Claims (15)
- エアロゾル形成基体と、
可燃性熱源と、
前記可燃性熱源の長さの少なくとも一部分を囲む、セラミック紙の少なくとも1つの層と、
空気がそれに沿ってユーザーによる吸入のために前記エアロゾル発生物品を通して引き出されうる、1つ以上の気流経路と、
前記可燃性熱源と前記エアロゾル形成基体との間にある、1つ以上の不燃性の実質的に不通気性のバリアと、を含む、エアロゾル発生物品。 - 前記セラミック紙の少なくとも1つの層が、前記1つ以上の気流経路から分離され、そのため、使用時に、前記1つ以上の気流経路に沿って前記エアロゾル発生物品を通じて引き出される空気が、前記セラミック紙の少なくとも1つの層に直接接触しない、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル発生物品。
- 前記可燃性熱源、前記エアロゾル形成基体および前記セラミック紙の少なくとも1つの層が、前記可燃性熱源の燃焼の間に、前記エアロゾル形成基体の温度が375℃を超えないように配置される、請求項1または2に記載のエアロゾル発生物品。
- 前記セラミック紙が、約50重量パーセントのセラミック材料〜約100重量パーセントのセラミック材料を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のエアロゾル発生物品。
- 前記セラミック紙がシリカ繊維を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のエアロゾル発生物品。
- 前記セラミック紙が、生体溶解性のセラミック繊維を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のエアロゾル発生物品。
- 前記セラミック紙の少なくとも1つの層が、約0.5ミリメートル〜約5ミリメートルの厚さを有する、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のエアロゾル発生物品。
- 前記可燃性熱源と前記エアロゾル形成基体との間の前記不燃性の実質的に不通気性のバリアが、前記可燃性熱源の近位端と前記エアロゾル形成基体の遠位端のうち一方または両方に当接する、第一のバリアを含む、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載のエアロゾル発生物品。
- 空気が、前記可燃性熱源を通り抜けることなく、前記1つ以上の空気吸込み口を通って、前記エアロゾル発生物品の前記1つ以上の気流経路内に引き出されうるように、前記1つ以上の気流経路が、前記可燃性熱源の近位端と前記エアロゾル発生物品の近位端との間に配置される1つ以上の空気吸込み口を含む、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載のエアロゾル発生物品。
- 前記1つ以上の気流経路が、前記可燃性熱源に沿って1つ以上の気流チャネルを含み、前記可燃性熱源と前記1つ以上の気流チャネルとの間の前記不燃性の実質的に不通気性のバリアが、前記可燃性熱源と前記可燃性熱源の前記1つ以上の気流チャネルとの間に、第二のバリアをさらに含む、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載のエアロゾル発生物品。

前記可燃性熱源がセラミック紙の少なくとも1つの層によって囲まれるように、前記可燃性熱源に前記細片を巻くことと、
前記細片の前記対向する端を重ね合わせることと、
前記重なり合う端を一緒に固定して、前記セラミック紙の少なくとも1つの層を前記可燃性熱源に固定することと、を含む、方法。 - 請求項13に記載のエアロゾル発生物品を形成する方法であって、セラミック紙の少なくとも1つの層を用いて、前記可燃性熱源の前記長さの少なくとも一部分を囲むことが、
対向する端を有する細片のセラミック紙を提供することと、
少なくとも前記対向する端のそれぞれにおいて、前記細片の一方の側面に接着層を取り付けることと、
前記接着層が前記可燃性熱源に面するように前記細片を配置することと、
前記可燃性熱源が前記セラミック紙の少なくとも1つの層によって囲まれるように、前記可燃性熱源に前記細片を巻くことと、
前記対向する端を重ね合わせることなく、前記細片の前記対向する端を当接させることと、
前記接着層を用いて、前記可燃性熱源に前記細片を固定することと、を含む、方法。
