Description

a)少なくとも1つの平滑な金属薄板(5)を用意し、
b)前記少なくとも1つの平滑な金属薄板(5)の少なくとも部分領域に構造(6)を設け、このとき、前記金属薄板(5)の少なくとも1つの第1の長手方向区間(10)における前記構造(6)を、前記金属薄板(5)の少なくとも1つの第2の長手方向区間(11)における前記構造(6)とは異なって形成し、
c)少なくとも部分的に構造化された前記少なくとも1つの金属薄板(5)の配置および曲成により前記ハニカム構造(3)を形成し、このとき、内側の半径方向のゾーン(8)における第1のセル密度(12)が、外側の半径方向のゾーン(9)における第2のセル密度(13)と比較して高くなるように、前記金属薄板(5)を配置し、かつ曲成し、

- ステップb)において、前記薄板帯材の長手方向(19)に沿って複数の第1の長手方向区間(10)および第2の長手方向区間(11)が繰り返し交番するように、前記構造(6)を前記平滑な薄板帯材内に設ける、請求項6記載の方法。
- ステップb)において、前記少なくとも1つの第1の長手方向区間(10)と、前記少なくとも1つの第2の長手方向区間(11)とが、それぞれ、前記薄板帯材の長手方向(19)で予め規定された長手方向位置(20)に配置され、それぞれ、予め規定された長さ(21)にわたって延在するように、前記構造(6)を前記平滑な薄板帯材内に設ける、請求項6または7記載の方法。
- 前記ハニカム構造(3)を形成する前に前記薄板帯材の裁断を実施する、請求項6から8までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- ステップd)において、前記少なくとも1つの第1の長手方向区間(10)が前記内側の半径方向のゾーン(8)に配置され、前記少なくとも1つの第2の長手方向区間(11)が前記外側の半径方向のゾーン(9)に配置されるように、少なくとも部分的に構造化された前記少なくとも1つの金属薄板(5)を配置し、かつ曲成する、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
