Claims (12)
- タイヤの状態及び路面の状態をモニターするために、前記タイヤの内側面に取り付けられ、複数のセンサで構成されたセンサ部と、
前記複数のセンサを有線で接続するコネクト部と、を含み、
前記複数のセンサは、タイヤの走行方向と垂直になるように一列に配置されることを特徴とする、多点システム化されたタイヤ用センサ。 - 前記センサ部は、
データの無線送受信機能を果たし、エネルギーの供給を受ける主センサ部と、
前記主センサ部を中心に対向して配置される複数のセンサで構成された副センサ部と、
前記主センサ部にエネルギーを供給するエネルギー供給素子と、を含み、
前記副センサ部は、前記コネクト部を介して前記主センサ部と電気的に接続され、前記主センサ部とデータ及びエネルギーを共有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の多点システム化されたタイヤ用センサ。 - 前記エネルギー供給素子は、前記主センサ部に装着されて前記主センサ部にエネルギーを供給することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の多点システム化されたタイヤ用センサ。
- 前記エネルギー供給素子は、前記主センサ部とは別に分離されて形成され、前記主センサ部とは前記コネクト部を介して電気的に接続されてエネルギーを供給することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の多点システム化されたタイヤ用センサ。
- 前記エネルギー供給素子は、変形が容易に起こらないように、タイヤのリム部またはトレッドの中央部に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の多点システム化されたタイヤ用センサ。
- 前記エネルギー供給素子は、バッテリまたはエネルギーハーベスタで構成されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の多点システム化されたタイヤ用センサ。
- 前記コネクト部は、導電性フィルムのコネクトで構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の多点システム化されたタイヤ用センサ。
- 前記導電性フィルムのコネクトは、フレキシブルプリント回路基板を含んで構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の多点システム化されたタイヤ用センサ。
- 二つ以上の前記センサ部が前記タイヤの内側面に同時に適用されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の多点システム化されたタイヤ用センサ。
- タイヤ内部のゴムのインナーライナがなくてもタイヤの空気圧漏れを防げるように、前記タイヤの内側面全体に一体型フィルムが付着されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の多点システム化されたタイヤ用センサ。
- 前記センサ部が、接着剤または粘着剤を用いてタイヤの内部に取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の多点システム化されたタイヤ用センサ。
- タイヤの状態及び路面の状態を検出するためのタイヤ用センサが内部に取り付けられたタイヤであって、
前記タイヤ用センサは、前記請求項1ないし10に記載の多点システム化されたタイヤ用センサのいずれかであることを特徴とする、多点システム化されたタイヤ用センサが適用されたタイヤ。
