Description
Claims (5)
- エンジンへ空気を導く吸気流路を形成するエンジン吸気ダクトの構造であって、
上流側から順に、上流側直線部、曲げ部、および下流側直線部を備え、
前記曲げ部の曲げ方向内側の内面を含む前記ダクトの内面から立ち上がって、前記吸気流路に沿って延びるフィンを備え、
前記フィンの先端であるフィン先端部は、前記曲げ部に位置し、前記フィンの後端であるフィン後端部は、前記曲げ部または前記下流側直線部に位置し、
前記フィンは、前記フィン先端部から下流側へ上昇傾斜する先端側傾斜面と、前記先端側傾斜面の後ろで下流側へ下降傾斜する後端側傾斜面と、前記ダクトの内面よりも高い位置にある前記後端側傾斜面の後端から前記ダクトの内面にある前記フィン後端部に延びた急峻な壁である後端面と、を備え、
前記フィンの前記先端側傾斜面の頂部の少なくとも一部は、前記上流側直線部の内面の前記曲げ部へ向かった延長線に沿って形成されている、
ことを特徴とするエンジン吸気ダクト構造。 - 請求項1に記載のエンジン吸気ダクト構造において、
前記フィンは、前記先端側傾斜面と前記後端側傾斜面の間に、前記ダクトの内面から最も高く突出した最高部を備え、
前記フィンの前記最高部は、前記上流側直線部の前記延長線上にある、
ことを特徴とするエンジン吸気ダクト構造。 - 請求項1に記載のエンジン吸気ダクト構造において、
前記フィンは、前記先端側傾斜面と前記後端側傾斜面の間に、前記ダクトの内面から最も高く突出した最高部を備え、
前記フィンの前記最高部は、前記上流側直線部の前記延長線よりも前記曲げ部の曲げ方向の内側にある、
ことを特徴とするエンジン吸気ダクト構造。 - 請求項2または3に記載のエンジン吸気ダクト構造において、
前記フィンは、前記吸気流路が延びる方向に直交する直交方向の幅が、前記延びる方向の位置に従って変化し、
前記フィンの前記先端側傾斜面は、前記フィン先端部から下流側に向かって徐々に前記直交方向の幅が広くなり、
前記フィンの前記後端側傾斜面は、前記先端側傾斜面側から下流側に向かって徐々に前記直交方向の幅が狭くなる、
ことを特徴とするエンジン吸気ダクト構造。 - 請求項4に記載のエンジン吸気ダクト構造において、
前記フィンの前記後端側傾斜面の下降傾斜角度は、前記フィンの前記先端側傾斜面の上昇傾斜角度に比べて緩やかである、
ことを特徴とするエンジン吸気ダクト構造。
