Abstract
【解決手段】フィードバック制御の終了後の第2ポンプの目標回転数NAを一定とする制御において、要求吐出圧に対応する目標回転数に対して所定の加算回転数N4を加算することで、第2ポンプの回転を制御する。加算回転数によって、固定モードにおいて第2ポンプの要求吐出圧を所定圧以下に維持できるので、第1ポンプによる仕事量の削減効果を確実に得ることができ、車両の燃費の向上に寄与することができる。

Claims (5)
- 第1ポンプと変速機の油圧作動部との間に、モータによって駆動される第2ポンプ及びバイパス弁が並列に接続され、
前記第1ポンプから前記バイパス弁を介して前記油圧作動部に第1オイルを供給する第1状態と、前記第1ポンプから供給される前記第1オイルを前記第2ポンプで加圧し、加圧した前記第1オイルを第2オイルとして前記油圧作動部に供給する第2状態とを切替可能な油圧制御装置において、
前記第2ポンプにおける前記第1オイルの吸入側のオイルの圧力を検出する油圧検出手段と、
前記第2状態における前記第2ポンプの回転数を制御する制御部と、を備え、
前記制御部は、
前記第2オイルの流量の要求値である要求流量と、前記第2ポンプの吐出圧の要求値である要求吐出圧とに基づいて前記第2ポンプの回転数を制御し、その際に、前記油圧検出手段が検出したオイルの圧力を用いて前記要求吐出圧に対するフィードバック制御を行うことで、前記フィードバック制御後の要求吐出圧と前記要求流量とを用いて前記第2ポンプの目標回転数を算出し、算出した前記目標回転数で前記第2ポンプの回転を制御し、
前記要求吐出圧が所定圧以下になったら、前記フィードバック制御を終了して前記目標回転数を一定とする制御に移行し、
前記目標回転数を一定とする制御において、前記要求吐出圧に対応する前記目標回転数に対して所定の加算回転数を加算することで、前記第2ポンプの回転を制御する
ことを特徴とする油圧制御装置。 - 前記第1オイル又は前記第2オイルの油温を検出する油温検出手段を備え、
前記油圧作動部は、前記車両が備える無段変速機構のプーリであり、
前記加算回転数は、前記油温検出手段で検出した油温と、前記無段変速機構のレシオとに基づいて算出される値である
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の油圧制御装置。 - 前記要求吐出圧は、
前記油圧検出手段が検出した前記第1オイルの圧力値を、前記第1ポンプから前記変速機における前記油圧作動部よりも低圧で作動する他の油圧作動部や潤滑対象に供給される第3オイルの圧力値の推定値に一致させるための油圧である
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の油圧制御装置。 - 前記フィードバック制御では、前記油圧検出手段が検出した前記第1オイルの圧力値から前記第3オイルの圧力値の推定値を減算することで前記要求吐出圧に対するフィードバック量を算出する
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の油圧制御装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記第1オイルの圧力値と前記第3オイルの圧力値の推定値との差が所定値以下となってから所定時間が経過し、かつ、所定時間当たりの前記第1オイルの圧力値と前記第3オイルの圧力値の推定値との差が所定の範囲内となったことを条件として、前記フィードバック制御を終了して前記目標回転数を一定とする制御に移行する
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の油圧制御装置。
