This document describes a color correction filter that is used in an apparatus using a white LED as a light source and includes a first color material having a specific structure and a second color material having an absorption maximum in the wavelength range of 420 to 480 nm. Has been done. Then, according to the technique described in the same document, it is said that it is possible to provide a color correction filter for suppressing a change in color temperature while improving color rendering properties.
Further, as a technique for improving the color purity of an electronic display device or the like, there is one described in Patent Document 2 (International Publication No. 2006/054700). The document describes an optical filter that contains a squarylium compound having a specific structure, and the optical filter has visibility due to glare due to reflection of external light such as lighting and reflection of the surrounding landscape. It is said that the color purity of green is particularly improved by suppressing the transmission of the yellow-green region, which is excellent in contrast, color purity, etc. The document also states that such optical filters can be used in transparent covers for showcases, foreheads, photo stands, pachinko machine glasses, handheld game consoles, watches and the like.

A white plate (Standard white plate WS-3 manufactured by Topcon) was installed in the center of the bottom of the display case.
A spectral radiance meter (SR-LEDW-5N, manufactured by Topcon) was installed 100 cm horizontally from the edge of the exhibition case and 100 cm from the floor, and both the internal lighting and external lighting of the exhibition case were turned on. In the state (illumination condition A), the spectral radiance of the light emitted from the white plate through the display case window is measured, and the brightness, correlated color temperature, average color rendering index (Ra, JIS Z 8726), special The color rendering index (R9, JIS Z 8726) was calculated. The calculation results are shown in Table 2.
Here, there is a color rendering index as an index showing how close the appearance of an object under a light source is to the appearance of an object when a reference light source (light of a perfect radiator or CIE daylight) is used.
The average color rendering index (Ra) is the average of the color rendering indexes evaluated using the eight-color color rendering index specified in JIS Z 8726, and the special color rendering index (R9) is specified in JIS Z 8726. It is the color rendering index evaluated using the red color rendering index. In each case, the closer the numerical value is to 100, the closer the appearance of the object is to the appearance of the object using the reference light source, and the color of the object generally looks vivid.

From Table 5-2, since the evaluation values of Example BQ5 and Example BQ6 are both positive in the state where the internal lighting of the exhibition case is turned on and the external lighting is turned off (lighting condition B), the evaluation values of each example are positive. It can be seen that the display case with the transparent sheet looks more preferable than the display case without the transparent sheet in terms of the texture (moist feeling of roses, luxury feeling) of the exhibits arranged inside the display case.
Since the evaluation values of Example BQ5 are larger than the evaluation values of Comparative Example BQ5 and the evaluation values of Example BQ6 are larger than the evaluation values of Comparative Example BQ6, the transparent sheet of each Example is used. It can be seen that the installed display case looks more preferable in the texture of the exhibits (moist feeling of roses, luxury feeling) arranged inside the exhibition case than the exhibition case in which the colored transparent sheet of the comparative example is installed.
