Claims (12)
- 電池パックに用いられる筐体(1)であって、
前記筐体(1)は、収容空間(10)と、前記収容空間(10)に連通する開口とを備え、
前記収容空間(10)は、前記筐体(1)の壁部(11)で囲まれて形成され、
前記壁部(11)は、2層以上の基板が積層されることで形成され、2層以上の前記基板の間には、複数のキャビティ(20)が形成されていることを特徴とする筐体。 - 前記基板は、第1基板(21)と第2基板(22)とを備え、
前記キャビティ(20)は、前記第2基板(22)における外へ突起する凸壁(221)と、前記第1基板(21)に位置しかつ前記凸壁(221)に対応する平坦壁(211)とで囲まれて形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の筐体。 - 前記第1基板(21)と前記第2基板(22)は、前記収容空間(10)から前記筐体(1)の外部方向へ積層設置されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の筐体。
- 前記凸壁(221)は、頂部(2211)と、前記頂部(2211)に接続される側部(2212)とを備え、
前記頂部(2211)は平面又は弧状面であり、
前記頂部(2211)と前記側部(2212)は、滑らかに遷移していることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の筐体。 - 前記壁部(11)の肉厚tの取り得る値の範囲は、1mm≦t≦6mmであり、
前記平坦壁(211)の肉厚t1と前記凸壁(221)の肉厚t2との比の範囲は、0.5≦t2/t1≦1であり、
前記キャビティ(20)の高さhの取り得る値の範囲は、h≦5×t1であり、且つ、前記キャビティ(20)の高さhと幅Wとの比の範囲は、h/W≦0.5であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の筐体。 - 前記壁部(11)は、底壁(111)と、前記底壁(111)の周側を囲む側壁(112)とを備え、且つ、前記底壁と前記側壁は、一体成型構造であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の筐体。
- 隣接する2つの前記側壁(112)間の交線と前記キャビティ(20)との最小距離dは、25mm以上であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の筐体。
- 前記複数のキャビティ(20)は、互いに連通して流路(R)を形成することを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の筐体。
- 前記筐体(1)の前記側壁(112)には、入口管(13)及び出口管(14)が設けられており、
前記入口管(13)及び前記出口管(14)は、それぞれ前記流路(R)の両端に連通し、且つ、前記入口管(13)及び前記出口管(14)は、前記側壁(112)の同一側に位置することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の筐体。 - 前記基板の材料の引張強度σは、100Mpa以上であり、
前記基板の材料の破断伸び率は、12%以上であり、好ましくは、前記基板の材料の破断伸び率が、20%以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の筐体。 - 前記キャビティ(20)は、インフレーション成型プロセスにより、前記第1基板(21)と前記第2基板(22)との間に形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の筐体。
- 電池パックであって、
電池集合体(2)と、
請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の筐体(1)と、
前記筐体(1)の前記収容空間(10)とともに、前記電池集合体(2)を収容する密閉空間を形成するように、前記筐体(1)の前記開口をカバーする蓋体(3)とを備えることを特徴とする電池パック。
