Abstract
Description
押出物の形を有する分解ナフサストリームの選択的水素化脱硫のための触媒であって、
ハイドロタルサイトに基づく担体と、
その中に分散された脱硫金属を含み、クラウンを形成する前記担体に結合する外層と、
を備え、
前記押出物の活性相を形成する前記脱硫金属は、コバルト及びモリブデンであって、
モリブデンは、前記押出物内にほぼ均一に分散し、コバルトは、前記押出物の内部に存在せず、前記クラウンの内側部分で最多となる、触媒を提供する。
ハイドロタルサイトの押出物を得る工程と、
モリブデンの溶液で、湿潤点にて前記押出物を含浸する工程と、
コバルトの溶液で、湿潤点にて工程b)で得られた前記押出物を含浸する工程と、
前記含浸溶液のpHを1乃至10、好適には1乃至5、より好適には3の数値に酸で調整する工程と、
工程d)で得られた前記触媒を1乃至6時間、好適には2時間、乾燥させる工程と、
工程e)で得られた前記触媒を、少なくとも1時間、350乃至600°C、好適には450°Cの温度で「か焼」する工程と、
を備える初期湿潤含浸法であって、本発明による触媒を調製する方法を提供する。
本発明による前記水素化脱硫触媒を含有する水素化脱硫ゾーン内でオレフィンを含有する分解ナフサストリームを反応させる工程と、
硫黄濃度が減少した前記ナフサストリームを回収する工程と、
を備える、オレフィンが過飽和せずに、オレフィンを含有する分解ナフサストリームを選択的に水素化脱硫するプロセスを提供する。
(a)本発明の水素化脱硫触媒を含有する水素化脱硫ゾーン内でオレフィンを含有する分解ナフサストリームを反応させる工程と、
(b)硫黄濃度が減少したナフサストリームを回収する工程と、を備える。
Claims (10)
- 押出物の形を有する分解ナフサストリームの選択的水素化脱硫のための触媒であって、
(i)ハイドロタルサイトに基づく担体と、
(ii)その中に分散された脱硫金属を含み、クラウンを形成する前記担体に結合する外層と、
を備え、
前記押出物の活性相を形成する前記脱硫金属は、コバルト及びモリブデンであって、
モリブデンは、前記押出物内にほぼ均一に分散され、コバルトは、前記押出物の内部に存在せず、前記クラウンの内側部分で最多となる、触媒。 - 前記ハイドロタルサイトに基づく担体は、マンガン、亜鉛、銅、コバルト、又はニッケル、より好適にはマンガン、亜鉛、銅、又はコバルトから選択される1以上のM+2元素及びアルミニウム又はランタンから選択されるM+3元素をさらに含有する、請求項1に記載の触媒。
- 前記ハイドロタルサイトに基づく担体は、マグネシウム、アルミニウム、ランタン、マンガン、銅、及び/又は亜鉛、好適にはマグネシウム及びアルミニウム、又はマグネシウム、アルミニウム、及び亜鉛を含有する、請求項1又は2に記載の触媒。
- 前記触媒における、MoO3及びCoOと表現されるコバルトの前記活性相の含有量は、前記触媒の重量に基づいて、3乃至20wt%、好適には8乃至12%であって、CoO/(CoO+MoO3)の金属の比率を0.1乃至0.7、好適には0.2を維持する、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の触媒。
- 前記活性相を含む前記外層の厚さは、500μm以下である、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の触媒。
- 前記担体は、N2吸着により測定される比表面積の数値が100乃至300m2/g、好適には220m2/gで、細孔容積が0.2乃至1cm3/gで、平均孔径が4乃至12nmで、結晶子のサイズが25乃至55nmである、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の触媒。
- a)ハイドロタルサイトの押出物を得る工程と、
b)モリブデンの溶液で、湿潤点にて前記押出物を含浸する工程と、
c)コバルトの溶液で、湿潤点にて工程b)で得られた前記押出物を含浸する工程と、
d)前記含浸溶液のpHを1乃至10、好適には1乃至5、より好適には3の数値に酸で調整する工程と、
e)工程d)で得られた前記触媒を1乃至6時間、好適には2時間、乾燥させる工程と、
f)工程e)で得られた前記触媒を、少なくとも1時間、350乃至600°C、好適には450°Cの温度で「か焼」する工程と、
を備える初期湿潤含浸法であって、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1つに定義される触媒を調製する方法。 - 前記含浸溶液の温度は、5分間乃至1時間、好適には10分間の期間、室温乃至最高100°C、好適には60°Cに維持される、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 工程b)及びc)の初期湿潤含浸法は同時に実施される、請求項7又は8に記載の方法。
- (a)請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に定義される前記水素化脱硫触媒を含有する水素化脱硫ゾーン内でオレフィンを含有する分解ナフサストリームを反応させる工程と、
(b)硫黄濃度が減少した前記ナフサストリームを回収する工程と、
を備え、オレフィンが過飽和せずに、オレフィンを含有する分解ナフサストリームを選択的に水素化脱硫するプロセス。
