Abstract
Description
Claims (14)
- テープ状の支持体、および該支持体の少なくとも片面上に接着剤コーティングを施用した、特に、自動車のケーブルをラッピングするための、ケーブルラッピングテープにおいて、該支持体は、単一の織物層からなり、さらに、該支持体の経糸および緯糸は、異なる繊度を有し、かつ、緯糸が200dtex超の繊度を有しかつ経糸が40dtex〜100dtexの繊度を有するケーブルラッピングテープであって、該緯糸が、高引張強度を形成し、かつ、5cN/dtex超、特に、8cN/dtex超の繊度に基づく最大引張強さを有することを特徴とする、上記のケーブルラッピングテープ。
- 前記縦糸が、最大で3.5cN/dtex、特に、2cN/dtexの繊度に基づく最大引っ張り強度を有する、請求項1に記載のケーブルラッピングテープ。
- 前記緯糸が、250dtex超、特に、280dtex超、好ましくは、350dtex超、そして特に好ましくは470dtex超の繊度を有する、請求項1または2に記載のケーブルラッピングテープ。
- 前記緯糸が、最大700dtexの繊度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載のケーブルラッピングテープ。
- 前記縦糸および緯糸が、材料の異なるプラスチック糸として形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載のケーブルラッピングテープ。
- 前記縦糸および緯糸が、特に、ポリエステルからなる、材料均一なプラスチック糸として形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載のケーブルラッピングテープ。
- それぞれのプラスチック糸が、20本超のフィラメントから形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載のケーブルラッピングテープ。
- それぞれの糸が、24本超のフィラメントから構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のケーブルラッピングテープ。
- それぞれの糸が、100本未満のフィラメント、好ましくは、40〜96本のフィラメントから形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項7または8に記載のケーブルラッピングテープ。
- 少なくとも5mmの直径を有するマンドレル上で少なくとも摩耗クラスCが満たされることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一つに記載のケーブルラッピングテープ。
- 前記支持体が、最大0.5mmの厚さ、特に、0.2mm〜0.5mmの範囲の厚さを有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一つに記載のケーブルラッピングテープ。
- 前記支持体が、100g/m2〜250g/m2の面積当たりの重量を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか一つに記載のケーブルラッピングテープ。
- 前記支持体の織物における縦糸の数が、15本/cm〜60本/cmの範囲にあることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか一つに記載のケーブルラッピングテープ。
- 前記支持体の織物における緯糸の数が、10本/cm〜30本/cmの範囲にあることを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のいずれか一つに記載のケーブルラッピングテープ。
