Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a heat treatment furnace for heating an object to be treated, such as a steel material, a steel pipe or a bar, under an atmosphere gas such as a heat-generating gas or an endothermic gas, cooling and heat-treating the same.
A heat treatment furnace for heating and cooling and heat-treating an object to be treated such as a steel material, a steel pipe or a bar under an atmosphere gas such as an exothermic gas or an endothermic gas is provided with a heating chamber for heating the object to be treated. And a cooling chamber for cooling the object to be processed. The cooling chamber is provided with a cooler for rapidly cooling the object to be processed. The cooler is configured to suck an atmosphere gas in a cooling chamber from a suction duct, cool the atmosphere gas, and eject the cooled atmosphere gas from the ejection duct toward the workpiece.
For example, in the continuous atmosphere heat treatment furnace described in Patent Document 1, in a cooling chamber, a cooler is provided in the middle of a duct for circulating furnace gas by two circulation fans as a cooler, and the cooler cools the furnace gas. I'm trying to get.
The heat treatment furnace described in Patent Literature 2 is provided with a fan for forming a cooling gas flow as a cooler in a slow cooling / cooling chamber and a cooling chamber, and a temperature and an amount corresponding to an application from a floating nozzle and a jet nozzle are provided. Gas is blown out.
In the continuous atmosphere heat treatment furnace described in Patent Literature 3, the cooling chamber is equipped with two cooling gas circulation injection devices as a cooler. This cooling gas circulation injection device includes a fan, a duct as an ejection duct connected to the fan, a cooler provided opposite to the fan, and a duct as a suction duct connected to the cooler. The cooling gas circulation / injection device is configured to cool the atmosphere gas in the cooling chamber with a cooler, and to jet the cooled atmosphere gas from a duct to rapidly cool the workpiece.
In a conventional heat treatment furnace, since the cooler blows out the atmospheric gas from the ejection duct while sucking the atmospheric gas through the suction duct, the ambient pressure tends to be biased. Since a plurality of the coolers are arranged in the cooling chamber all in the same direction with respect to the furnace length direction, the bias of the pressure generated in each of the coolers is synergistically increased, so that the pressure balance in the cooling chamber is balanced. Can not keep. When the equilibrium state of the pressure balance in the cooling chamber cannot be maintained, the flow of the atmospheric gas is generated, so that the cooled atmospheric gas is difficult to stay on the surface of the processing object, and the cooling of the processing object is likely to be uneven. . For this reason, problems such as a decrease in cooling efficiency and occurrence of a defect of the object to be processed such as a bend are likely to occur, resulting in a problem that the production efficiency is reduced.
An object of the present invention is to solve such a problem of the related art, and an object of the present invention is to provide a heat treatment furnace capable of improving production efficiency.

The two adjacent coolers are arranged such that the positional relationship between the suction duct and the discharge duct in one cooler and the positional relationship between the suction duct and the discharge duct in the other cooler are line-symmetric with respect to the furnace length direction. The gist is that it is.
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect, a plurality of partition plates are provided in the ejection duct to partition the inside of the ejection duct in a furnace width direction, and three or more jet chambers are provided. And at least one intermediate door provided in the main body.
The invention according to claim 5 is the invention according to claim 4, wherein the heat treatment furnace is always in the furnace length direction by at least one door selected from the first door, the second door, and the intermediate door. The gist is that the downstream side is maintained in a closed state.
The invention according to claim 6 is the invention according to claim 4 or 5, wherein the first door, the second door, and the intermediate door are only one door immediately after the object to be processed has passed. Is closed, and the remaining doors are opened.
In the heat treatment furnace of the present invention, two or more coolers are provided side by side in the furnace length direction in the cooling chamber, and the two adjacent coolers are positioned relative to the suction duct and the ejection duct in one of the coolers. And the positional relationship between the suction duct and the ejection duct in the other cooler are line-symmetric with respect to the furnace length direction. By arranging two adjacent coolers in this manner, the bias of the pressure generated by one of the coolers and the bias of the pressure generated by the other cooler act so as to cancel each other out. An equilibrium state of the pressure balance in the cooling chamber is maintained. Then, the flow of the atmospheric gas in the cooling chamber becomes less likely to occur, and the object to be processed is cooled substantially uniformly, and the occurrence of defects such as a decrease in cooling efficiency and the occurrence of a defect of the object to be processed such as a bend is suppressed. Therefore, the production efficiency can be improved.
Further, when a plurality of partition plates are provided for partitioning the inside of the ejection duct in the furnace width direction, and when three or more jet chambers are formed in the ejection duct in a line in the furnace width direction, a plurality of objects to be treated are placed in the furnace. The cooling efficiency can be improved for the processing target disposed at the intermediate portion when the processing is performed by arranging the processing target in the width direction.
In addition, when a damper for adjusting the flow rate of the atmospheric gas in each jet chamber is provided in the jet duct, the cooling efficiency is further improved when a plurality of workpieces are arranged in the furnace width direction and processed collectively. Can be planned.
In addition, the heat treatment furnace may include a throat chamber that extends in a furnace length direction from an end of the cooling chamber on the outlet side as a spare chamber of the cooling chamber. The throat chamber has a first door provided at the inlet end in the furnace length direction, a second door provided at the outlet end in the furnace length direction, and a first door and a second door. When at least one intermediate door is provided, the production efficiency can be further improved by selectively using the door to be used according to the length of the workpiece.
In addition, when at least one door selected from the first door, the second door, and the intermediate door keeps the heat treatment furnace in a state where the downstream side in the furnace length direction is always closed, the atmosphere in the furnace is invaded by outside air. By suppressing the occurrence of the so-called tunnel effect, which is disturbed, it is possible to suppress a decrease in production efficiency.
Further, when the first door, the second door, and the intermediate door are in a state in which only one door immediately after the workpiece has passed is in a closed state and the remaining doors are in an open state, the first door, the second door, and the intermediate door are located downstream of the heat treatment furnace. Since the object to be processed can be quickly transported while always keeping the side closed, the production efficiency can be further improved.

If the positional relationship between the suction duct (22B) and the discharge duct (23B) in the other cooler (20B) is line-symmetric with respect to the furnace length direction, the installation in the cooling chamber (12). The position and the like are not particularly limited.
The number of coolers (20A, 20B) provided in the cooling chamber (12) is not particularly limited as long as it is two or more, but the bias of pressure generated in one cooler (20A) and the other cooler (20B) It is preferable that the number be an even number from the viewpoint that the bias of the pressure generated in the above) cancels each other.

By providing the plurality of partition plates (26) in this manner, three or more jet chambers (27) are formed inside the ejection ducts (23A, 23B) so as to be arranged in the furnace width direction. (For example, see FIG. 3 and the like).
The heat treatment furnace (10) is configured such that a plurality of objects to be processed (W) are arranged in the furnace width direction and are processed at once from the viewpoint of improving production efficiency. However, among a plurality of objects to be processed arranged in the furnace width direction, an object to be disposed at an intermediate portion tends to have a lower cooling efficiency than an object to be disposed at both ends. The reason for this is that the object disposed in the middle portion in the furnace width direction is affected by heat transfer from the objects disposed at both ends, and the atmosphere discharged from the discharge duct (23A). It is conceivable that the gas diffuses from the middle part toward the end in the furnace width direction.
When the inside of the ejection duct (23A, 23B) is partitioned by a plurality of partition plates (26) and three or more ejection chambers (27) are formed so as to be arranged in the furnace width direction, ejection from the ejection duct (23A, 23B). The ambient gas is directed and converged by passing through each of the jet chambers (27) to suppress diffusion. For this reason, when a plurality of objects to be processed (W) are arranged in the furnace width direction and processed, the cooling efficiency of the objects to be processed (W) arranged in the intermediate portion can be improved.
The shape, size, material and the like of the partition plate (26) are not particularly limited as long as it can partition the inside of the ejection duct (23A, 23B). The number of the partition plates (26) is not particularly limited as long as it is two or more.
The shape, size, diameter and the like of the jet chamber (27) are not particularly limited. Also, the jet chamber (27) is formed so that three or more are arranged in the furnace width direction so that the atmosphere gas is jetted to the object (W) disposed in the middle part in the furnace width direction. If so, the number is not particularly limited.
When the jet chambers (27) are formed in the jet ducts (23A, 23B), a damper (28) for adjusting the flow rate of the atmospheric gas in each jet chamber (27) can be provided (for example, FIG. 3 and the like). reference).
In the case where the damper (28) is provided, the amount of the atmospheric gas injected into the processing target (W) disposed at the intermediate portion in the furnace width direction is adjusted by adjusting the amount of the atmospheric gas in each of the jet chambers (27). And the cooling efficiency can be further improved.
The damper (28) may be any type and configuration, as long as the air flow can be adjusted, and may be any type, such as a manual air flow adjustment damper (VD), an electric motor damper (MD), or an air operated according to air pressure. An operation damper (AD) and the like are appropriately selected.
When the heat treatment furnace (10) includes the above-described throat chamber (14), the throat chamber (14) is a spare chamber for the cooling chamber (12), and the inside thereof is filled with an atmospheric gas.
The workpiece after passing through the cooling chamber (12) passes through the throat chamber (14) and is taken out of the furnace.
In order to improve production efficiency, a general continuous type heat treatment furnace arranges a plurality of objects to be treated at predetermined intervals in the furnace length direction, and supplies the preheated room, the heating room, the cooling room, and the throat room to each room. The processing of the processing object in each room is performed continuously by making the processing timings of the processing object coincide with each other and performing the processing of the processing object in each chamber substantially simultaneously. In the throat chamber, a first door is provided at an end (entrance) on the upstream side in the furnace length direction, and a second door is provided at an end (outlet) on the downstream side in the furnace length direction. The length of the throat chamber in the furnace length direction is set according to the length of the long material to be treated when the object to be processed is a long material.
In a general continuous type heat treatment furnace, when a long material shorter than the setting is to be processed, an empty space is generated in the throat chamber. Therefore, when the production efficiency is considered, no empty space is generated in the throat chamber. Thus, it is preferable to reduce the interval between the long members in the furnace length direction. However, if the interval between the long members in the furnace length direction is reduced in a general continuous heat treatment furnace, the transfer timing to the above-described chambers will be out of order. For this reason, a general continuous heat treatment furnace processes long materials shorter than the set length, and processes more long materials by reducing the distance between the long materials in the furnace length direction. Production efficiency cannot be improved.
In the heat treatment furnace (10) of the present embodiment, the throat chamber (14) has a first door (31) provided at an end (entrance) on the upstream side in the furnace length direction and an end on the downstream side in the furnace length direction. A second door (32) provided at a portion (exit), and at least one intermediate door (33) provided between the first door (31) and the second door (32). (See, for example, FIGS. 4A to 4C).
When provided with at least one intermediate doors (33) between the first door (31) and the second door (32), the long material through the throat chamber (14) by the intermediate door (33) (W S , W L ) can be divided into sizes according to the length, and it is possible to suppress the occurrence of empty space and reduce the interval between long members in the furnace length direction. For this reason, the range of the length of the long material that can be handled in the heat treatment furnace can be expanded, and the production efficiency can be improved.
The number of the intermediate doors (33) is not limited to one, and may be two or more. When two or more intermediate doors (33) are provided, the inside of the throat chamber (14) can be suitably divided into a size corresponding to the length of the long material, and a length that can be accommodated in the heat treatment furnace. The range of length of the shank can be further expanded.
In the throat chamber of the general continuous heat treatment furnace described above, only the first door and the second door are provided, and the first door and the second door are provided inside the furnace before processing the workpiece. It is used for stabilizing the atmosphere. In other words, the first door and the second door are closed before the processing of the processing object in order to stabilize the atmosphere in the furnace. It is always open to take out and increase production efficiency.
Further, in a general continuous type heat treatment furnace, a door is provided at the entrance of the preheating chamber on the upstream side, and the door of the preheating chamber also quickly moves the workpiece during the processing of the workpiece. It is always open to accept and increase production efficiency.
The continuous heat treatment furnace in which the doors are always open on both the upstream side and the downstream side has a so-called tunnel effect in which the atmosphere inside the furnace is disturbed by the invasion of the outside air, thereby increasing the production efficiency. Has a problem of decreasing.
The heat treatment furnace (10) of the present embodiment is in a state where the downstream side in the furnace length direction is always closed by at least one door selected from the first door (31), the second door (32), and the intermediate door (33). Can be maintained.
In the heat treatment furnace (10), by always keeping the downstream side in the furnace length direction closed, the occurrence of a tunnel effect can be suppressed, and the atmosphere in the furnace is kept stable. Improvement can be achieved.
The first door (31), a second door (32) and the intermediate door (33), the treatment object (W) is a long material (W S, W L) is only one door immediately after passing Is closed and the remaining doors are opened (for example, see FIGS. 4 and 5).
In such a configuration, long material to be conveyed toward the downstream side throat chamber from the upstream side (W S, W L) to, at the rear of the long material (W S, W L), the first door (31), of long material (W S, W L) of the second door (32) and the intermediate door (33) to the nearest door, go after the long long material (W S, W L) Thus, the doors are closed, while all the doors are open in front of the long members (W S , W L ). The long material (W S, W L) that a state where the door is closed so as to follow after, while constantly maintaining a state where the downstream side is closed heat treatment furnace, the long material (W S, W Since all the doors are opened in front of L ), the long material (W S , W L ) can be quickly conveyed, so that the production efficiency can be further improved.
The first door (31), a second door (32) and the intermediate door (33) is openably and closably constructed in accordance with the conveyance of a treatment object (W) long material (W S, W L) The shape, size, material, configuration, and the like are not particularly limited as long as they are different.
When the downstream side in the furnace length direction of the heat treatment furnace (10) is always kept closed, the number of closed doors among the first door (31), the second door (32), and the intermediate door (33) is particularly limited. Not done.
However, in the always closed downstream of the furnace length direction of the heat treatment furnace (10), and Nagashakuzai (W S, W L) when conveying quickly, first door (31), a second door (32) and among long material of the intermediate door (33) (W S, W L) is preferably set to an opened state all the doors in front of.
Further, in the always closed downstream of the furnace length direction of the heat treatment furnace (10), and when the rapid transport of a treatment object (W) long material (W S, W L), a first door (31), a second door (32) and the intermediate door (33) is not necessarily limited to only one door immediately after the long material (W S, W L) has passed is the closed It not, long material (W S, W L) may be closed all the doors at the back of the. However, the long material (W S, W L) is a state in which only a closed one door immediately after passing through, except for the one door long material (W S, W L) all behind the with opened the door, the long continuous material (W S, W L) long material (W S, W L) which is processed after also can be rapidly transported, in the furnace length direction The distance between the long members can be reduced appropriately.
The heat treatment furnace (10) has a control device (34) for controlling opening and closing of the first door (31), the second door (32), and the intermediate door (33) in the throat chamber (14). be able to.

As shown in FIG. 5 (b), the rear end of the long material W L passes through the

Then, the
Thereafter, the above process is repeated in the order of FIGS. 5A and 5B.
As described above, in the
In a continuous heat treatment furnace, when both the upstream side and the downstream side in the furnace length direction are open, a tunnel effect occurs, and the atmosphere in the furnace becomes unstable. Although the
In addition, the door of the furnace length direction closed downstream of the
