Claims (13)
- 受信機回路(15)のための増幅器(30)であって、前記増幅器は、入力ノード(Vin)と出力ノード(Vout)とを有し、
前記出力ノード(Vout)に接続されたチューニング可能なタンク回路(100)と、
前記出力ノード(Vout)と前記入力ノード(Vin)との間に接続されたフィードバック回路パス(200)と、
前記フィードバック回路パス(200)の内部ノードと、基準電圧ノードとの間に接続されたチューニング可能なコンデンサ(210)と、を有する増幅器。 - 請求項1に記載の増幅器(30)であって、前記フィードバック回路パス(200)は、パッシブ回路である、増幅器。
- 請求項1または2に記載の増幅器(30)であって、前記フィードバック回路パス(200)は、少なくとも一つの抵抗(220、230)と、少なくとも一つのコンデンサ(240)との直列接続を有する、増幅器。
- 請求項3に記載の増幅器(30)であって、前記少なくとも一つの抵抗(220、230)は、チューニング可能である、増幅器。
- 請求項3または4に記載の増幅器(30)であって、前記少なくとも一つのコンデンサ(240)は、第一コンデンサ240を有し、前記少なくとも一つの抵抗は、前記出力ノード(Vout)と前記第一コンデンサ(240)との間に接続された第一抵抗(220)と、前記第一コンデンサ(240)と前記入力ノード(Vin)との間に接続された第二抵抗(230)とを有する、増幅器。
- 請求項5に記載の増幅器(30)であって、前記内部ノードは前記第一コンデンサ(240)と前記第二抵抗(230)との間にあるノードである、増幅器。
- 請求項1ないし6のいずれか一項に記載の増幅器(30)であって、コモンソース構成の第一トランジスタ(120)を有する、増幅器。
- 請求項7に記載の増幅器(30)であって、前記第一トランジスタ(120)と前記出力ノード(Vout)との間にカスコード構成で接続された第二トランジスタ(130)を有する、増幅器。
- 受信機回路(15)のための差動増幅器であって、請求項1ないし8のいずれか一項に記載の第一および第二の増幅器(30)を有する、差動増幅器。
- 請求項1ないし8のいずれか一項に記載の増幅器(30)または請求項9に記載の差動増幅器を有する受信機回路(15)。
- 請求項10に記載の受信機回路(15)を有する通信装置(1、2)。
- 請求項11に記載の通信装置(1)であって、前記通信装置(1)は、セルラー通信ネットワークにおける無線通信デバイス(1)である、通信装置。
- 請求項11に記載の通信装置(2)であって、前記通信装置(2)は、セルラー通信ネットワークにおける無線基地局(2)である、通信装置。
