Claims (14)
- エアロゾル発生システムであって、
入口および出口を有するポンプであって、前記入口が液体貯蔵部分に接続可能であるポンプと、
前記ポンプに流体接続した流体チャネルと、
流体センサーと、を備え、
前記流体センサーが、前記流体チャネル内に含まれる前記流体の電気的特性を測定することによって、前記流体チャネル内の液体エアロゾル形成基体の存在を判定するように構成される、エアロゾル発生システム。 - 前記システムがさらに、前記液体エアロゾル形成基体を分配するための分配装置を備え、前記分配装置が前記ポンプの前記出口と流体連通する、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル発生システム。
- 前記流体チャネルおよび前記流体センサーが、前記ポンプと前記分配装置との間に提供される、請求項2に記載のエアロゾル発生システム。
- 前記流体センサーによって測定される前記電気的特性が、前記流体チャネル内に含まれる前記流体の電気抵抗である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル発生システム。
- 前記流体センサーが第一の電極および第二の電極を備える、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル発生システム。
- 前記第一の電極が前記流体チャネルの第一のチャネル壁に提供され、前記第二の電極が前記流体チャネルの第二のチャネル壁に提供され、前記電極が前記流体チャネル内に含まれる前記流体と直接接触することが好ましい、請求項5に記載のエアロゾル発生システム。
- 前記第一の電極が前記第二の電極の反対側に配置される、請求項5または6に記載のエアロゾル発生システム。
- 前記流体センサーが分圧回路を備える、請求項4〜7のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル発生システム。
- 前記流体センサーが、前記電気的特性に応じて流体のタイプを識別するために提供される、請求項4〜8のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル発生システム。
- 前記ポンプが、マイクロポンプ、マイクロステッパモータポンプ、または圧電ポンプとして提供される、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル発生システム。
- 前記システムが、気化器およびコントローラをさらに備え、前記流体検出器が前記流体チャネル内に流体が存在しない、または不適当な流体が存在することを検出した時に、前記コントローラが前記気化器を作動停止するように構成される、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル発生システム。
- 前記システムが本体を備え、前記ポンプ、前記分配装置、前記流体チャネル、および前記流体センサーが前記本体内に包含され、前記本体がさらに電源を備え、前記液体貯蔵部分が、前記本体に取り外し可能に接続可能であるカートリッジの一部として提供されることが好ましい、請求項2〜11のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル発生システム。
- エアロゾルを発生させる方法であって、
液体エアロゾル形成基体をポンプするためのポンプを提供する工程であって、前記ポンプが入口および出口を有し、前記入口が液体貯蔵部分に接続可能である、ポンプを提供する工程と、
前記ポンプに流体接続した流体チャネルを提供する工程と、
流体センサーを提供する工程と、を含み、
前記流体センサーが、前記流体チャネル内の液体エアロゾル形成基体の存在を判定する、方法。 - 前記方法が、コントローラを提供する工程をさらに含み、前記流体検出器が前記流体チャネル内に流体が存在しない、または前記不適当な流体が存在することを検出した時に、前記コントローラが気化器を作動停止する、請求項13に記載のエアロゾル発生システムのためのエアロゾル発生方法。
