Abstract
Description
電子デバイスでは、通常、導電層(例えば、金属、金属合金、または金属酸化物)の腐食を防止するために、保護層が導電層上に設けられる。例えば、銅の表面を樹脂材料層で覆うことにより、環境中の腐食性媒体から銅を隔離し、防食効果を得ることができる。しかしながら、導電層上に樹脂材料保護層を設けても、導電層中の金属が腐食する恐れがある。
本開示のいくつかの実施形態によれば、自己組織化(self-assembled)保護層を有する導電性構造体(conductive structure)が提供され、前記導電性構造体は、基板、導電層、および自己組織化保護層を含む。導電層は、基板上に配置される。自己組織化保護層は、導電層を被覆し、自己組織化保護層は、アルキルアミン、フルオロアルキルアミン、フルオロアニリン、またはそれらの誘導体を含む。
図面は、以下の本開示の複数の実施形態を開示する。明確にするために、多くの実用的な(practical)詳細を以下の記述で説明する。しかしながら、これらの実用的な詳細は、本開示を制限することを意図していないことを理解されたい。すなわち、本開示のいくつかの実施形態では、これらの実用的な詳細は必要ではない。わかりやすくするために、構成要素のサイズまたは厚さが誇張され、元の寸法に表示されない場合がある。また、図面を簡単にするために、いくつかの従来の構造および要素を簡略化して図面に示す。
図2を参照されたい。導電性構造体300は、基板110と、導電層120a、120bと、自己組織化保護層130とを含んでいた。基板110は、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)基板であり、厚さ50μmであった。導電層120aおよび120bは、銀ナノワイヤ導電層であり、いずれも厚さが約30nm、幅が約200μmであった。導電層120aと120bとの間の距離は約30μmであった。導電層120aおよび120bのシート抵抗は70Ω/□であった。自己組織化保護層130は、98重量%のポリ(メチルメタクリレート)(アクリル樹脂)および2重量%の2,3,4,5,6−ペンタフルオロアニリンを含んでいた。自己組織化保護層130の厚さは約40nmであった。すなわち、自己組織化保護層130は、導電層120aおよび120bの上面に約10nmの厚さを有していた。
比較例1の導電性構造体は、比較例1の導電層上に保護層としてポリ(メチルメタクリレート)のみを有し、保護層に自己組織化添加剤を含まない点で、実験例1の導電性構造体と異なる。
本出願は、2019年11月14日に出願された中国特許出願第201911114973.7号の優先権を主張し、当該出願は参照により本明細書に取り込まれる。
Claims (11)
- 自己組織化保護層を有する導電性構造体であって、
基板;
金属、金属合金、または金属酸化物を含み、前記基板上に配置される導電層;および
アルキルアミン、フルオロアルキルアミン、フルオロアニリン、またはそれらの誘導体を含み、前記導電層を被覆する自己組織化保護層、
を含むことを特徴とする導電性構造体。 - 前記導電層が、導電性マイクロワイヤ、導電性ナノワイヤ、導電性粒子、または導電性クラスタを含む、請求項1に記載の導電性構造体。
- 前記導電層が、シート状層またはメッシュ状層である、請求項1または2に記載の導電性構造体。
- 前記導電層が、複数の銀ナノワイヤを含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の導電性構造体。
- 前記導電層が、透明導電層である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の導電性構造体。
- 前記自己組織化保護層が、75重量%〜95重量%の樹脂と、0.1重量%〜10重量%の自己組織化添加剤とを含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の導電性構造体。
- 前記樹脂が、ポリアクリレート、エポキシ、ノボラック、ポリウレタン、ポリイミド、ポリエーテル、ポリエステル、ポリビニルブチラール、またはそれらの組み合わせを含む、請求項6に記載の導電性構造体。
- 前記自己組織化保護層が、10nm〜0.5cmの範囲の厚さを有する、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の導電性構造体。
- 以下のものを含むことを特徴とする自己組織化コーティング組成物:
樹脂;
溶剤;および
アルキルアミン、フルオロアルキルアミン、フルオロアニリン、またはそれらの誘導体を含み、前記自己組織化コーティング組成物中で、0.01mg/L〜100mg/Lの範囲の濃度を有する、自己組織化添加剤。 - 前記樹脂が、ポリアクリレート、エポキシ、ノボラック、ポリウレタン、ポリイミド、ポリエーテル、ポリエステル、ポリビニルブチラール、またはそれらの組み合わせを含む、請求項9に記載の自己組織化コーティング組成物。
- 前記溶剤が、水、エタノール、イソプロパノール、アセトン、テトラヒドロフラン、N−メチルピロリドン、ジメチルホルムアミド、ジメチルスルホキシド、プロピレングリコールメチルエーテルアセテート、プロピレングリコールモノメチルエーテル、酢酸エチル、またはそれらの組み合わせを含む、請求項9または10に記載の自己組織化コーティング組成物。
