Abstract
Description
・コーヒーを含む不織布製小袋で本質的に構成された柔軟なポッド。
・厳密には蓋を用いて密封されたカプセルで構成された硬質なポッド又はカプセル。
含まれる繊維の少なくとも50重量%が生分解性繊維である不織布と、
植物性パーチメントで構成された支持体と、
少なくとも1つの酸素バリア層と
を少なくとも有する多層品で構成された蓋である。
図1は、
・植物性パーチメントで作製された支持体(1)と、
・酸素バリア層(2)と、
・含まれる繊維の100重量%がPLAで構成された不織布(3)と
を連続して有する多層品の形態の蓋を示す。

実施例1〜7は、本発明に係る蓋のいくつかの構成を示す。
・乾燥重量で2g/m2の割合で超非晶質PVA(HAVOH)を含む一次水性層(MICHELMANよりMichem(R)Flex Barrier3510という名称で市販されているもの)100重量%
・乾燥重量でPVA90重量%及びポリアミドエピクロロヒドリン系樹脂(Kymene(R))10重量%。該層は乾燥重量で2.5g/m2の割合で塗布する。
・乾燥重量で部分加水分解PVA(Exceval(R))90重量%及びポリアミドエピクロロヒドリン系樹脂(Kymene(R))10重量%。該層は乾燥重量で2.5g/m2の割合で塗布する。
Claims (20)
- コーヒー等を含むカプセルを封止するためのコンポスト化可能な蓋であって、
含まれる繊維の少なくとも50重量%が生分解性繊維である不織布と、
植物性パーチメントで構成された支持体と、
少なくとも1つの酸素バリア層と
を少なくとも有する多層品で構成された蓋。 - 上記生分解性繊維の少なくとも40重量%がヒートシール可能な繊維であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蓋。
- 上記生分解性繊維は、綿、亜麻、木質繊維等のセルロース繊維、PLA、PHA(ポリヒドロキシアルカノエート)、PHB(ポリヒドロキシブチレート)、PHB(V)(ポリ(ヒドロキシブチレート−co−ヒドロキシバレレート))、PBS(ポリブチレンサクシネート)、バイオポリエステル繊維からなる群より選択されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の蓋。
- 上記ヒートシール可能な繊維は、PLA、PHA(ポリヒドロキシアルカノエート)、PHB(ポリヒドロキシブチレート)、PHB(V)(ポリ(ヒドロキシブチレート−co−ヒドロキシバレレート))、PBS(ポリブチレンサクシネート)、バイオポリエステルからなる群より選択されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の蓋。
- 上記不織布を構成する繊維は、少なくとも50重量%、有利には少なくとも85重量%、より好ましくは少なくとも90重量%がPLA繊維であり、100%になるまで生分解性繊維が付け足されて構成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の蓋。
- 上記不織布を構成する繊維の100重量%がPLA繊維であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の蓋。
- 上記植物性パーチメントは、ISO2758:2001規格に従って測定した乾燥破裂強度に対するISO3689/1994規格に従って測定した湿潤破裂強度の比が50〜70%であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の蓋。
- 上記植物性パーチメントの坪量は、30〜120g/m2、有利には70〜110g/m2であることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の蓋。
- 上記酸素バリア層は、上記不織布と上記支持体との間に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の蓋。
- 上記不織布は上記支持体の下に配置され、上記酸素バリア層は上記支持体の上に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の蓋。
- 2つの酸素バリア層を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の蓋。
- 上記2つの酸素バリア層は、上記不織布と上記支持体との間に並んで配置されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の蓋。
- 上記2つの酸素バリア層は、分離され、上記支持体の両側に配置されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の蓋。
- 上記酸素バリア層は、ポリビニルアルコールに基づいたものであるか、あるいはポリビニルアルコールとポリアミドエピクロロヒドリン系樹脂との混合物を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の蓋。
- 上記酸素バリア層の総坪量は、0.5g/m2〜8g/m2、有利には2〜5g/m2であることを特徴とする請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の蓋。
- 上記酸素バリア層と上記不織布との間に塗布された接着剤層をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の蓋。
- 耐圧性が5〜15barであることを特徴とする請求項1〜16のいずれか1項に記載の蓋。
- 請求項1〜17のいずれか1項に記載の蓋を用いて密封されたカプセル本体を有するコーヒー等用カプセルであって、上記不織布が上記カプセル本体の縁部に面するように上記蓋が配置される、カプセル。
- コーヒー粉を5〜20g含み、コーヒー層の厚みが10〜40mmであり、直径が2.5〜6cmであることを特徴とする請求項18に記載のカプセル。
- カプセルを封止するための請求項1〜19のいずれか1項に記載の蓋の使用であって、上記不織布が上記カプセル本体の縁部に面するように該蓋が配置される、使用。
