Description
以下、本発明の第1実施形態に係る車両検査システムSの構成について、図面を参照しながら詳細に説明する。
図6Aは、ターゲットロボットTの左側面図であり、図6Bは、ターゲットロボットTの平面図であり、図6Cは、ターゲットロボットTの右側面図である。
次に本発明の第2実施形態に係る車両検査システムについて、図面を参照しながら説明する。本実施形態に係る車両検査システムは、第1実施形態に係る車両検査システムSと、主にエイミング工程の手順が異なる。なお以下の説明において、第1実施形態と同じ構成については、同じ符号を付し、その詳細な説明を省略する。

Claims (4)
- 車体に外部環境情報を取得する第1外部環境センサが取り付けられている車両において、前記第1外部環境センサのセンサ軸を調整するための車両検査装置であって、
前記第1外部環境センサから発信される電磁波を反射するリフレクタ、及び前記第1外部環境センサから発信される電磁波の特性を測定する電磁波特性測定装置を備える移動体と、
前記移動体を制御する制御装置と、を備え、
前記制御装置は、前記電磁波特性測定装置によって測定された電磁波の特性に基づいて前記第1外部環境センサの取付位置及びセンサ軸の向きを算出し、当該算出結果に基づいて定めた検査位置に前記移動体を移動させることを特徴とする車両検査装置。 - 前記車体には、前記第1外部環境センサとは別の外部環境情報を取得する第2外部環境センサが取り付けられ、
前記移動体は、前記第2外部環境センサに対するターゲットをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両検査装置。 - 前記電磁波特性測定装置の電磁波入射面及び前記リフレクタは、前記移動体の移動体本体の異なる面に設けられ、
前記制御装置は、前記検査位置において前記リフレクタが前記第1外部環境センサに向かい合うように前記移動体を制御することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の車両検査装置。 - 前記移動体本体には、前記リフレクタと、前記電磁波特性測定装置と、前記第1外部環境センサから発信される電磁波を吸収し反射波を抑制する電磁波吸収体と、が設けられ、
前記電磁波吸収体は、前記移動体本体のうち前記リフレクタを前記第1外部環境センサに向けた場合に当該第1外部環境センサと対向する面に設けられ、
前記電磁波特性測定装置は、前記リフレクタを前記第1外部環境センサに向けた状態において前記第1外部環境センサから視た場合に、前記電磁波吸収体によって隠れるように前記移動体本体に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の車両検査装置。
