Abstract
Description
いては、光が通過する光電センサのレンズ面に粉塵や加工油等の汚れが付着し、レンズ面
を通過する光の量が減少することがある。すると、ワークの検出が適切に行えなくなるおそれがある。そこで、レンズ面にエアを吹き付けるエアパージユニットを光電センサに取り付け、レンズ面への汚れの付着を防止する手法が採られている。例えば、図8に示すように、レンズ面11aに沿った長孔状のエア吹出口60が設けられたエアパージユニット2を光電センサ1に取り付け、レンズ面11aの汚れを除去することがある。

前記筐体の内部にエアを供給するためのエア供給口と、
前記筐体の側壁に配列され、前記エアを光電センサのレンズ面に吹き付けるための複数のエア吹出口と、を備えるエアパージユニット。 - 前記複数のエア吹出口は、直線状に並んで設けられている、
請求項1に記載のエアパージユニット。 - 前記複数のエア吹出口は、前記レンズ面の延在方向に沿って設けられている、
請求項1又は2に記載のエアパージユニット。 - 前記複数のエア吹出口は、円形状の孔である、
請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のエアパージユニット。 - 前記複数のエア吹出口の内面と前記筐体の側壁表面とを繋ぐ角部は、面取りされている、
請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のエアパージユニット。
