Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明の第1の実施形態に係る複合材料成形方法のフローチャートである。第1の実施形態に係る複合材料成形方法は、図1に示すように、同電位材接続ステップS12と、磁場印加ステップS14と、同電位材除去ステップS16と、を有する。
図6は、本発明の第2の実施形態に係る複合材料成形方法の同電位材接続ステップS12を示す上面図である。第2の実施形態に係る複合材料成形方法は、第1の実施形態に係る複合材料成形方法において、同電位材接続ステップS12で樹脂14の反応前の複合材料10に対して設置する同電位材16を同電位材56に変更したものである。第2の実施形態に係る複合材料成形方法は、他の構成については、第1の実施形態に係る複合材料成形方法と同様である。第2の実施形態に係る複合材料成形方法の説明では、第1の実施形態に係る複合材料成形方法と同様の構成に第1の実施形態と同一の符号群を用い、その詳細な説明を省略する。
第3の実施形態に係る複合材料成形方法は、第1の実施形態及び第2の実施形態の各形態に対し、成形される複合材料10として強化繊維12と樹脂14としての熱可塑性樹脂繊維との混紡であるコミングル材を選択したものである。コミングル材は、強化繊維12と熱可塑性樹脂繊維とをニット状に織り込んだコミングルニット材も含む。第3の実施形態に係る複合材料成形方法及びこの方法により成形される複合材料10であるコミングル材は、以上のような構成を有するので、第1の実施形態及び第2の実施形態の各形態と同様の作用効果を奏する。

Claims (9)
- 強化繊維を有する複合材料の成形方法であって、
反応前の前記複合材料に、前記強化繊維の端部を同電位材で接続して、前記強化繊維を含む導電性のループを形成する同電位材接続ステップと、
前記導電性のループが形成する面に交差する方向に磁場を印加する磁場印加ステップと、
を有することを特徴とする複合材料成形方法。 - 前記同電位材接続ステップでは、2本の前記強化繊維の一端側の前記端部同士と他端側の前記端部同士とを前記同電位材で接続することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複合材料成形方法。
- 前記同電位材接続ステップでは、同一の前記強化繊維の一端側の前記端部と他端側の前記端部とを前記同電位材で接続することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複合材料成形方法。
- 前記同電位材接続ステップでは、前記同電位材として、前記強化繊維との間に形成される接触抵抗が100Ω以下であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の複合材料成形方法。
- 前記磁場印加ステップの後に、前記同電位材を除去する同電位材除去ステップをさらに有することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の複合材料成形方法。
- 前記同電位材接続ステップでは、前記同電位材として電気伝導性治具材料を使用し、前記複合材料に前記電気伝導性治具材料を設置することで前記導電性のループを形成し、
前記同電位材除去ステップでは、前記同電位材としての前記電気伝導性治具材料を前記複合材料から退避させることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の複合材料成形方法。 - 前記電気伝導性治具材料は、電気伝導性材料のフォイル、電気伝導性材料の板、電気伝導性材料の針、及び、電気伝導性材料のくし部材の少なくともいずれかを含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の複合材料成形方法。
- 前記同電位材接続ステップでは、前記同電位材として電気伝導性塗布材料を使用し、前記複合材料に前記電気伝導性塗布材料を塗布することで前記導電性のループを形成し、
前記同電位材除去ステップでは、前記複合材料における前記電気伝導性塗布材料が塗布された領域を切除することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の複合材料成形方法。 - 前記電気伝導性塗布材料は、電気伝導性材料のペースト、電気伝導性材料のインク、及び、電気伝導性材料のめっき液の少なくともいずれかを含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の複合材料成形方法。
