Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a solar cell panel disassembling device and a method for disassembling a solar cell panel.
In recent years, photovoltaic power generation systems are rapidly becoming widespread as power generation systems with a small environmental load. However, it is said that the solar cell panel, which is the main element of the photovoltaic power generation system, has a useful life of about 20 years. Since the solar cell panel is exposed to wind and rain, it may deteriorate from the sealing portion or the like. Furthermore, there are not a few solar cell panels that become defective in the manufacturing process. Therefore, there is a demand for establishment of recycling technology for solar cell panels that can no longer be used and defective products generated in the manufacturing process, which are expected to be generated in large quantities in the future. The recycling of solar cell panels is to first decompose the components of the solar cell panels into reusable materials and recover them as valuable resources.
The solar cell panel is composed of a glass plate and a solar cell, an interconnector that electrically connects the solar cell and the solar cell, a filler (sometimes called a sealing material), and a back sheet. Since the filler and the back sheet are made of an organic material, if the organic material is decomposed and removed, the glass plate, the solar cell, and the metal interconnector can be recovered as valuable resources. The following Patent Document 1,
In the method of disassembling the solar cell panel described in Patent Document 1, the solar cell panel to be decomposed is preheated, the preheated solar cell panel is decomposed and vaporized in the heat treatment section, and the filler is decomposed and vaporized in the heat treatment section. The decomposed gas is detoxified by the exhaust mechanism and discharged. In such a method of disassembling the solar cell panel, a heating gas is sent to a continuous heat treatment furnace to maintain the oxygen concentration in the furnace at 1.0% by volume or more and 3.0% by volume or less, and then the solar cell is used in the preheating section. The panel is heated to 300 ° C. to 400 ° C., and then heated at 400 ° C. to 550 ° C. in the heat treatment section to decompose the filler.
In the method of disassembling the solar cell panel described in
In the method of disassembling the solar cell panel described in
The method of disassembling the solar cell panel described in each of the above-mentioned patent documents is to heat-decompose the solar cell panel at 400 ° C. to 550 ° C., although there are differences in the heating temperature and the heating means.
However, the method for decomposing a solar panel described in Patent Document 1 is to heat-decompose only EVA resin (ethylene vinyl acetate: ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin) as a filler, which is one of the constituent materials. The back sheet (PET: polyethylene terephthalate) must be removed in advance. When the EVA resin is thermally decomposed, there is a risk of explosion if the oxygen concentration in the furnace is not controlled to 1.0% by volume or more and 3.0% by volume or less, and an inert gas (nitrogen) is filled before preheating. After that, there is a problem that the inside of the furnace must be delicately and complicatedly controlled in the thermal decomposition, such as sending a heating gas to control the oxygen concentration.
Further, since the method for disassembling the solar cell panel described in
Further, the method for decomposing a solar cell panel described in
Therefore, the present invention has been made to solve at least one of such problems, and can be miniaturized with a simple structure. The solar cell panel is heated and decomposed to recover valuable resources and heated. An object of the present invention is to provide a solar cell panel decomposition device and a solar cell panel decomposition method capable of discharging the decomposition gas generated by decomposition as exhaust gas having a small environmental load.
[1] The solar panel disassembling device of the present invention comprises a glass plate, a plurality of solar cells, an interconnector that electrically connects the plurality of solar cells, a filler, and a back sheet. It is a decomposition device for a battery panel, and discharges a heating chamber for heating and decomposing the solar cell panel, a supply port for supplying air to the heating chamber from the outside, and a decomposition gas generated when the solar cell panel is heated and decomposed. It has a heating furnace having a discharge port, an exhaust stack connected to the discharge port to discharge the decomposed gas to the outside, and a suction device arranged at the tip of the exhaust stack. A catalyst block provided with a plurality of ventilation holes is laminated and arranged inside the exhaust stack.
The solar cell panel disassembling device of the present invention is a filler which is an organic material by putting the solar cell panel in a heating chamber to which air is supplied from the outside and heating it at a predetermined temperature (for example, 450 ° C. to 500 ° C.). The back sheet is disassembled and gasified. This makes it possible to disassemble and recover valuable inorganic materials such as glass plates, solar cells, and interconnectors. The decomposition gas generated by heating the organic material can be discharged as exhaust gas having a small environmental load by the catalytic reaction of the catalyst blocks arranged in layers. Air is supplied to the heating chamber from the supply port, and a suction device constantly sucks a mixed gas of decomposed gas and air and discharges it to the outside. Therefore, as in Patent Document 1, the heating chamber has a structure. It is not necessary to control the oxygen concentration, and unlike
[2] In the solar panel disassembling device of the present invention, a temperature sensor is arranged inside the heating chamber and the exhaust stack, and air supplied from the supply port based on the measured value of the temperature sensor. It is preferable to further have a control unit for controlling the amount, the temperature of the heating chamber and the exhaust stack.
When the solar cell panel is heated and decomposed, the temperature control of the heating chamber (that is, the temperature control of the solar cell panel) is important, and the temperature control inside the exhaust stack (that is, the catalyst block) is important for the treatment of the decomposed gas. is important. It is possible to appropriately control the amount of air supplied and the heating temperature to maintain the solar cell panel at a temperature at which it can be decomposed. On the other hand, it is possible to control the exhaust stack to a temperature at which the catalytic reaction is efficiently performed, and to control the decomposition gas to a temperature at which it is discharged as an exhaust gas having a small burden on the environment. It is desirable that the air supplied from the supply port to the heating chamber is compressed air. Since the temperature of the heating chamber and the exhaust stack varies depending on the location, it is more preferable to arrange the temperature sensors at a plurality of locations.
[3] In the disassembling device for the solar cell panel of the present invention, it is preferable that a temperature regulator for controlling the temperature inside the exhaust stack is further arranged on the outer periphery of the exhaust stack.
The temperature inside the exhaust stack is primarily determined by the temperature of the mixed gas discharged from the heating chamber, but the temperature changes while passing through the exhaust stack. The catalytic reaction depends on the temperature of the decomposition gas. Therefore, by providing the exhaust stack with a temperature regulator, it is possible to appropriately maintain the temperature inside the exhaust stack, that is, the temperature of the decomposed gas. The temperature controller preferably includes one or both of a heater that heats the inside of the exhaust stack when the temperature is too low and a cooling pipe that cools the temperature when the temperature is too high.
[4] In the decomposition device for the solar cell panel of the present invention, the catalyst block is composed of a carrier having a plurality of vents through which the decomposition gas passes and a catalyst supported on the surface of the carrier.
Examples of the catalyst include precious metal catalysts such as platinum (Pt), palladium (Pd) and rhodium (Rh), and metal oxide catalysts such as chromium oxide, iron oxide and titanium oxide. As described above, by arranging the catalyst blocks in a plurality of layers in the exhaust stack, the opportunity and time for the decomposed gas to come into contact with the catalyst can be increased, and the decomposed gas can be discharged as an exhaust gas having a small environmental load.
[5] In the solar cell panel disassembling device of the present invention, a support member that forms a space between the solar cell panel and the solar cell panel to support the solar cell panel is further provided, and the support member is after disassembly. It is preferably arranged in a container accommodating the solar cell and the interconnector.
If the solar cell panel is supported by such a support member, the heated mixed gas can cover the entire periphery of the solar cell panel. This makes it possible to shorten the decomposition time by keeping the temperature distribution of the entire solar cell panel at a temperature at which thermal decomposition is possible. Further, if an accommodator is provided, the disassembled solar cell, interconnector, and the like can be easily recovered.
[6] The method for disassembling the solar cell panel of the present invention is a method for disassembling the solar cell panel by using the above-described solar cell panel disassembling device, and the heating is performed from the supply port. The step of supplying air to the chamber and heating the heating chamber to a temperature at which the solar cell panel can be decomposed, the step of driving the suction device, and the step of driving the suction device, and when it is determined that the temperature of the heating chamber is stable, the solar cell panel Is included in the heating chamber, and a step of recovering valuable resources of the decomposed solar cell panel after a predetermined time required for disassembling the solar cell panel has elapsed.
According to the method for disassembling the solar cell panel of the present invention, the solar cell panel is placed in a heating chamber to which air is supplied and heated to heat-decompose and gasify the filler and the back sheet, which are organic materials. This makes it possible to recover valuable inorganic materials such as glass plates, solar cells, and interconnectors after disassembly. In addition, since the suction device constantly sucks and discharges the mixture of air and decomposed gas, by maintaining the balance between supply and exhaust, the flammable gas contained in the decomposed gas is suppressed to the lower limit concentration or less and ignited. Can be prevented. Further, the decomposed gas can be discharged as an exhaust gas having a small environmental load by the catalytic reaction of the catalyst block in the exhaust pipe connected from the heating chamber. According to the method for disassembling the solar cell panel as described above, the solar cell panel can be thermally decomposed to recover valuable resources, and the decomposed gas generated by the thermal decomposition can be discharged as an exhaust gas having a small environmental load. ..
[Structure of solar cell panel 1]
First, the configuration of the solar cell panel 1, which is the object to be disassembled, will be described with reference to FIG.
FIG. 1 is a partial cross-sectional view showing an example of the configuration of the solar cell panel 1. The solar cell panel 1 is an interconnector that electrically connects the
バックシート6には、PET(ポリエチレンテレフタレート)、PE(ポリエチレン)などのシートが使用される。

FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view showing an example of a schematic configuration of a solar cell
Inside the
In the example shown in FIG. 2, the
A
The
The
At the bottom of the

[How to disassemble the solar panel]
FIG. 4 is a process flow explanatory view showing a main process of the method of disassembling the solar cell panel. First, air (outside air) is supplied to the heating chamber 21 (step S1). The air to be supplied is compressed air, which is supplied from a compressed air supply device (not shown). Next, the
Then, heating is continued until the solar cell panel 1 is completely disassembled (step S6). During the continuation of the heating, it is measured by the
When steps S1 to S9 described above are regarded as one cycle of the disassembly step of the solar cell panel 1, this cycle is repeated while the

Subsequently, the results of experiments on the solar cell panel 1 under six conditions by the above-mentioned disassembly method using the above-mentioned
FIG. 5 is a diagram illustrating a heating chamber set temperature, a heating time, an amount of air to be supplied, the presence or absence of a catalyst, and the result of decomposition. In the conditions 1 to 6 shown in FIG. 5, the solar cell panel 1 from which the
As can be seen from FIG. 5, as shown in Condition 1, the solar cell panel 1 was not disassembled when the set temperature of the heating chamber was 400 ° C. As shown in
As shown in FIG. 5, no difference was observed in the decomposition level of the solar cell panel 1 depending on the presence or absence of the catalyst. The catalyst used in
Further, the amount of air supplied to the
EVA及びPETの組成は共に、C(炭素)、H(水素)、O(酸素)、であるから、加熱分解によって発生する分解ガスは、CO2(二酸化炭素)、CO(一酸化炭素)、O2(酸素)及びHC(炭化水素)が主成分となる。
The
FIG. 6 is a diagram showing measurement data for each component of the decomposed gas when the solar cell panel 1 is thermally decomposed under the
The only difference between the condition 5 and the
The
According to such a solar cell panel disassembling device 1, the solar cell panel 1 from which the
The decomposition gas generated during thermal decomposition of the solar cell panel 1 reduces the amount of carbon monoxide (CO) to about 0.35% compared to the configuration without a catalyst due to the catalytic reaction of the catalyst blocks 27 and 28 arranged in layers. It can be reduced and the carbon dioxide (CO 2 ) concentration reduced to about 20% for emission. The carbon monoxide (CO) amount and carbon dioxide (CO2) concentration described above are the result of condition 5 in which the

Further, a

Further, in the disassembly device 1 of the solar cell panel, a
If the solar cell panel 1 is supported by such a
Further, the method of disassembling the solar cell panel described above includes, first, a step of supplying air (outside air) from the
According to such a method of disassembling the solar cell panel, the
