Claims (15)
- 流体バルブ(2)であって、
少なくとも1つの流体入口(10a)及び少なくとも1つの流体出口(10b,10c)を有し、バルブ軸(A)を有するバルブハウジング(4)であって、前記流体入口(10a)及び前記流体出口(10b)の少なくとも1つは、前記バルブ軸(A)を中心に周方向に延在する壁(14)に配列される、バルブハウジング(4)と、
前記バルブ軸(A)を中心に回転するように、前記バルブハウジング(4)内に配置された回転バルブ本体(8)と、
を備え、
前記回転バルブ本体(8)は、円錐台バルブ本体壁(16)と、前記バルブ本体壁(16)を通る少なくとも1つの入口バルブ本体開口部(28a)または出口バルブ本体開口部(28b)とを備え、前記バルブ本体(8)は、前記バルブハウジング入口(10a)及び前記バルブハウジング出口(10b,10c)を、前記少なくとも1つのバルブ本体開口部(28a,28b)を介して選択的に連通させるように、前記バルブ軸(A)を中心に回転可能であり、
前記少なくとも1つの入口バルブ本体開口部(28a)または出口バルブ本体開口部(28b)は、前記バルブ軸(A)の方向に延在するスロットである、流体バルブ(2)。 - 前記スロットの軸方向長さと周方向幅との比として定義される前記スロットのアスペクト比は、少なくとも3:1、例えば、少なくとも4:1、例えば、少なくとも5:1である、請求項1に記載の流体バルブ(2)。
- 前記バルブハウジング(4)と前記バルブ本体壁(18)との間に介在する密封要素(40)をさらに備え、

- 前記バルブハウジング(4)は、前記密封要素(40)を受容する円錐台内部表面(46)を有する、請求項3または請求項4に記載の流体バルブ(2)。
- 前記密封要素(40)は、低摩擦材料から作成される、請求項3、請求項4または請求項5に記載の流体バルブ(2)。
- 前記バルブハウジング(4)から及び前記バルブハウジング(4)に流体を導くように、前記少なくとも1つのバルブハウジング入口(10a)及びバルブハウジング出口(10b,10c)に搭載される各々の円筒流体コネクタ(6a,6b,6c)を備え、
例えば、各々のコネクタ(6a,6b,6c)の流体断面積は、前記対応するバルブ本体開口部(28a,28b)の断面積と実質的に同じである、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の流体バルブ(2)。 - 前記流体コネクタ(6a,6b,6c)は、前記バルブハウジング壁(14)を通って延在し、前記密封要素(40)と密封係合し、随意に、対応する密封要素開口部(54)と密封係合する、請求項3〜6のいずれかに従属する請求項7に記載の流体バルブ(2)。
- 前記バルブハウジング入口(10a)は、前記バルブ本体(8)によって閉鎖可能ではない、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の流体バルブ(2)。
- 前記バルブハウジング入口(10a)は、前記バルブハウジング(4)の一方の軸端(12)に配置され、前記バルブハウジング(4)の軸方向に整列する、請求項9に記載の流体バルブ(2)。
- 前記バルブハウジング(4)の一方の軸端(12)に搭載され、前記バルブ本体(8)を前記バルブハウジング(4)に軸方向に付勢し、前記密封要素(40)に接触させるように付勢する、付勢要素(60)を備え、
前記付勢要素(60)は、例えば、1つまたは複数の環状ばねを備える、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の流体バルブ(2)。 - 前記付勢要素(60)は、前記バルブハウジング入口(10a)とバルブ本体(8)の一端との間に搭載される、請求項10または請求項11に記載の流体バルブ(2)。
- 前記バルブ本体に対する全ての入口及び出口は、前記バルブ本体(8)の前記周壁(14)にある、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の流体バルブ(2)。
- 前記バルブハウジング(8)は、前記バルブハウジング(8)の端に軸状開口部(74)を備え、
前記軸状開口部(74)は、前記バルブ本体(8)をアクチュエータ(78)に結合するように、前記バルブ本体(8)上でカップリング(76)と整列する、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の流体バルブ(2)。 - 請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の流体バルブ(2)と、前記バルブ本体(8)を回転するように、前記バルブ本体(8)に結合されるアクチュエータ(78)とを備える流体バルブアセンブリであって、前記アクチュエータは、例えば、回転ソレノイド、リニアソレノイド、ステッピングモータ、油圧アクチュエータ、または空気圧式アクチュエータである、流体バルブアセンブリ。
