Abstract
Description
電極組立体収納部が形成された下部ケースに電極端子が一側に突出した構造の電極組立体を、電極端子が折曲部と反対方向に位置するように収納し、下部ケースと連結された上部ケースを折り曲げて下部ケースと対面するように位置させる。
図6のシーリングブロック210を使い、広い部分が折曲部方向に向かうように位置させた状態でサイド部のシーリングを1段階過程で行ったことを除き、実施例と同様な方法でパウチ型電池のサイド部をシーリングした。

Claims (9)
- 電極集電体、及びパウチ型ケースを含むパウチ型電池のサイド部をシーリングする方法であって、
前記電極集電体が内蔵された状態で下部ケースと連結された上部ケースを折り曲げて前記下部ケースに対面するように位置させる段階と、
前記下部ケースと前記上部ケースが対面した状態で、電極端子が突出した方向の外周部に隣接したサイド部のうち折曲部に隣接した下端部をシーリングする1次シーリング段階と、
前記サイド部の全体をシーリングする2次シーリング段階とを含む、パウチ型電池のサイド部をシーリングする方法。 - 前記パウチ型ケースの両側の前記サイド部を同時にシーリングする、パウチ型電池のサイド部をシーリングする、請求項1に記載のパウチ型電池のサイド部をシーリングする方法。
- 前記1次シーリング段階でシーリングされた前記下端部の一側面は前記電極集電体を内蔵した収納部の境界面に対応し、前記下端部の他側面はパウチ型ケースの外側面に対応し、
前記下端部は前記折曲部の方向の下部より上部が狭く形成された、請求項1または2に記載のパウチ型電池のサイド部をシーリングする方法。 - 前記シーリングは加圧熱融着によるものである、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のパウチ型電池のサイド部をシーリングする方法。
- 前記1次シーリング段階でシーリングされた前記下端部の下部の長さは前記2次シーリング段階でシーリングされたシーリング部の下部の長さより長い、請求項3に記載のパウチ型電池のサイド部をシーリングする方法。
- 前記電極端子は、陽極端子及び陰極端子が前記折曲部の反対方向に位置する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のパウチ型電池のサイド部をシーリングする方法。
- 前記1次シーリング段階は、平面視形状が前記下端部の形状と対応する形状を有するシーリングブロックによって行う、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のパウチ型電池のサイド部をシーリングする方法。
- 前記2次シーリング段階は平面視形状が前記サイド部のシーリング部の形状と対応する形状を有するシーリングブロックによって行う、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のパウチ型電池のサイド部をシーリングする方法。
- 前記パウチ型電池は前記折曲部のバットイヤ(Bat ear)が0.01mm〜0.2mmである、請求項8に記載のパウチ型電池。
