Abstract
Description
ビフィドバクテリウムラクティス(BCRC 910826及びCGMCC 15205)を寒天プレートに画線培養して、単離されたコロニーを発生させる工程(a)、及び、
工程(a)からの単離されたコロニーの1つを液体培地液体インキュベーション工程に接種して、液体培養物を得る工程(b)によって、
活性物質を有するビフィドバクテリウムラクティス(B.ifidobacterium lactis)を調製する。
工程(b)からの液体培養物を遠心させて、沈殿物を得る工程(c)、及び、
工程(c)からの沈殿物に対して凍結乾燥を行って、活性物質を有するビフィドバクテリウムラクティス(BCRC 910826、及びCGMCC 15205)を得る工程(d)によって、
活性物質を有するビフィドバクテリウムラクティスを調製する。

Claims (13)
- 長寿命化を促進する組成物において、
2018年1月12日にそれぞれ受託番号BCRC 910826及びCGMCC 15205で生物資源保存及び研究センター(Bioresource Collection and Research Center;BCRC)、食品工業発展研究所(Food Industry Research and Development Institute)、台湾新竹30062、及び中国普通微生物菌種保蔵管理センター(China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center)(CGMCC)、中国科学院、北京100101、中華人民共和国に寄託されるビフィドバクテリウムラクティスを含む組成物。 - 長寿命化を促進する組成物において、
2018年1月12日にそれぞれ受託番号BCRC 910826及びCGMCC 15205で生物資源保存及び研究センター(BCRC)、食品工業発展研究所、台湾新竹30062、及び中国普通微生物菌種保蔵管理センター(CGMCC)、中国科学院、北京100101、中華人民共和国に寄託される、活性物質を有する有効投薬量のビフィドバクテリウムラクティスを含む組成物。 - ビフィドバクテリウムラクティス(BCRC 910826及びCGMCC 15205)を寒天プレートに画線培養して、単離されたコロニーを発生させる工程(a)、及び、
工程(a)からの前記単離されたコロニーの1つを液体培地液体インキュベーション工程に接種して、液体培養物を得る工程(b)によって、
前記活性物質を有するビフィドバクテリウムラクティスを調製する請求項2に記載の組成物。 - 更に、
工程(b)からの前記液体培養物を遠心させて、沈殿物を得る工程(c)、及び、
工程(c)からの前記沈殿物に対して凍結乾燥を行って、前記活性物質を有する前記ビフィドバクテリウムラクティス(BCRC 910826、及びCGMCC 15205)を得る工程(d)によって、
前記活性物質を有する前記ビフィドバクテリウムラクティスを調製する請求項3に記載の組成物。 - 工程(b)において、温度を35〜50℃、通気を0〜1vvmのN2又はCO2、回転速度を10〜100rpm、インキュベーション時間を16〜24時間に設定する請求項3に記載の組成物。
- 工程(d)における凍結乾燥温度を−196〜−40℃に設定する請求項4に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物は、賦形剤、防腐剤、希釈剤、フィラー、吸収剤、甘味剤からなる群から選ばれた添加剤又はその組み合わせを含む請求項1又は2に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物は、薬物、飼料、飲料、栄養補給剤、乳製品、老年食品、乳幼児食品、副食品又は健康食品である請求項1又は2に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物の形態は、粉末、錠剤、丸剤、座剤、マイクロカプセル剤、アンプル、液剤又はスプレー剤である請求項1又は2に記載の組成物。
- 対象に請求項2〜6の何れか1項に記載の活性物質を有するビフィドバクテリウムラクティス(CGMCC 15205)を含む組成物を投与することで、長寿命化を促進する方法。
- 前記組成物は、前記対象のCisd2遺伝子の発現を増強する請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記組成物は、前記対象のミトコンドリアの損傷を低減及び/又は遅延させる請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記組成物は、神経変性疾患、筋肉減少症、又はそれらの組み合わせを含む前記対象の老化に関連する症状を低減及び/又は遅延させる請求項10に記載の方法。
