Claims (6)
- X線の放射線源とフラットプレートセンサを備えた放射線医学システムによって患者に投与された放射線量を推定する方法であって、
(a)前記患者のX線画像が、前記フラットプレートセンサを使用して取得され、
(b)前記画像と前記X線ビームの軸の交点に対応する前記X線画像の中心における前記画素のグレースケールNGが決定され、
(c)前記グレースケールNG、前記患者の曝露時間中に前記放射線源のX線管内を通る電荷mAs、前記X線ビームの軸に沿った前記患者の身体の厚さδ、及び前記X線放射線源を前記患者から隔てる距離diから、カーマKeが計算されることを特徴とする、方法。 - 第1の較正段階中に、複数の前記管の電流量値及び/又は加速電圧及び/又は前記曝露時間に関して、一方で、絶対線量計を使って前記基準距離drefにおける前記空気中の前記カーマの流量nKairが測定され、他方で、前記X線管内を通る前記電荷によって標準化された前記X線画像の中心における前記画素の前記グレースケールが測定され、前記係数a,b,cが、前記複数の値の関係nKair=a+bln(NGn−c)を最も満たすものとして決定される、請求項2に記載の患者に投与された放射線量を推定する方法。
- 前記ステップ(b)の前に、バックグラウンドノイズが、照射のない状態で取得されたX線画像を減算することによって前記X線画像から除去されて、ノイズ除去画像が得られる、請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の放射線量を推定する方法。
- 前記ステップ(b)の前に、前記フラットプレートセンサが均一照射の場合にノイズ除去画像が均一輝度になるように、前記利得の変化が、前記ノイズ除去画像から画素ごとに修正された、請求項5に記載の放射線量を推定する方法。
