Claims (18)
- a.所定の厚さを有する金属ナノ粒子組成物のパターンで基板をコーティングすることと、
b.金属ナノ粒子組成物のコーティングされたパターンを、所定の方向に所定の基板速度でパルス発光ダイオード(LED)のアレイにさらすことと、を含む金属粒子を焼結する方法。 - 前記LEDは実質的に単色で、前記金属ナノ粒子の平均サイズ依存(D2,1)表面プラズモン共鳴(SPR)ピーク波長に対応する波長の光を発する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記LEDは実質的に単色であり、前記金属の平均ナノ粒子サイズ(D2,1)は、表面プラズモン共鳴を生成するように構成された前記単色LEDの前記ピーク波長発光に対応する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記組成物中の前記金属ナノ粒子は、銀、金、銅、アルミニウム、それらの塩、酸化物および前駆体のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記実質的に単色のLEDは、約290ナノメートル(nm)〜約1100nmの間の波長の光を発する、請求項2または3に記載の方法。
- 前記LEDは、約16ワット/cm2〜約10,000ワット/cm2の間の光強度を提供するように構成されている、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- パルス発光ダイオード(LED)の前記アレイは、約1.0kHz〜約10.0MHzの間の周波数で光パルスを発するように構成されている、請求項2または3に記載の方法。
- 前記アレイを通る前記基板速度は、2mm/秒〜約10mm/秒の間である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- パルス発光ダイオード(LED)の前記アレイと前記基板の間の前記角度は、垂直から約5°〜約60°の間である、請求項1記載の方法。
- 金属ナノ粒子の組成物の前記コーティングされたパターンを露出するステップの前に、前記基板を所定の温度に加熱する前記ステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記基板は60°C〜約200°Cの間の温度に加熱される、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記コーティングの厚さは約0.3μm〜約15μmの間である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記基板は取り外し可能である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記金属ナノ粒子を含むことは、光開始剤および溶媒をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記光開始剤が、2−イソプロピルチオキサントン、2,4−ジエチルチオキサントン、エチル−4−ジメチルアミノベンゾエート(EDMAB)、2−イソプロピルチオキサントン、2−ベンジル−2ジメチルアミノ−モルホリノフェニル)−ブタノン−1、ジメチル−1,2−ジフェニルレハン−1−オン、ベンゾフェノンまたはそれらの組み合わせである、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 金属ナノ粒子組成物の前記コーティングされたパターンをパルス発光ダイオード(LED)のアレイにさらす前記ステップは、前記溶媒を除去するステップに先行するか、または同時に起こる、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜16のいずれか1項に記載の前記金属ナノ粒子を含む前記コーティング組成物の前記パターンを前記基板に形成するように適合された、プロセッサと通信するプリントキャリッジに配置されたプリントヘッドと、パルス発光ダイオード(LED)の前記アレイとを含み、前記印刷キャリッジは、前記基板を前記所定の速度で動かすように構成されている、インクジェットプリンタ。
- パルス発光ダイオード(LED)の前記アレイは、パルス発光ダイオード(LED)の前記アレイと前記基板の間に垂直からの可変角度を提供するように構成されたフレームに結合される、請求項17に記載のインクジェットプリンタ。
