−排出弁、特に手動操作可能な排出弁、
−フィルタ、特に入口フィルタ、
−ガスの充填及び/又は取出用のガス接続部、
−安全弁及び/又は排出弁を介して漏れるガスの除去用の配管要素と特に接続可能な、排出接続部。
Claims (11)
- 加圧ガス容器(3)に取り付けるためのタンクバルブ(4)であって、本体(5)を備え、前記本体(5)は、取付状態において前記加圧ガス容器(3)内に突出し、前記加圧ガス容器(3)と気密に接続される第1の本体区域(5.1)を有し、かつ、取付状態において前記加圧ガス容器(3)の外側に留まる第2の本体区域(5.2)を有するものであり、充填経路を介して前記加圧ガス容器(3)を充填するための、取出路を介して前記加圧ガス容器(3)からガスを取り出すための、並びに安全機能及び操作機能を実施するための、複数の機能サブアセンブリ(9、11、12、13、14、16、17、22、23、26、27)を更に備え、前記機能サブアセンブリ(9、11、12、13、14、16、17、22、23、26、27)のうちの少なくともいくつかは、少なくとも部分的に前記本体(5)内に配置される、タンクバルブにおいて、
前記第1の本体区域(5.1)内に又は前記第1の本体区域(5.1)の前記加圧ガス容器(3)の内部に面する側に機能サブアセンブリ(13、22、23、26、27)が配置されることを特徴とする、タンクバルブ。 - 前記機能サブアセンブリ(13、22、23、26、27)は、前記第1の本体区域(5.1)内又はそれに接して前記充填経路内に逆止弁(23)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタンクバルブ(4)。
- 前記機能サブアセンブリ(13、22、23、26、27)は、前記第1の本体区域(5.1)内又はそれに接して前記取出路内に管破損防止器(22)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のタンクバルブ(4)。
- 前記機能サブアセンブリ(13、22、23、26、27)は、前記第1の本体区域(5.1)内又はそれに接して安全弁(13)に通じる配管要素(28)内に剛性ベゼル(27)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1、2又は3に記載のタンクバルブ(4)。
- 前記機能サブアセンブリ(13、22、23、26、27)は、前記第1の本体区域(5.1)内又はそれに接して安全弁、特に熱作動式安全弁(13)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のタンクバルブ(4)。
- 更なる機能サブアセンブリ(9、11、12、13、14、16、17)は、前記第2の本体区域(5.2)内に配置され、前記第2の本体区域(5.2)内に配置された全ての機能サブアセンブリ(9、11、12、13、14、16、17)は、それらの一次軸線方向位置合わせ(9a、11a、12a、13a、14a、16a)及びそれらの操作方向に関して、前記第2の本体区域(5.2)内の平面(IV−IV)内に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のタンクバルブ(4)。
- 前記平面(IV−IV)は、前記第1の本体区域(5.1)、特に前記加圧ガス容器(3)の中心軸線(A)に対して垂直に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のタンクバルブ。
- 前記第2の本体区域(5.2)内に配置される前記機能サブアセンブリ(9、11、12、13、14、16、17)は、少なくとも
−好適には磁力で操作可能である、特にパイロット弁(9)の形態の取出弁、
−安全弁、特に熱作動式安全弁(13)、
−遮断弁、好適には手動操作可能な遮断弁(11)、
−排出弁、特に手動操作可能な排出弁(12)、
−フィルタ(17)、特に入口フィルタ、
−ガスの充填及び/又は取出用のガス接続部(16)、
−前記安全弁及び/又は前記排出弁を介して漏れるガスの除去用の配管要素と特に接続可能な、排出接続部(14)、
を備えることを特徴とする、請求項6又は7に記載のタンクバルブ(4)。 - 前記本体(5)は、アルミニウム合金から製造されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のタンクバルブ(4)。
- 前記本体(5)は、鍛造によって製造されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のタンクバルブ(4)。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のタンクバルブ(4)の使用方法であって、車両(1)の燃料としての水素又は天然ガスを特に65MPaを超える公称圧力で貯蔵するための加圧ガス容器(3)での使用方法。
