絶縁膜に開口が設けられ、且つ構造接着剤は、一部が開口において電池のケーシングを筐体に接着し、一部が開口の外側で絶縁膜を筐体に接着することにより、電池と筐体との接着強度を保証する。なお、絶縁膜の開口面積A1とA、L1、ρ1、L2及びρ2が上述した関係を満たすため、絶縁膜の電池において被覆する面積が絶縁強度の要求を満たし(即ち、電池ボックスの内部で絶縁故障が生じない)、これにより電池ボックスの安全性を効果的に保証する。

Claims (12)
- 電池ボックスであって、
筐体(1)と、複数の電池(2)と、絶縁膜(3)と、構造接着剤(4)とを備え、
複数の電池(2)は、縦方向(Y)に配列されて筐体(1)に収容され、各電池(2)は、ケーシング(21)を有し、
絶縁膜(3)は、各電池(2)のケーシング(21)の外部に被覆されて固定され、且つ、絶縁膜(3)には、開口(31)が設けられることにより、ケーシング(2)の対応部分を絶縁膜(3)から露出させ、
構造接着剤(4)は、電池(2)と筐体(1)との間に設けられ、各電池(2)を筐体(1)に固定するために用いられ、
開口(31)の面積をA1、開口(31)に対応するケーシング(21)の表面の総面積をA、構造接着剤(4)の厚さをL1、構造接着剤(4)の体積抵抗率をρ1、絶縁膜(3)の厚さをL2、絶縁膜(3)の体積抵抗率をρ2としたときに、A1、A、L1、ρ1、L2及びρ2は、以下の条件式(1)を満たすことを特徴とする電池ボックス。
- 以下の条件式(2)を満たすことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池ボックス。
- A1とAは、以下の条件式(3)を満たすことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池ボックス。
A1/A>50% (3) - 以下の条件式(4)を満たすことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池ボックス。
A1/A≦70% (4) - 絶縁膜(3)は、ポリプロピレン、ポリカーボネート又はポリエステル樹脂で製造され、
絶縁膜(3)の体積抵抗率ρ2は、以下の条件式(5)を満たすことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池ボックス。
0.1×1014Ω・cm≦ρ2≦2×1014Ω・cm (5) - 以下の条件式(6)を満たすことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池ボックス。
0<L1≦2mm (6) - 以下の条件式(7)を満たすことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池ボックス。
0<L2≦0.15mm (7) - 構造接着剤(4)の材質は、単一成分ポリウレタン又は二成分ポリウレタンであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池ボックス。
- 構造接着剤(4)の材質は、単一成分エポキシ樹脂又は二成分エポキシ樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池ボックス。
- 各電池(2)のケーシング(21)は、底面を有し、
開口(31)は、上下方向(Z)に沿ってケーシング(21)の底面の下方に位置し、ケーシング(21)の一部の底面を絶縁膜(3)から露出させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池ボックス。 - 各電池(2)のケーシング(21)は、側面を有し、
開口(31)は、横方向(X)に沿ってケーシング(21)の側面の外側に位置し、ケーシング(21)の一部の側面を絶縁膜(3)から露出させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池ボックス。 - 請求項1から11の何れか一項に記載の電池ボックスを備える車両。
