Abstract
Description
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a laminate and a packaging material having excellent recyclability of raw materials.
A packaging material used for packaging foods, medicines and the like is generally composed of a laminate in which a plurality of layers such as a base material layer, a barrier layer and a sealant layer are laminated. Some packaging materials used for foods, medicines, etc. have an oxygen absorption layer. The oxygen absorption layer is for absorbing oxygen in a packaging bag or a packaging container using the packaging material to prevent oxidation of the food, which is the content. As this oxygen absorbing layer, there is one in which the adhesive layer has oxygen absorbing ability (Patent Document 1).
Recycling of plastic materials has become necessary from the viewpoint of global environment protection and resource saving, and even users such as foods and chemicals must separate recycled plastic materials from incinerated flammable materials. Is being carried out at the request of local governments. Here, some of the packaging materials include those containing paper in the base material layer and those containing aluminum film (film, foil) in the barrier layer. The paper and aluminum that make up the laminate of such packaging materials correspond to the inflammable materials that are incinerated, but they are not separated from the plastic material of the laminate, and therefore the contents are taken out from the packaging bag or packaging container. After packaging, it was difficult to separate only plastic materials.
The present invention advantageously solves the above problems and uses a laminate capable of separating a plastic material from the packaging material of a packaging bag or a packaging container after the contents are taken out, and a laminate thereof. The purpose is to provide a packaging material.

In the laminate of the present invention, the oxygen-absorbing resin (A) is preferably a urethane compound having a chemical bond between the hydroxyl group-terminated diene resin (a1) and the polyester resin (a2), and the hydroxyl group The terminal diene resin (a1) preferably contains a carbon-carbon double bond in at least one of the main chain and the side chain, and the polyester resin (a2) contains a carbon-carbon double bond. It is preferable that the hydroxyl-terminated diene-based resin (a1) is hydroxyl-terminated polyisoprene or hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene, and the hydroxyl-terminated diene-based resin (a1) is 1.4 polyisoprene and 1. 2 polybutadiene, and the compounding ratio of the 1.4 polyisoprene and the 1.2 polybutadiene is preferably 80:20 to 100:0 by mass ratio, and 100 parts by mass of the polyester resin (a2). It is preferable that the mixing ratio of the hydroxyl-terminated diene resin (a1) with respect to is less than 100 parts by mass.
Further, in the laminate of the present invention, the base material layer preferably contains paper, and an intermediate layer can be provided between the base material layer and the barrier layer.
The packaging material of the present invention comprises the above-mentioned laminated body.
According to the laminate of the present invention, the plastic material can be separated from the packaging material of the packaging bag or the packaging container after the contents are taken out, and the packaging material with high recyclability can be obtained.
Hereinafter, an embodiment of a layered product of the present invention and a packaging material using the layered product will be specifically described with reference to the drawings.
(Embodiment 1)
FIG. 1 shows a schematic cross-sectional view of one embodiment of the laminate of the present invention. Since the packaging material of the present invention can be made of the laminated body of FIG. 1, FIG. 1 can be said to be a schematic cross-sectional view of one embodiment of the packaging material of the present invention. In FIG. 1, a
The oxygen absorbing property imparting laminate adhesive resin composition having such a specific composition not only has sufficient adhesive force as an adhesive for the
Further, as a result of research by the inventor, the oxygen absorbing property imparting laminate adhesive resin composition having the above-mentioned specific composition was found to have a characteristic that the adhesive strength is lowered by absorbing oxygen, and further, by utilizing such a characteristic. It has been found that the portion of the
From the common sense, it cannot be said that the decrease in the adhesive strength of the adhesive is preferable. However, since the adhesive strength is reduced, a part of the laminated body 10 (packaging material) is separated with the
Then, the adhesive strength of the

As the paper base material, those having printability, flex resistance, rigidity, waist, strength, etc. can be used. For example, various kinds of bleached or unbleached kraft paper, roll paper, paperboard, processed paper, etc. can be used. Paper can be used. It is also possible to use one of these various types of paper on which one side or both sides are laminated with a laminate film such as polyethylene. Further, it is also possible to use one having a print layer. The basis weight of the paper substrate is not limited, but the basis weight is preferably in the range of 50 to 500 g/m 2 , and more preferably 100 to 350 g/m 2 . If it is less than 10 g/m 2 , it may be difficult to form a printing layer capable of clear printing because the paper base material is thin, and the mass ratio of the paper base material to the laminate for food packaging becomes too small, Not preferable. On the other hand, if it exceeds 350 g/m 2 , the paper base material becomes thicker, and thus the solvent at the time of printing may remain, which is one of the causes of the residual solvent odor. In addition, since it is strong, it may be difficult to store the contents after molding.

Among the resin films listed above, polyester resins such as polyethylene terephthalate (hereinafter also referred to as "PET"), polyethylene naphthalate (PEN), polybutylene terephthalate (PBT), polybutylene naphthalate (PBN); polycapron Polyamide resins such as amide (nylon 6), polyhexamethylene adipamide (nylon 66), poly-p-xylylene adipamide (MXD6 nylon); polyolefin resins such as polyethylene and polypropylene are preferable. The above-mentioned polyester resin, polyamide resin and polyolefin resin may be a mixture thereof.

Although the properties of the oxygen-absorbing laminate adhesive resin composition can be changed as appropriate, a two-component adhesive resin composition of a main agent using the oxygen-absorbing resin (A) and a polyisocyanate curing agent (C) The oxidation-promoting catalyst (B) can be added when the oxygen-absorbing resin (A) and the polyisocyanate-based curing agent (C) are added.
The oxidation accelerating catalyst (B) may be preliminarily blended with the oxygen absorbing resin (A) or may be preliminarily blended with the polyisocyanate curing agent (C).
(About hydroxyl-terminated diene resin (a1))
The hydroxyl-terminated diene resin (a1) contains a carbon-carbon double bond, and this carbon-carbon double bond may be in the main chain or the side chain. For example, 1,2-polyisoprene, 1,4-polyisoprene, 3,4-polyisoprene, 1,2-polybutadiene, 1,4-polybutadiene and the like can be mentioned, and the conjugated double bond has a cis position or a trans position. It doesn't matter which one. However, from the viewpoint of the reaction rate with oxygen, the conjugated double bond is preferably in the main chain and in the cis position. Further, although not particularly limited, it is preferable that carbon having a carbon-carbon double bond is bonded to the electron donating substituent. The hydroxyl-terminated diene resin (a1) may be used alone or in combination of two or more kinds.
The hydroxyl-terminated diene resin (a1) is preferably composed of 1.4 polyisoprene and 1.2 polybutadiene, and the compounding ratio of the 1.4 polyisoprene and the 1.2 polybutadiene is a mass ratio. It is 80:20 to 100:0. When the compounding ratio of 1.4 polyisoprene and the 1.2 polybutadiene is 100:0 in mass ratio, it means that only 1.4 polyisoprene is contained in both components and 1.2 polybutadiene is not contained. To do.
(About polyester resin (a2))
The polyester resin (a2) in the oxygen-absorbing resin (A) can be obtained by dehydration condensation of polybasic acid and glycol. When the blending ratio of the aromatic dicarboxylic acid in the polyester resin (a2) exceeds 80 parts by mass, the glass transition temperature becomes high and the adhesive strength decreases. Further, the cured film becomes hard and brittle, and cohesive failure easily occurs. Further, when the blending ratio of the aromatic dicarboxylic acid is less than 5 parts by mass, the glass transition temperature after urethanization with the diene polymer becomes low, so that the heat resistance is lowered and the cohesive force is insufficient, so that the adhesive force is lowered. On the other hand, when the blending ratio of the aliphatic dicarboxylic acid is less than 20 parts by mass, the flexibility is lost, the adhesive force to the plastic or the metal substrate is lowered, or cohesive failure is likely to occur. Further, when the mixing ratio of the aliphatic dicarboxylic acid exceeds 50 parts by mass, the heat resistance is lowered and the cohesive force is insufficient, so that the adhesive force is lowered.
Since the oxygen-absorbing property-providing laminate adhesive resin composition of the

However, when these trivalent or higher polybasic acids are used, gelation occurs during synthesis. Since it is easy, it is most preferable to add 30 parts by mass or less, more preferably 20 parts by mass or less, and further preferably 10 parts by mass or less in the total polybasic acid.

As the polyhydric alcohol other than the glycol, trihydric alcohols such as glycerin, trimethylolethane, trimethylolpropane, trishydroxymethylaminomethane and triethanolamine and tetrahydric or higher alcohols such as pentaerythritol and dipentaerythritol are also used. However, if these trihydric or higher alcohols are used, gelation tends to occur during synthesis. It is most preferable to mix them as follows.
Further, the polyester resin (a2) used in the oxygen-absorbing imparting laminate adhesive resin composition may be used alone or in combination of two or more kinds.
(Blend of hydroxyl-terminated diene resin (a1) and polyester resin (a2))
It is appropriate that the hydroxyl-terminated diene resin (a1) and the polyester resin (a2) are not simply mixed but chemically bonded by urethanization or the like. When the hydroxyl-terminated diene-based resin (a1) and the polyester resin (a2) are simply blended without being chemically bonded, the compatibility remarkably decreases and problems such as deterioration of the finished appearance occur. The mixing ratio is preferably 20 parts by mass to 80 parts by mass of the hydroxyl group-terminated diene resin (a1) with respect to 100 parts by mass of the polyester resin (a2). When the compounding ratio of the hydroxyl-terminated diene resin (a1) exceeds 100 parts by mass, the oxygen absorption performance is improved, but when bonding with various kinds of plastics and metal films is assumed, the adhesive performance is deteriorated. There is.
Examples of chemically bonding the hydroxyl-terminated diene resin (a1) and the polyester resin (a2) include esterification, amidation, and allophanatization, in addition to the urethane formation.
(About chain extender (a3))
When the hydroxyl-terminated diene resin (a1) and the polyester resin (a2) are chemically bonded, various chain extenders (a3) can be used.
When the hydroxyl group-terminated diene resin (a1) and the polyester resin (a2) are urethane-ized, various isocyanate compounds such as known isocyanate compounds can be used as the urethane chain extender. Specifically, xylylene diisocyanate, hydrogenated xylylene diisocyanate, isophorone diisocyanate, hexamethylene diisocyanate, norbornene diisocyanate, tolylene diisocyanate, hydrogenated tolylene diisocyanate, diphenylmethane diisocyanate, hydrogenated diphenylmethane diisocyanate and their burettes, tri A methylolpropane adduct body, a nurate body, or the like can be used, and by using an allophanate body, the above-mentioned allophanate formation can be performed.
The number of functional groups of the diisocyanate is not particularly limited, but it is preferable to mainly extend the chain with a difunctional diisocyanate from the viewpoint of coating suitability and adhesive strength.
In the case of esterifying the both resins, a carboxylic acid such as maleic acid or fumaric acid can be used as the chain extender (a3), and an amine component can be further added for amidation.
The oxygen-absorbing resin (A) of the laminate adhesive resin composition imparting oxygen-absorbing property is synthesized by a solvent containing no component that reacts with the chain extender (a3). In an ester or ketone solvent that does not contain a component that reacts with an isocyanate group) or in a non-solvent manner, a known urethanization catalyst such as organotin is present in an appropriate amount and reacted at a temperature of about 50 to 90°C. Just do it. At this time, it is necessary to synthesize under an inert gas atmosphere. If the synthesis is not carried out under an inert gas atmosphere, not only the oxygen absorption performance is deteriorated, but also gelation due to double bond cleavage may occur.

(About reaction modifier)
When the oxygen absorbing resin (A) is mixed with the curing agent (C), the pot life of the adhesive may be shortened due to the action of the catalyst used as the oxidation accelerating catalyst (B). Therefore, it is also preferable to use a reaction modifier together, and it is preferable to add phosphoric acid as this reaction modifier. The addition amount is preferably 200 ppm to 400 ppm, and when it is less than 200 ppm, the pot life is not improved, and when it exceeds 400 ppm, it inhibits the reaction between the oxygen-absorbing resin (A) and the curing agent (C) as the main ingredients. there's a possibility that.
Examples of phosphoric acids include orthophosphoric acid, metaphosphoric acid, polyphosphoric acid and their ester derivatives, and one or more selected from these groups can be used.
(About antioxidant)
The oxygen-absorbing resin (A) does not necessarily require an antioxidant when the conditions during storage and after lamination are low temperature or in an inert gas atmosphere. However, it is preferable to include an antioxidant for the purpose of protecting the deterioration of the oxygen absorption performance due to external factors.
As the antioxidant, phenolic, lactone, thioether, gallic acid, ascorbic acid, erythorbic acid, catechin, dibutylhydroxytoluene, tocopherol, citric acid, butylhydroxyanisole, phosphite, hindered amine, aromatic amine System, etc., and one or more selected from these groups can be used. The addition amount is preferably 10 ppm to 10000 ppm with respect to the oxygen-absorbing resin (A), and when less than 10 ppm, the oxidation reaction proceeds when the oxygen-absorbing resin (A) is blended and stored. However, the actual oxygen absorption performance may decrease. On the other hand, if the addition amount exceeds 10,000 ppm, the reaction of oxygen with the oxygen-absorbing resin (A) is hindered when it is used as an adhesive, and the oxygen-absorbing performance may decrease. In addition, when assuming that heat or light is used as a trigger for oxygen absorption performance expression, ascorbic acid, heat resistance such as tocopherol, it is preferable to use a low light resistance antioxidant, high heat resistance such as phenolic, When a high light resistance antioxidant is used, oxygen absorption performance may not be exhibited.

(About curing agent (C))
As the curing agent (C) that can be used in the oxygen-absorbing laminate adhesive resin composition, an aromatic polyisocyanate or an aliphatic polyisocyanate system may be used as long as it has two or more isocyanate groups in one molecule. Any of these can be used. Specific examples include hexamethylene diisocyanate, isophorone diisocyanate, xylene diisocyanate, norbornene diisocyanate, hydrogenated diphenylmethane diisocyanate, trimethylolpropane adduct, buretlets, allophanates, and isocyanurates (trimers). .. The compounding ratio with the main agent (oxygen-absorbing resin (A)) can be the same as that of a general laminating adhesive. Specifically, NCO/OH is preferably 1.0 to 3.0, and when it is less than 1.0, sufficient laminating strength is not developed, and when it exceeds 3.0, problems such as shortening of pot life are caused. Occurs.
(About implementation as a two-component adhesive resin composition)
In the case of carrying out the oxygen-absorbing property imparting laminate adhesive resin composition as a two-component adhesive resin composition comprising a main component using the oxygen-absorbing resin (A) and a polyisocyanate curing agent (C), Each of the reaction modifier, the antioxidant, and the other compound can be compounded in advance with the main component using the oxygen-absorbing resin (A), but can be compounded with the polyisocyanate curing agent (C). You can do it later. When the main agent using the oxygen-absorbing resin (A) and the polyisocyanate-based curing agent (C) are blended, each of the above-mentioned reaction modifier, antioxidant, and other blending ingredients is blended. I don't care.
(About coating amount)
The coating amount of the oxygen-absorbing laminate adhesive resin composition is about 2 to 5 g/m 2 , preferably about 3 to 5 g/m 2 . When the coating amount is less than 2 g/m 2 , sufficient oxygen absorption performance cannot be obtained. If it exceeds 5 g/m 2 , it is disadvantageous in terms of economy. Generally, the laminated film needs to be cured at room temperature to 50° C. for 2 days to 5 days, but it is preferably at a low temperature or in an inert gas atmosphere because it does not deteriorate the oxygen absorption performance.
(About number average molecular weight)
The number average molecular weight of the oxygen-absorbing resin (A) obtained by chemically bonding the hydroxyl group-terminated diene resin (a1) and the polyester resin (a2) in the oxygen-absorbing laminate resin composition is from 3,000 to 10,000. Preferably, when it exceeds 10,000, the viscosity of the obtained resin becomes high, and there arises a problem that the amount of the diluent solvent used at the time of coating increases and the suitability for coating deteriorates. On the other hand, when the number average molecular weight is less than 3000, the adhesive strength tends to be poor at the initial stage of lamination due to the low molecular weight, and so-called winding deviation may occur during winding. The number average molecular weight is more preferably about 4500 to 9000 from the viewpoint of coating suitability and securing physical properties at the initial stage of lamination.
(About usage)
Although there is no particular limitation on the specific method of using the oxygen-absorbing resin (A) in the oxygen-absorbing laminate adhesive resin composition, for example, it is heated to have an appropriate viscosity and a curing agent (C) is added. A non-solvent type lamination method to be used afterwards and a dry lamination method to be used after diluting and adjusting the compounded adhesive to an appropriate coating viscosity with a solvent.

Paper (high-quality paper, basis weight 150 g/m 2 ) was prepared as a base material layer, low-density polyethylene was extruded as an intermediate layer on the surface of this paper, and then an aluminum film (thickness 7 μm) was bonded.
Next, an oxygen absorbing imparting laminate adhesive was prepared as an adhesive layer. In the production of this adhesive, a mixture of hydroxyl-terminated 1.4 polyisoprene and 1.2 polybutadiene resin (a1) in a ratio of 80 to 20 and a polyester resin (RU77T, manufactured by Rock Paint Co., Ltd.) (a2) were used. Was used to synthesize an oxygen-absorbing resin (A), the oxygen-absorbing resin was diluted with ethyl acetate, and cobalt octylate as an oxidation-promoting catalyst (B) and a polyisocyanate curing agent (C) were added. .. The produced adhesive was applied to the aluminum film surface of the above-mentioned laminate so that the dry coating amount was 3.0 g/m 2 , and the unstretched and non-added LLDPE film (N-165, (manufactured by Aicello, thickness 40 μm) and a dry lamination method were applied to obtain a laminated film.

[Comparative Example 1]
A laminated film was obtained in the same manner as in Example 1, except that the oxygen absorbing adhesive was changed to a general-purpose adhesive (TM570, manufactured by Toyo Morton).
After aging the laminated films of Examples 1 and 2 and Comparative Examples 1 to 3 at 40° C. for 2 days, the sealant side was irradiated with ultraviolet rays of 250 mJ/cm 2 , and the side length was 10 cm×10 cm×1 cm. A container with a space of 100 cc was prepared, and the oxygen concentration in the container after being stored at 22° C. for 14 days was measured by a destructive test using an oximeter (CheckPointO 2 /CO 2 , manufactured by Dansensor) to determine the oxygen absorption amount. It was calculated.
The adhesive strength between the AL/non-added LLDPE before oxygen absorption and after storage at 22° C. for 14 days was examined, and further, it was examined whether or not each laminated film after storage could be manually separated. The results are shown in Table 1. The adhesive strength was measured by measuring the laminate strength using a Tensilon universal testing machine.
・Measurement condition width: 15 mm
As can be seen from Table 1, in Examples 1 to 5, the adhesive strength was reduced after absorbing oxygen, and in Examples 1 to 3, in particular, the LLDPE film could be separated.
