Description
図1は、実施の形態の生体センサ100を示す分解図である。図2は、図1のA−A矢視断面に対応する完成状態の断面を示す図である。生体センサ100は、主な構成要素として、感圧接着層110、基材層120、回路部130、基板135、プローブ140、固定テープ145、電子装置150、電池160、及びカバー170を含む。これらのうち、感圧接着層110、基材層120、回路部130、プローブ140は、電極接合構造100Aを構築する。

Claims (5)
- 被検体に貼り付けられる貼付面を有する感圧接着層と、
伸縮性を有する導電性高分子で構成され、前記感圧接着層の前記貼付面から表出する電極と、
前記感圧接着層の貼付面の反対面に重ねて設けられ、J.Dowボールタックの球転法で停止する鋼球の最大直径が0.4mm以上4mm以下のタック性を有する基材層と、
前記基材層上に設けられる基板と、
前記基板に設けられ、前記電極に接続される配線と、
前記電極と前記配線とを接合する接合部と
を含む、電極接合構造。 - 前記配線は、前記基板上に設けられる、請求項1記載の電極接合構造。
- 前記配線は、前記基板上にめっき処理によって作製されためっき層で構成される、請求項2記載の電極接合構造。
- 前記基板の剛性は、前記基材層の剛性よりも高い、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項記載の電極接合構造。
- 請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項記載の電極接合構造と、
前記基材層上に設けられ、前記電極を介して取得する生体信号を処理する電子装置とを含む、生体センサ。
