Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a resin member for a vehicle by multicolor molding and a mold device that can be used for the method.
In a vehicle such as an automobile, a resin member is used as a vehicle interior member constituting an interior or a vehicle exterior member constituting an exterior, and a design is improved by adding a pattern to such a vehicle resin member. May be used. In particular, vehicle interior members (instrument panels, floor consoles, etc.) disposed in the passenger compartment are made of a leather material obtained by sewing a plurality of skins made of genuine leather or a resin sheet formed to resemble the genuine leather with threads. There is a case in which the texture of the design surface is improved by disposing it on the surface of the base material. However, since sewing the outer skin with a thread using a sewing machine or the like requires time and cost, a vehicle interior member having a stitch pattern in which a seam is reproduced by molding has been proposed (for example, see Patent Document 1). The resin molded product of Patent Document 1 is obtained by two-color molding in which a base material is formed on a seam portion provided with a convex thread portion, and the seam is expressed by the thread portion exposed from the base material. Further, in the resin molded product of Patent Literature 1, a meat stolen portion is provided on the back side of the thread portion, and the shape of the thread portion appearing on the front side is stabilized by the meat stolen portion.
Since the portion corresponding to the thread portion in the cavity of the mold becomes narrower, the synthetic resin is finally filled at the tip of the thread portion when forming the above-described stitched portion. For this reason, a short shot in which the tip of the thread portion is chipped may occur due to gas accumulation in a portion corresponding to the tip of the thread portion in the cavity. In particular, when the thread portion is small, a short shot is likely to occur.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been proposed in view of the above-mentioned problems relating to the prior art, and has been proposed in order to appropriately solve the problems, and provides a method and apparatus for manufacturing a resin member for a vehicle, which can form a good-looking pattern.
Next, a method of manufacturing a resin member for a vehicle and a molding device according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings by way of preferred embodiments. In addition, as an example of the vehicle resin member, an
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, an instrument panel (vehicle interior member) 10 includes a base (first resin member) 12 in which a plurality of
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the
The
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the
As shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, the
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the
As shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, on the surface of the
Next, a
As shown in FIG. 5, the
As shown in FIG. 5, the
Next, a method of manufacturing the
In the
As described above, when the
As described above, when the
