前記車載電源装置の起動に際し、前記第1電気経路における前記第1スイッチ及び前記第1蓄電池の間の蓄電池側電圧(V1)が、所定電圧よりも大きい高電圧状態であるか否かを判定する電圧判定部と、
前記第1電気経路における前記電気機器及び前記第1スイッチの間の機器側電圧(V2)を取得する機器側電圧取得部と、
前記蓄電池側電圧と前記機器側電圧との電圧差(ΔV)が所定値より小さいか否かを判定する電圧差判定部と、
前記高電圧状態であると判定された場合に、前記第1スイッチをオン状態にすることを禁止する禁止部と、

前記禁止部は、所定期間において一度も前記高電圧状態であると判定されることなく前記高電圧状態ではないと判定された場合には、前記電圧差が前記所定値より小さいか否かに関わらず、前記第1スイッチをオン状態にすることを許容し、
