Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an adhesive substrate.
Conventionally, as a holding jig for holding or transporting electronic parts such as ceramic capacitors, chip resistors, coils, and silicon wafers in close contact with each other, a metal substrate and an adhesive rubber elastic member provided on the metal substrate have been used. Is known to consist of. Such a holding jig is disclosed in, for example, Patent Document 1.
As a method for manufacturing the holding jig, it can be obtained by applying and curing a resin composition for a rubber elastic member having adhesiveness on a substrate.
However, as a result of various studies on the material of the substrate and the rubber elastic member having adhesiveness, wavy irregularities may occur on the surface of the coating film of the resin composition, resulting in poor appearance and variation in film thickness. If the film thickness of the adhesive layer varies, the adherends such as parts are not uniformly held and may fall off.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a high-quality adhesive substrate having a flat surface of an adhesive layer.
As a result of verifying the appearance defect and the film thickness variation of the adhesive layer, the present inventors have applied the composition of the adhesive layer, and when the substrate is removed from the coating apparatus, it does not occur in the metal substrate, and in the case of the insulating substrate. Since the appearance defect was remarkable, it was found that the appearance defect and the film thickness variation were caused by the peeling charge, and the present invention was reached.
That is, the present invention is a method for manufacturing an adhesive substrate having an adhesive layer on an insulating substrate, the first step of providing a heat-resistant antistatic agent on the back surface of the insulating substrate, and the insulating substrate. The second step of forming a coating film by placing it on the support base of the coating device and applying a thermosetting resin composition containing a fluoroevaporate for an adhesive layer on an insulating substrate is formed. This is a method for manufacturing an adhesive substrate, which comprises a third step of curing a coating film to form an adhesive layer after removing the insulating substrate from the support base.
The insulating substrate is preferably at least one selected from glass epoxy, polyimide, polyester, and phenol resin.
According to the method for producing an adhesive substrate of the present invention, a high-quality adhesive substrate having a flat surface of the adhesive layer can be obtained.
Hereinafter, one embodiment of the present invention will be described, but the following embodiments are presented for purposes of illustration, and the present invention is not limited to the embodiments shown below.

With the above adhesive strength, for example, electronic components such as silicon wafers, flexible printed substrates, glass plates for large screen display devices, chip capacitors, ceramic capacitors, coil filters, resistance elements, conductive circuits, capacitors, LSIs, inductors, etc. Can be easily adhered and held, and easily removed if necessary.
結果はニュートン毎10mm(N/10mm)に換算した。
The method for measuring the adhesive strength is as follows with reference to JISZ0237. First, the adhesive surface to be measured is fixed horizontally, and the measurement environment is set to 23 ± 1 ° C. and humidity 50 ± 5%. Next, a polyimide film having a thickness of 25 μm is cut to a width of 25 mm, and then attached to the adhesive surface using a rubber roller of 2 kg. Then, within 1 minute, perform a 90-degree peeling test.
In the peeling test, the polyimide film is chucked on a tensile tester and then operated at a speed of 5 ± 0.2 mm / sec. The results were converted to 10 mm (N / 10 mm) per Newton.
The adhesive strength was measured using a combination of a digital force gauge manufactured by IMADA Co., Ltd., an electric stand, and a 90-degree peeling test jig, and a Kapton film manufactured by Toray DuPont Co., Ltd. was used as the polyimide film.
