前記湿紙に水溶性樹脂を付与する工程と、
を含む、繊維体成形方法。 - 請求項6において、
前記湿紙を作製する工程は、
繊維を含む原料を解繊して解繊物を形成する工程と、

前記材料を用意する工程では、前記水溶性樹脂が前記繊維に対して0.5質量%以上含まれた前記材料を用意する、繊維体成形方法。 - 請求項8において、
前記材料を用意する工程では、前記水溶性樹脂が前記繊維に対して3.5質量%以上含まれた前記材料を用意する、繊維体成形方法。 - 請求項8または9において、
前記材料を用意する工程において、前記材料は、前記水溶性樹脂からなる樹脂物を含む、繊維体成形方法。 - 請求項1ないし10のいずれか1項において、
前記水溶性樹脂は、再湿性を有する、繊維体成形方法。 - 解繊された繊維を含む解繊物を用意する工程と、
粉末状の水溶性樹脂を用意する工程と、
前記解繊物と前記粉末状の水溶性樹脂を混合して、混合物を形成する工程と、
前記混合物を堆積する工程と、
堆積された前記混合物に水分を付与する工程と、
