Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a vehicle defroster structure.
Conventionally, a central outlet having a length that spans almost the entire width of the vehicle is formed on the upper surface of an instrument panel that is located below the windshield, and the wind sent from the heater unit is blown from the central outlet to the front. BACKGROUND ART Vehicle defroster devices for removing fogging adhering to glass are known.
In such a defroster device, side air outlets are formed at the left and right ends of the instrument panel corresponding to a door mirror vehicle, and wind is blown from each side air outlet to the side glass corresponding to the door mirror to remove the fogging adhering to the side glass. The technology to do so has also been put to practical use.
A conventional defroster device having a side outlet has a general structure in which a side defroster duct extending to a side outlet is connected in the middle of a center defroster duct extending from an air conditioning unit to a central outlet. However, if the internal pressure of the center defroster duct does not rise, it is difficult for the air to flow to the side outlets.
Therefore, by arranging the side defroster ducts on both sides of the center defroster duct and connecting the side defroster ducts to the air conditioning unit as well, there has been proposed a technique for strengthening the air blown from the side outlets and for downsizing the device. (See, for example, "Patent Document 1").
However, in the above-mentioned technology, since the side defroster ducts are arranged on both sides (both sides in the vehicle width direction) of the center defroster duct, the positions of both ends of the center defroster duct in the vehicle width direction are driven to the inside in the vehicle width direction, There is a problem that the wind blown from the defroster duct is hard to reach both ends of the windshield, and the fog on both ends of the windshield may not be completely removed.
The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems, and even when the internal pressure of the heater unit does not rise, the defroster of a vehicle capable of reliably supplying wind from the central outlet and the side outlets to remove fogging. The purpose is to provide the structure.

And the first base portion has a concave portion formed on the other side wall surface along the extending direction of the first base portion from the first blowing opening in accordance with the shape of the first blowing opening. The second base portion is formed to have a cross-sectional shape that matches the shape of the concave portion, and extends along the first base portion while being accommodated in the concave portion.
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the vehicle defroster structure according to the second aspect, the inner wall surface of the recess and the wall surface of the second base portion facing the inner wall surface of the recess are formed to overlap each other. The inner wall surface of the recess is formed with a first inclined portion that is bent so as to be inclined with respect to the flow direction of the wind in the vicinity of the end on the side of the first blowing port, and the first inclined portion of the second base portion is formed. On the wall surface facing the inner wall surface of the recess, there is provided a second sloped portion that is bent in accordance with the inner wall surface of the recessed portion so as to be inclined along the first sloped portion in the vicinity of the end on the side of the second blowing port. Is formed.
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the vehicle defroster structure according to the third aspect, further, at an end of the first inclined portion on the side of the first blowing port, a direction opposite to an inclination direction of the first inclined portion A bent first bent portion is formed, and a second bent portion bent along the first bent portion is formed at an end of the second inclined portion on the side of the second blowing port. Characterize.
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, in the vehicle defroster structure according to any one of the second to fourth aspects, further, the first base portion is bent to the one side at an upper end of a wall surface on the other side. The first extension portion has a wall surface on the other side connected to the end portion on the one side of the step portion, and the wall surface on the one side is the wall surface of the first base portion. By being connected in the same plane, the width of the first extending portion in the direction orthogonal to the vehicle width direction is formed to be narrower than the width of the first base portion in the direction orthogonal to the vehicle width direction. The two extending portions are arranged so as to pass above the step portion and extend to the left and right sides in the vehicle width direction from the second base portion.
According to a sixth aspect of the present invention, in the vehicle defroster structure according to any one of the first to fifth aspects, the air conditioning unit is further arranged in a vehicle width direction with respect to a center line in the vehicle width direction of the vehicle. The second blow-out port is arranged so as to be displaced to the side, and is arranged so as to be displaced to one side in the vehicle width direction with respect to the center line in the vehicle width direction of the blower port in the blower port.
According to the present invention, the second blowing port of the side defroster duct is connected to the air blowing port of the air conditioning unit at a center position in the vehicle width direction, and the first blowing port of the center defroster duct has the second blowing port. Since it is located outside the blower opening in the vehicle width direction and is connected to the blower opening at least on one side in a direction orthogonal to the vehicle width direction of the blower opening, it is less than the conventional defroster structure. (1) The positions of both ends in the vehicle width direction of the blow-in port can be located further outside in the vehicle width direction, so that the wind blown from the center defroster duct reaches both ends of the windshield, so that both ends of the windshield are clouded. Can be removed.
Further, the first base portion of the center defroster duct has a recessed portion formed along the extending direction of the first base portion from the first blower opening so as to match the shape of the first blower opening, and the other side in the direction orthogonal to the vehicle width direction. Since the second base portion of the side defroster duct is formed in a cross-sectional shape matching the concave portion and the second base portion is arranged in the concave portion along the first base portion, the center defroster duct and The area occupied by the side defroster duct can be reduced, and space efficiency can be improved.
The inner wall surface of the recess and the wall surface of the second base portion facing the inner wall surface of the recess are formed so as to overlap each other, and the inner wall surface is bent so as to be inclined with respect to the flow direction of the air from the air conditioning unit. Since the first inclined portion is formed with a second inclined portion that is bent and formed along the inner wall surface so as to incline along the first inclined portion on the wall surface facing the inner wall surface, the inner wall surface and the wall surface are formed. It is possible to prevent the wind from flowing in between and to prevent the generation of abnormal noise due to the wind.
In addition, a first bent portion, which is bent on the side opposite to the inclination direction of the first inclined portion, is provided at the end of the first inclined portion on the side closer to the second blowing port, and at the end of the second inclined portion on the side closer to the second outlet. Since the second bent portions that are bent along the first bent portions are respectively formed, the inner wall surface and the wall surface can be positioned and prevented from shifting.
Further, the center defroster duct is formed such that the width of the first extension portion in the direction orthogonal to the vehicle width direction is smaller than the width of the first base portion in the direction orthogonal to the vehicle width direction, and the second extension portion is Since it is arranged so as to extend to the left and right sides in the vehicle width direction passing above the step formed on the first base portion, the flow velocity of the wind flowing inside the front decelerator duct is increased at the upper position of the center defroster duct to accelerate the windshield at both ends. The wind can be delivered up to, and the area occupied by the defroster structure can be reduced to improve space efficiency.
In addition, when the center of the air conditioning unit is displaced to one side with respect to the center line in the vehicle width direction of the vehicle, it is displaced to one side in the vehicle width direction with respect to the center line of the blower opening in the vehicle width direction. In this state, since the second blow-in port is arranged in the blower port, the amount of air blown from the first blow-in port to the side farther from the air conditioning unit is increased, so that the windshield can be uniformly and favorably removed.

According to the
The structure of the present invention for solving such a problem will be described below.

In FIG. 1, arrow X indicates the vehicle width direction (arrow X side is right), arrow Y indicates the vehicle front-rear direction (arrow Y side is front), and arrow Z indicates the up-down direction (arrow Z side is upward). The following figures are also the same. In FIG. 1, a vehicle 1 is provided with an

FIG. 3B shows a view from the bottom side of the center defroster duct 6 and the

According to the defroster structure 8 of the present invention having the above-described configuration, unlike the
Further, since the first blow-in
Further, the

As shown in FIG. 4C, the vehicle rear surface side wall surface of the first extending portion 6i is located on the vehicle front side with respect to the vehicle rear surface side wall surface of the

FIG. 5 is a detailed view for explaining the overlap between the inner wall surface 6e and the
With this configuration, it is possible to make it difficult for wind to flow between the inner wall surface 6e and the
In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, the
In such a case, the position of the
