Abstract
Description
病原菌による果樹または野菜の病害を予防または治療することを特徴とする、
農園芸用病害防除方法。
イチゴ、モモ、リンゴ、ナシ、などのバラ科植物;
キャベツ、ブロッコリー、カリフラワー、カブ、ハクサイなどのアブラナ科植物;
ブドウ科植物;カキノキ科植物;スイカ、メロン、などのウリ科植物;
ツツジ科植物;マタタビ科植物;ミソハギ科植物;スグリ科植物;
レタスなどのキク科植物;トマト、ナス、ピーマン、ジャガイモなどのナス科植物;
サトイモ、コンニャクなどのサトイモ科植物;
パセリなどのセリ科植物;ソラマメなどのマメ科植物;ネギなどのヒガンバナ科植物;
ホウレンソウなどのヒユ科植物;などの果樹または野菜(一部、畑作物、花きや花木も含む)があげられ、カンキツ類、バラ科植物、アブラナ科、ナス科、サトイモ科植物であることが好ましい。
カンキツかいよう病(Xathomonas campestris pv. citri)、モモせん孔細菌病またはスモモ黒斑病(Xathomonas campestris pv. pruni)などのXanthomonas属細菌病;
カンキツ褐斑細菌病またはナシ花腐細菌病(Pseudomonas syringae pv. syringae)、スモモかいよう病(Pseudomonas syringae pv. morsprunorum)、キウイフルーツかいよう病(Pseudomonas syringae pv. actinidiae)、ウメ(またはスモモ)かいよう病(Pseudomonas syringae pv. morsprunorum)、ヤマモモこぶ病(Pseudomonas syringae pv. myricae)などのPseudomonas属細菌病;
ナシさび色胴枯病(Erwinia chrysanthemi pv.syringae)、パイナップル花樟病(Erwinia ananas)などのErwinia属細菌による病害;
モモ根頭がんしゅ病、ブドウ根頭がんしゅ病などのAgrobacterium属細菌による病害;
キャベツ黒斑細菌病(Pseudomonas syringae pv. maculicolaもしくはPseudomonas cannabina pv. alisalensis)、キュウリ斑点細菌病(Pseudomonas syringae pv. lachrymans)、などのPseudomonas属細菌病;
トマト(または、ナス、ピーマン、ダイコン、カブ、キュウリ、カボチャ、イチゴ、シソ、シュンギクなど)青枯病(Ralstnia solanacearum)などのRalstonia属細菌病;
トマトかいよう病(Clavibacter michiganensis subsp. michiganensis)、などのClavibacter属細菌病;
トマト(またはダイコン、ハクサイ、カリフラワー、タマネギ、ニンジンなど)軟腐病(Erwinia carotovora subsp. carotovora)などのErwinia属細菌病;
キャベツ(またはカリフラワー、ダイコン、カブ、ハクサイなど)黒腐病(Xanthomonas campestris pv. campestris)などのXanthomonas属細菌による病害;
コンニャク腐敗病(Erwinia carotovora subsp. cartovora);
斑点細菌病;葉枯細菌病;腐敗病;萎黄病;根頭がんしゅ病;首腐病;首垂細菌病;などがあげられるが、これらに限定されない。
イチゴうどんこ病(Sphaerotheca aphanis var. aphanis)、キュウリうどんこ病(Sphaerotheca cucurbitae)、モモうどんこ病またはウメうどんこ病(Sphaerotheca pannosa var. persicae)などのSphaerotheca属菌による病害;
リンゴうどんこ病(Podosphaera leucotricha)などのPodosphaera属菌によるうどんこ病、
カキうどんこ病Phyllactinia kakikoraなどのPhyllactinia属菌によるうどんこ病、
ブドウうどんこ病(Uncinula necator)、
トマトうどんこ病(Erysiphe cichoracearum)、ニンジンうどんこ病(Erysiphe heraclei)などのErysiphe属菌によるうどんこ病、
トウガラシうどんこ病、ナスうどんこ病など、Oidiopsis sicuraなどのOidiopsis属菌によるうどんこ病、
ハクサイ(またはキャベツ、ダイコン、カブなど)うどんこ病Oidium Sp.属菌によるうどんこ病、
Podosphaera属菌によるうどんこ病などのうどんこ病;
カンキツ苗疫病やカンキツすそ腐病(Phytophthora citrophthora)などのPhytophthora属菌による病害;
ブドウべと病(Plasmopara viticola);
リンゴ(またはナシ、ウメ、カキ、オウトウなど)炭疽病(Glomerella cingulata)などのGlomerella属菌などによる炭疽病;
ナシ腐らん病(Valsa ceratosperma)などのDiaporthales属菌病;
リンゴがんしゅ病(Nectria cinnabarina)などのボタンタケHypocreales目菌病;
リンゴ胴腐病(Botryosphaeria berengeriana)などのDothiadeales目菌病;
環紋葉枯病(Grovesinia puruni);
リンゴ灰星病(Monilinia fructicola)などのMonilinia属菌病;
リンゴ黒星病(Venturia inaequalis)などのVenturia属菌病;
リンゴ赤星病(Gymnosporangium yamadea)などのGymnosporangium属菌病;
カンキツ黒腐病(Alternaria citri)などのAlternaria属菌病;
カキ角斑落葉病(Cercospora kaki)などのCercospora属菌による病害;
カンキツそうか病(Elsinoe fawcetti)などのElsinoe属菌による病害;
カンキツ黄斑病(Mycosphaerella horii)などのMycosphaerella属菌による病害;
カンキツ緑かび病(Penicillium digitatum)、リンゴ青かび病(Penicillium expansum)などのPenicillium属菌による病害;
ナシ縮葉病(Taphrina bullata)などのTaphrina属菌による病害;
カンキツ赤衣病、またはリンゴ赤衣病(Erythricium salmonicolor);
モモ黒かび病またはオウトウ黒かび病(Rhizopus stolonifer);
カンキツすす点病またはリンゴすす点病(Zygophiala jamaicensis);
カンキツ灰色かび病またはリンゴ灰色かび病(Botrytis cinerea);
カンキツ白紋羽病またはリンゴ白紋羽病(Rosellinia necatrix);
などがあげられるがこれらに限定されない。これらのうち、糸状菌病としては、うどんこ病が好ましい。
過酢酸製剤は、過酢酸濃度10wt%のオキシペール100(登録商標、保土谷化学工業株式会社製)を用意した。対照薬剤として、市販のコサイド3000(登録商標、水酸化第二銅46.1wt%、デュポン株式会社製)を用意した。カンキツは、川野なつだいだい(樹齢9年生、ポット栽培、樹高1.5〜3m)の品種を用意した。
表1のように、カンキツの葉あたりの発病数に応じて0〜4の段階の発病程度とし、それぞれの葉数を計数し、各発病程度の指数を定義した。
発病度=(n1+3×n2+5×n3+7×n4)÷(7×調査数)×100
防除価=〔1−(処理区の発病度)÷(無処理区の発病度)〕×100
実施例1と同じ過酢酸製剤を用意した。対照薬剤として、市販のバリダシン液剤5(バリダマイシン濃度5.0wt%、住友化学株式会社製)を用いた。カンキツは、レモン(品種:アレンユーレカ)(樹齢26年生、露地栽培)を用意した。
実施例1と同じ過酢酸製剤を用意した。対照薬剤として、サンヨール(登録商標、米澤化学株式会社、ドデシルベンゼンスルホン酸ビスエチレンジアミン銅錯塩(II)(DBEDC)20.0wt%)を用意した。イチゴの品種は、とちおとめを用いた。
表4のように、イチゴの葉あたりの発病数に応じて0および4段階の発病程度とし、それぞれの葉数を計数し、各発病程度の指数を定義した。
発病度=(n1+2×n2+3×n3+4×n4)÷(4×調査数)×100
実施例1と同じ過酢酸製剤を用意した。対照薬剤として、アグリマイシン100水和剤(登録商標、ファイザー株式会社製、オキシテトラサイクリン1.5wt%、ストレプトマイシン硫酸塩18.8wt%)を用意した。キャベツの品種は、爽月を用いた(播種:6月24日、定植7月15日)。
表6のように、キャベツの発病数に応じて0および4段階の発病程度とし、それぞれの株数を計数し、各発病程度の指数を定義した。
発病度=(n1+2×n2+3×n3+4×n4)÷(4×調査数)×100
実施例1と同じ過酢酸製剤を用意した。対照薬剤として、トリフミン乳剤(登録商標、日本曹達株式会社、トリフミゾール15.0wt%)を用意した。ナスの品種は、絹皮水ナスを用いた。
表6のように、ナスの葉あたりの発病数に応じて0および4段階の発病程度とし、それぞれの葉数を計数し、各発病程度の指数を定義した。
発病度=(n1+2×n2+3×n3+4×n4)÷(4×調査数)×100
実施例1と同じ過酢酸製剤を用意した。対照薬剤として、アタッキン水和剤(登録商標、日本曹達株式会社、ストレプトマイシン硫酸塩18.8wt%、チオファネートメチル50.0wt%)を用意した。コンニャクの品種は、みやままさり(2年生)を用いた。
Claims (7)
- 有効成分として過酢酸を0.01wt%〜2wt%含有する過酢酸製剤を用いて、
病原菌による果樹または野菜の病害を予防または治療することを特徴とする、
農園芸用病害防除方法。 - 前記病害が細菌病である、請求項1に記載の農園芸用病害防除方法。
- 前記細菌病が、カンキツかいよう病、アブラナ科植物黒斑細菌病、またはコンニャク腐敗病である、請求項2に記載の農園芸用病害防除方法。
- 前記病害が糸状菌病である、請求項1に記載の農園芸用病害防除方法。
- 前記糸状菌病が、うどんこ病である、請求項4に記載の農園芸用病害防除方法。
- 前記果樹または野菜がカンキツ類、バラ科植物またはアブラナ科植物である、請求項1〜請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の農園芸用病害防除方法。
- 前記過酢酸製剤を果樹または野菜に散布または塗布することを特徴とする、
請求項1〜請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の農園芸用病害防除方法。
