Abstract
Description
本発明に係るコネクタの実施形態の1つを図1から図14に基づいて説明する。
図15から図21の符号2は、本変形例のコネクタを示す。このコネクタ2は、前述した実施形態のコネクタ1と同じように、相手方機器600の相手方端子(図示略)に電気接続させることによって、この相手方機器600と電線Weの先の機器(図示略)との間を電気接続させる(図15から図18)。このコネクタ2は、端子110とインナハウジング120とシールドシェル130とアウタハウジング140とを備える(図17、図18及び図21)。

Claims (6)
- 電線の端末に対して物理的且つ電気的に接続されており、相手方機器における金属製の筐体の挿入孔に挿入させると共に、前記相手方機器の相手方端子に対して物理的且つ電気的に接続させる端子と、
絶縁性樹脂材料から成り、前記端子と前記電線を収容させ且つ前記電線を外方に引き出させるインナハウジングと、
金属材料から成り、前記インナハウジングを内方に収容させ且つ前記挿入孔に挿入させる筒体が設けられたシールドシェルと、
絶縁性樹脂材料から成り、前記筒体を前記挿入孔に挿入させる際の前記筒体における進行方向の後側を外方から覆うアウタハウジングと、
を備え、
前記アウタハウジングは、前記筐体に固定させる固定部を有し、
前記筒体は、前記挿入孔の内周壁に接触させる電気接点を有することを特徴としたコネクタ。 - 前記インナハウジングの外周壁と前記筒体の内周壁との間の環状の隙間を塞ぐ環状の第1防液部材と、
前記筒体の外周壁と前記筐体の前記挿入孔の内周壁との間の環状の隙間を塞ぐ環状の第2防液部材と、
を備え、
前記電気接点は、前記第1防液部材及び前記第2防液部材よりも前記進行方向の前側に設けることを特徴とした請求項1に記載のコネクタ。 - 前記アウタハウジングは、前記第2防液部材よりも前記進行方向の後側で前記挿入孔に嵌入させる環状の嵌入部を有することを特徴とした請求項2に記載のコネクタ。
- 前記電気接点は、弾性変形に伴う反力を前記筒体側から前記挿入孔の内周壁に作用させる弾性接点であることを特徴とした請求項1,2又は3に記載のコネクタ。
- 前記電気接点は、前記筒体とは別に導電性及び弾性を有する材料で成形され、弾性変形に伴う反力を前記筒体と前記挿入孔の内周壁とに作用させる弾性接点部品であることを特徴とした請求項1,2又は3に記載のコネクタ。
- 前記シールドシェルは、前記筒体を成すインナシェルと、前記アウタハウジングよりも前記進行方向の後側で前記インナシェルに物理的且つ電気的に接続されたアウタシェルと、を備えることを特徴とした請求項1から5の内の何れか1つに記載のコネクタ。
