- − 全鉄(Fe2O3を用いて表わされる):0.002〜0.06重量%、
− クロム(Cr2O3として表わされる):3〜75ppm、
− マンガン(MnOとして表わされる):50〜1000ppm
を含む組成物を有し、かつ70%より高いLTD4を有するガラスシート。 - 前記組成物は、全鉄0.002〜0.04重量%を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のガラスシート。
- 前記組成物は、全鉄0.002〜0.02重量%を含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のガラスシート。
- 前記組成物は、20ppm未満のFe2+含有量(FeOの形態で表わされる)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のガラスシート。
- 前記組成物は、5ppm未満のFe2+含有量(FeOの形態で表わされる)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のガラスシート。
- 1050nmの波長において5m−1未満の吸収係数を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のガラスシート。
- 前記組成物は、MnO≦800ppmを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のガラスシート。
- 前記組成物は、Cr2O3=−0.04*MnO+(Fe2O3/100)*xを含み、xは、15〜30であり、かつCr2O3、MnOおよびFe2O3は、ppmで表わされることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のガラスシート。
- 前記組成物は、Cr2O3=−0.02*MnO+(Fe2O3/100)*xを含み、xは、15〜30であり、かつCr2O3、MnOおよびFe2O3は、ppmで表わされることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のガラスシート。
- 80%より高いLTD4を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のガラスシート。
- 85%より高いLTD4を有することを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のガラスシート。
