Claims (10)
- バッテリーモジュールであって、
複数個のバッテリーセルと、
前記バッテリーセルの上側を覆う上部プレートと、
前記上部プレートと対向して配置され、前記バッテリーセルの下側を覆う下部プレートと、
前記下部プレートと前記上部プレートとを連結し、前記バッテリーセルの両側面を覆う一対のサイドプレートと、
前記一対のサイドプレートと連結され、前記バッテリーセルの前方及び後方を覆い、前記バッテリーセルと電気的に接続するバスバーユニットと、
前記バッテリーモジュールの外部へ突出する冷媒注入部及び冷媒排出部を備え、前記バッテリーセルの上下側に各々設けられる一対のヒートシンクと、
を含むことを特徴とするバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記一対のヒートシンクは、
前記バッテリーセルの上側と前記上部プレートとの間に配置される第1ヒートシンクと、
前記バッテリーセルの下側と前記下部プレートとの間に配置される第2ヒートシンクと、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記第1ヒートシンク及び前記第2ヒートシンクは、各々、
前記冷媒注入部及び前記冷媒排出部を備え、内部に冷媒の流動のための冷媒流路を有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記第1ヒートシンクと前記上部プレートとの間及び前記第2ヒートシンクと前記下部プレートとの間に備えられる一対の絶縁パッドを含むことを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記第1ヒートシンクと前記バッテリーセルとの間及び前記第2ヒートシンクと前記バッテリーセルとの間に備えられる一対の熱伝達プレートを含むことを特徴とする請求項2〜4のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記一対のサイドプレートと前記バッテリーモジュールの両側面との間に備えられる一対の絶縁プレートを含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記冷媒注入部及び前記冷媒排出部は、
前記バッテリーモジュールの前方で前記バスバーユニットの外部へ突出することを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記冷媒注入部及び前記冷媒排出部は、
前記バッテリーモジュールの一側方で前記上部プレートの外部へ突出することを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも一つのバッテリーモジュールと、
前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーモジュールをパッケージングするパックケースと、
を含む、バッテリーパック。 - 請求項9に記載の少なくとも一つのバッテリーパックを含む、自動車。
